Madison did a 1 hour eminence facial and o enjoyed every therapeutic minute. She did a scalp massage neck and shoulder massage as well as hand and arm treatment . The product was amazing , the facial was very helpful with my acne prone skin . I felt like the product along with her technique really helped my skin to absorb the nutrients. I was in for a spur of the moment eyebrow wax. They took me right away, which was unexpected…read morebecause the salon appeared to be pretty busy for 10am. I was fully prepared to wander around the mall for the bit but I was taken to the back immediately. They do their waxing at the shampoo sinks. The area is relaxing but not as glamorous as upscale salons equipped with waxing rooms with plush cots to lay back on, but let's face it, we are in the mall, people. Nevertheless, my head was back and I was handed a mirror and I found myself chatting about what we were going to do to get my brows whipped into shape. Sadly, I did not catch my stylist's name. She educated me a bit on the growth of my brow hair, showed me a part where I maybe tweezed a bit too much and then shared her plan of action. She covered my head with a towel to protect me from stray wax and started a conversation about the weekend ahead. In a short moment, she was swiping a lovely aloe lotion across my freshly groomed brow line. As I sat up and she immediately noticed my hair had become matted from the towel she draped across me. She insisted on taking me over to one of the chairs and brushed it out for me. As we chatted about the wedding I was headed to that evening, she gave me a few tips for my DIY updo and a few emergency hair tips too. I am really happy with my service here. So sorry I didn't catch your name, awesome eyebrow genius! I will be back to see you again, I promise. Went back again 2 months later & she wasn't there. Again, busy salon fit me in pronto. Had a younger guy in a bow tie this time. Same awesome service. He chatted me up about the weekend ahead & talked to me about this weird spot in my left brow. I guess the first woman was right - something funny is going on there. I have a hole in my brow! Anyways, he did a fabulous job and had me in and out in under 15 minutes. They were able to schedule me in for the same day for a hair cut. The gentleman on the phone was super friendly, he gave me directions to the salon without me asking. I showed up for my 7:45pm hair appointment and Tina was waiting for me. I told Tina I have hair extensions left over, and I don't have time to get them taken out so i just wanted a quick cut. Tina made sure she got the correct length and she was a pleasure to talk to. I'll be back here and there for a quick hair cut, depending on if I remember to take my vitamins.
