I called on Sunday to see if they were taking walk-in, they didn't answer so I decided to show up. The hair cut was for my niece, she's 7. she wanted to cut her long curly hair. Elena was there to help her out. She was very sweet and nice to my niece. They were practicing social distancing and everyone was wearing a mask. My niece was very nervous but Elena calmed her down. She loved the experience and gave my niece some tips on how to keep her curly hair from getting tangled. We purchased a leave-in conditioner and my niece cant wait to go back for a trim! I came in last Wednesday since it's so close to school, I had 3 hour gap until my next class. I told the stylist that I wanted to keep my length and showed her a picture of what I wanted. At first she cut 3 inches off which was still ok, she kept cutting and it looked as if she was cutting layers but she completely chopped my hair. I walked in with hair length below my waist to leaving with hair below my shoulders. I've been waiting for a call from the manager but doesn't seem like that will happen. I went on a Wednesday night after work to the Supercuts in Cerritos. I had a 6 hour sleep and drove 1 hour in a half to get from Venice Beach to Cerritos. So I was pretty tired. It was 7:30PM I was greeted nicely and the service was nice too. The person did a good job on listening to what I wanted my hair to look like. The ONLY thing I can say negatively is double check when the hair cut is all done. I failed to point out the UNEVEN SIDE BURNS. I finally noticed when I was driving home and the location closes at 8PM. I would go back to get them fix because haircuts places can offer it BUT it is un fixable due to much that person cut off. Lesson of the day, do not leave until you believe the finishing product is amazing! read more

Had a bad experience with a local barber so I decide to try supercuts this time around and I'm really happy with my cut. My stylist name was Sophie. In addition to doing a great job she even let me know about some great local restaurants after meeting her know I was new to the area. I will definitely be coming back. Also the male haircuts start at $21 which is reasonable given some barbers in the area are charging around $25 now a days. read more

Coming here over time. I've learned it's hit or miss. I'm paying top dollar for a haircut $26.00 for a barber college level haircut. Theirs usually one or two competent barbers and the rest seem to be fresh out of school. And their is constant rotation of employees. Now they're charging $2.00 to request the competent barber. What a joke. Only good thing is the place is usually empty. So if you're in a rush( as I usually am) and if you're the adventurous type. The phone didn't ring once after being told the solo stylist had to finish the lady with wet hair before seeing my son. 30 minutes later a family who "called in" gets served before us.
