I totally forgot to write a review about what happened to me at this place. This happened back in March, I had an appointment on the 9th for a trim easy then I got a text saying that the girl that I picked cut her hand and if I could either book with someone else or she could book me for the next day the 10th. I showed up at the time and she told me that she forgot to put it down and if I could come back in 2 hours. I said absolutely not because I dropped off my daughter at a babysitter's and I had to pick her up in a couple of hours, I was so surprised that the girl that I was talking to actually was the one that contacted me and cut her hand. Very unprofessional how could you not put down an appointment especially that it's yours that's not how a business runs. Need this to say I found another Supercuts close by and thankfully she booked me and saw me right away. Also my birthday was the next day the 11th. I mentioned what happened to the other place I went to and she told me that they do that often. My husband took my son for haircut and I had my other kid so they went to the car immediately. My son screamed that she almost cut his ear but I didn't understand the severity since my husband took him to the car immediately and I had my other son. She literally cut my son's ear and I paid full and gave her a tip and when I went to the car and found him covered in blood, I asked the manger to see his ears and I didn't even get sorry or even an empathy look. Worst experience of our life I came here after checking on Yelp said that this was a good place for kids tired of the loud kids kids places for haircuts I came here. But my son's hair I asked for a trim and a side sweep. She gave him bangs and chopped up the whole side and the whole time she kept questioning herself, trying to ask me that is so unprofessional as a stylist should know what she's doing then she kept trying to keep him still, and he kept sliding off the seat. He started crying saying he wanted to leave because she was taking so long going very slowly, so I suggested let me move him up while she still tried to cut his hair. She proceeded to stick her hand under his armpit and pull him up, which squeezed him and he cried. I told her just to stop and he said she hurt me. I said this is done we're leaving. We only did one side of his head so I asked can I get it half off she said it's full price but you get three dollars off so I paid the full price for a chopped up haircut before the first day of school, I do not recommend this place. Shout out to Ansook! Took my mom here to get a Senior Haircut. Made the appointment online a day before and when we got there, Ansook was ready for us. Instead of the challenge of transferring from wheelchair to the stylist's chair, she was able to do the haircut in the convenience of my mom staying in her own chair. That was good. My mom has not had a haircut in a few months and she likes to keep her hair short. We showed her an old photo of my mom with the haircut she would like to have again. Ansook was able to replicate the same cut and style. She is happy with her haircut and I'm sure we'll be back to Supercuts when she is ready for the next one. read more

What a life saver. We went to a different Supercuts at Lakewood mall and they were HORRIBLE. We went to this one (which is usually our normal) and boy emy helped us and fixed my daughter's hair.
