Many salons wouldn't offer that, so I really appreciated the customer service. The decor inside is immaculate. As you'll see in the photos others have posted, it has an earthy yet luxurious feel to it. Down to earth but classy. Very bright and airy. A nice place to be. My stylist Kaitlyn (again, can't thank her enough for coming in early just for me) was very good about walking me through the steps of the process because I was doing a big change (cut off 12"+ and balayage; I've never even colored my hair before), making sure I was comfortable along the way. It definitely made me feel more at ease and trust in her abilities. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process of coloring from a chemical perspective. Which, as a chemistry major, I found pretty neat. Maybe others wouldn't care in the way I do about the chemistry, but it is relieving to know that your stylist really understands what she's doing to your hair. The products they use are very hair healthy and eco-friendly, which I find important. Louis offered me tea, too, which I've personally never experienced in a salon. Those little things help to make you more comfortable and at home, so I appreciated it greatly. As for how my hair turned out... I loved it! It couldn't have come out any better. It was exactly how I was hoping it would turn out. Masterful. It's been about 6 months since I got the cut and it's grown out nicely, which is exactly what I was hoping for! Before my hair was down to my hips with a lot of broken strands. I'm glad I got it chopped off because now it's healthy and turns out to be simple enough to style. Because now that I look back, I had so much hair that it just kinda sat there. I'm glad I got over the fear of cutting it, and that Kaitlyn was the one to do it! Just be aware that a process like mine cost about $200. Definitely not cheap, but these services also require a great deal of skill. Don't expect to be getting results this good for $20. I don't do a lot with my hair (I rarely ever use heat on it) so my hair is healthy enough to where I don't need cuts that often. But I think the next cut I need, I will come back.

I dreaded going to hair salons in the US because I have Asian type of hair (thick, heavy strands), and almost all salons I went to have been disappointing me with the results because they're not used to handle this type of hair. I went anyway because I was too desperate! I called in the morning and they told me to come in an hour later. Kristen was my stylist and she was super nice! She greeted me and offered some drinks. She really tried to cater to my needs and she even confirmed at the end if I want to adjust the length and the model (which I did and she was soooo accommodating!). The wash and blow at the end was really nice too! The place itself was really cozy and well decorated. It looks like high-end salon as soon as I walk in. But, here's the highlight, IT IS SO AFFORDABLE! I've had haircuts with the same price and they usually do just the bare minimum. I literally told her I can't believe I only have to pay that much! Would definitely come back for my routine haircut with Kristen!

I had a lot of hair that was severely over processed, and I wanted a fresh short cut to remove all the breakage but still be versatile enough for me to do different hairstyles with. We went through a quick consultation and he told me he would have no problem cutting my hair, and he seemed genuinely excited to do it. He stayed late for me the next day, so he could take his time and he really did. I gave him one picture to go off of for inspiration and he took it the rest of the way. He was so precise and talked through every step as I said goodbye to my mane. I could not have been happier with the process and I couldn't love the cut any more than I do. Vincent is a master stylist here in Central New York providing services equatable (or better!) to what you'd find in a big city salon. The salon was very busy at 9am the first day I went in for my consultation, but all the stylists are wonderful and gave their clients one on one attention. Most of the women I saw had short cuts, so if you're feeling daring and ready for a change or want a fresh take on your currently short hair... This is the salon for you. I didn't get my hair colored, but saw many women that did and they all turned out beautiful. And although I didn't see them styling/cutting long hair... I know Vincent would do an amazing job. Initially, I was upset. My hair was darker and shorter and I was not happy. Vincent assured me I'd get compliments on my hair, and someone else mentioned it looked much better than when I walked in. I wasn't buying it. As upset as I was, he was right. I'd complain about it to someone and they'd tell me it was a really cute cut. Vincent was right. I had never received so many compliments on my hair. It was almost embarrassing Every time someone complimented the look he created, I was a bit skeptical. It took about a month, but surprise, surprise. I ended up really, really liking it. He has a very good eye for face/hair balance and what looks good. It wasn't just my hair, but the other women in the salon all looked great. They were all very good haircuts that looked great. The one he gave me was very cute and fairly easy to maintain. I'm a wee bit embarrassed to call for another appointment because I walked out in a huff. Still, I'd like to get the nerve up to go back in for a trim. (My hair doesn't grow very fast.) Do I recommend Vincent Anthony's Hair Salon? Indeed, I do. It helped me break out of that stringy long hair mode. Thank you, Vincent. PS. They have a very friendly staff. (Would have given 4.5 stars. The color took a while to fade, but even that said, the product lasted a while eventually lightening up which is inconvenient for a bit, but does fade.)

Most importantly, she encouraged me to be honest and tell her what I liked/didn't like, and made adjustments when I did so. It can be hard to tell someone what you don't like. I struggle with even knowing what I want with my hair and communicating it - and she made it super easy. Sherri helped me plan out the schedule for the wedding day and was receptive and adaptive when I had concerns about the timing. We finished right on time - no small feat with 9 girls needing hair and makeup. She even provided mimosas and pastries for us. She was positive, excited, and reassuring, which was exactly what I needed on the morning of my wedding. I also scheduled a cut and highlights with Sherri a couple weeks before the wedding. I had some previous highlights from a different place that were not looking too great and she went above and beyond to fix everything.
