I will never give them my business here ever again. Thee worst haircuts I've ever seen in my life & their customer service is just awful. I called as soon as they opened last Sunday and the female employee did not really seem knowledgeable or their prices or give me at least an estimate of how much services cost. I asked for an appt and she said she could take my mom and daughter in at 1pm for shampoo, cut and blowdry. We get there an there's only one stylist. He has my mom sit on the chair and doesn't take her to get her hair washed, he simply just asked how we wanted her hair cut and he started snipping away. I told him to cut give my mom a short bob, she likes it short short. He disregarded everything I said and only trimmed about 1" of her hair, it probably took about 10 mins for him to just spritz her hair a few times and trim her hair. I stopped him after I saw him take some hair products in the hair and said "can you make it shorter?" He responded "how short you want it cuz it's not gonna look nice. I want her to look nice and have a cut that looks good on her, you don't want it too short and look like someone disabled." In my head I'm like...WTF is that supposed to mean? Then he backs up his statement by saying "because people get their hair cut short so they don't have to come and get their haircuts for a while you know? It's less work." Ummm ok but do people who want short hair not able bodied?? Only disabled people have short hair?? Right there and then, I felt so offended and embarrassed in front of my mom because it was my idea to take them there and get a decent haircut. If we want her hair cut short then cut it short because we're paying for your services to cut my moms hair not to tell me what looks good on my mom, ugh!! Next was my daughter. We showed a picture and said cut about 6" off and give her some layers. He kept telling my daughter to show him the picture of the cut she wanted as if he didn't know how to do it. He snipped away and started giving my daughter layers but they just did not blend. It looked more like steps of stairs then blended layers of hair. He then proceeded to part my daughters hair and use his thinning sheers and actually cut parts of my daughters hair so close to her scalp to try and get her hair thinned out, mind you my daughter has a lot of hair but that is NOT the way to thin out hair. This stylist needs to go back to school or something because he ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT know how to cut hair!! Don't waste your time and money coming here. $56 down the drain only for me to book my daughter a hair appt to another salon to fix the damage he did on her hair! read more

I usually don't trust hair stylists very much, but Savannah was great! I have curly hair, with layers that curl completely different, and it's usually a struggle for me to get a good haircut. But, I walked into Supercuts yesterday and Savannah took great care of me for a great price! She's great at making conversation, clearly knows what she's doing, and she is so nice! I was here last week and got my hair cut by Andrea. She was kind and spunky. I appreciated that she took the time to listen to me about my hair and took enough off to make it healthy without giving me too short of a cut. I had to take off over 5 inches because it was dead from coloring it so many ways and so often. I asked for it to be cut to my shoulders and she did a great job. My hair is healthy and bouncy and I love it. She also suggested a color protecting product and so far it's been fantastic. I will be back to see her in a few months when I need a trim. Super cuts has my vote, for the price and the cut and the staff; it was a great deal! I suggest checking in online. Just an update a year after someone poured bleach Iin my hair: the tips of my hair are still entirely damaged and blonde. Had my hair dyed three days ago to cover up the bleached part and three days later, the blonde bleached tips have already bled through. If I cut Off the damaged parts of my hair, it will be near my ears and it takes me forever to grow my hair. At this rate, it will be another year or two before the bleached parts of my hair have grown out enough to chop it off without actually shortening the length of my hair. I wish I never came here last year. I wish that the person had asked me if she could but bleach in my hair (to which I would've said no) before she permanently damage my hair with a color that I didn't ask for and to boot, hate. read more

I love love LOVE this shop. Everyone I meet there has mad customer service skills. My hair looks and feels just the way I want it. Why? Adam and the other stylists take the time to really listen to you and want you to be happy with the way you look. Don't just take MY word for it. My daughter brings one of my grandkiddos all the way from Riverside County to have Adam cut her hair. I made an online appointment for my daughter at 4 PM on Wednesday afternoon. The online application said she may have a few minutes wait. We arrived for the appointment and I left her to run some errands. I returned 45 minutes later and she still have not been seated in the chair to begin her service. I had asked approximately how long it would take and the stylist was very vague in her response not giving me any idea from30 minutes to multiple hours. I ran some more errands and returned approximately one hour later and she was far from being done with her ombré hair coloring. Once again I asked approximately how long it would take and I was told it may be another hour. Long story short I went home to Ventura and had my husband go back to pick her up two hours later. She was still not finished! And we were still not given any approximate time to complete her hair coloring. The store closed at 9 PM and at 9:15 pm they had just begun taking the foils out of her hair. Both my husband and I had unpleasant interactions with them about how long this had taken in their lack of communication. I asked for the store manager and was told that he was not available. I left my phone number and he called two days later. After talking with the store manager Adam, I am still displeased with the service that was rendered. Not only was my daughter at the store for over five hours and in the chair for over four hours, they barely had completed the hair coloring. She came home with cold wet hair that had not been dried nor trimmed. I would never again return to this establishment. Very unprofessional service and follow-up. read more

Made an appointment today with Elizabeth for 3:30 PM. I showed up on time, but was kept waiting until 3:50 PM, at which point I ran out of time and had to go. I scheduled the appointment because I have been to this location several times before and always had to wait a half hour or more. I thought that making an appointment would get me in the chair at least approximately on time... But I was wrong. I don't know if there's no point in making an appointment at this location, or maybe just with Elizabeth. I do know I carved time out of my day today to get a haircut, and I did not get a haircut because they were unable to keep the appointment time. Danica was less than pleasant. Walked in at opening on a Sunday, followed by two other patrons. She asked a few typical questions, but threw in a few comments that should have been kept to herself. My daughter was the one getting the cut, 6 years old and we asked for a shampoo and cut. She proceeded to ask me if it was very tangly and "it looked Iike it's a little messy " because it would probably cost me more, all with a little smirk and condescending tone. Bless Sophia. She is absolutely wonderful. We took my 86-year-old mother who has Alzheimer's in there to get her hair washed and just a trim for a special treat. My mother does not like getting her hair cut and washed but was in serious need. Sophia had more patience than anyone! The sweetest person, smiled through the whole thing even though my mother was being difficult! She was very accommodating because of my mother's neck problem; she didn't want to sit in the chair to get her hair washed so Sophia actually washed her hair while my mother was standing up bent over the sink. Took a female with medium length hair to get a haircut. It was $17, not bat at all. The stylist did a good job with the haircut. The wait is very long though. We called ahead of time and was told we could just walk in. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes. When a place is categorized as a "Hair Salon", I expect to be able to get hair styled at this so called salon. Don't go to this place to request for simple braids to be styled in your hair. It took 4 ladies to tell me they do not style your hair here. Didn't get a good service for such a simple question.
