Fast and easy appointment scheduling, Staff was friendly and welcoming. Right on time even though busy. Katie was wonderful, nice and very good at her profession. The only suggestion I might make is to have someone repair the "Ghost Drawers"? The two drawers at Katie's station kept creeping open due to the fact that they're not level. May I suggest that the owner inserts shims of some sort in order that the drawers will stay closed. Before they cause an injury? Awesome Salon, great price with amazing Stylists read more

Sandra is an awesome stylist, she knew how I wanted my hair cut, and she did a great job. I was very pleased. I will be going back to Sandra, that's for sure....The salon was spotless.....Thank You, Sandra read more

Aurora has been my go-to for years now. She has trained many local stylists, but chooses to stay at Supercuts. I'm often asked who does my hair -- it must be some hotshot stylist. It is! read more

Saw Carol, she was nice, listened to what I wanted and trimmed my hair just how I asked. I am glad I went and the service was great!

Booking online was really easy, the staff members were very polite and were greeted right as we entered the door, quality of the shop was very clean. Took my kids to get a haircut and the staff was very patient and friendly with my kids and interacted with them. Would recommend this place and would come again for my kids read more

I usually go to the SC by camarillo target but had to get a quick trim. Honestly it was wonderful! Booked on the app, the manager did my hair and it turned out beautiful! Im picky as I have long hair and she did a wonderful job! Wash/cut was reasonable and I highly recommend! Thank you so much read more

Poor customer service! I booked an appointment at 12:00 got here 10 mins early have me waiting for more then half hour and the take someone else before me worst experience ever ! Never coming back the lady with glasses was rude read more

I will never give them my business here ever again. Thee worst haircuts I've ever seen in my life & their customer service is just awful. I called as soon as they opened last Sunday and the female employee did not really seem knowledgeable or their prices or give me at least an estimate of how much services cost. I asked for an appt and she said she could take my mom and daughter in at 1pm for shampoo, cut and blowdry. We get there an there's only one stylist. He has my mom sit on the chair and doesn't take her to get her hair washed, he simply just asked how we wanted her hair cut and he started snipping away. I told him to cut give my mom a short bob, she likes it short short. He disregarded everything I said and only trimmed about 1" of her hair, it probably took about 10 mins for him to just spritz her hair a few times and trim her hair. I stopped him after I saw him take some hair products in the hair and said "can you make it shorter?" He responded "how short you want it cuz it's not gonna look nice. I want her to look nice and have a cut that looks good on her, you don't want it too short and look like someone disabled." In my head I'm like...WTF is that supposed to mean? Then he backs up his statement by saying "because people get their hair cut short so they don't have to come and get their haircuts for a while you know? It's less work." Ummm ok but do people who want short hair not able bodied?? Only disabled people have short hair?? Right there and then, I felt so offended and embarrassed in front of my mom because it was my idea to take them there and get a decent haircut. If we want her hair cut short then cut it short because we're paying for your services to cut my moms hair not to tell me what looks good on my mom, ugh!! Next was my daughter. We showed a picture and said cut about 6" off and give her some layers. He kept telling my daughter to show him the picture of the cut she wanted as if he didn't know how to do it. He snipped away and started giving my daughter layers but they just did not blend. It looked more like steps of stairs then blended layers of hair. He then proceeded to part my daughters hair and use his thinning sheers and actually cut parts of my daughters hair so close to her scalp to try and get her hair thinned out, mind you my daughter has a lot of hair but that is NOT the way to thin out hair. This stylist needs to go back to school or something because he ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT know how to cut hair!! Don't waste your time and money coming here. $56 down the drain only for me to book my daughter a hair appt to another salon to fix the damage he did on her hair! read more

I was here last week and got my hair cut by Andrea. She was kind and spunky. I appreciated that she took the time to listen to me about my hair and took enough off to make it healthy without giving me too short of a cut. I had to take off over 5 inches because it was dead from coloring it so many ways and so often. I asked for it to be cut to my shoulders and she did a great job. My hair is healthy and bouncy and I love it. She also suggested a color protecting product and so far it's been fantastic. I will be back to see her in a few months when I need a trim. Super cuts has my vote, for the price and the cut and the staff; it was a great deal! I suggest checking in online. I did that about 15 minutes before I got there and only waited about 5 minutes in store. read more

Supercuts - Amazing cut thanks to Andrea - Hair Salons Near Me - Camarillo, California

I usually don't trust hair stylists very much, but Savannah was great! I have curly hair, with layers that curl completely different, and it's usually a struggle for me to get a good haircut. But, I walked into Supercuts yesterday and Savannah took great care of me for a great price! She's great at making conversation, clearly knows what she's doing, and she is so nice! She fixed all the messed up layering in my hair and made sure I was happy with the way that it looked. She really listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted! read more

Just an update a year after someone poured bleach Iin my hair: the tips of my hair are still entirely damaged and blonde. Had my hair dyed three days ago to cover up the bleached part and three days later, the blonde bleached tips have already bled through. If I cut Off the damaged parts of my hair, it will be near my ears and it takes me forever to grow my hair. At this rate, it will be another year or two before the bleached parts of my hair have grown out enough to chop it off without actually shortening the length of my hair. I wish I never came here last year. I wish that the person had asked me if she could but bleach in my hair (to which I would've said no) before she permanently damage my hair with a color that I didn't ask for and to boot, hate. read more

We brought in mom for a shampoo, cut, and blow dry. The shop is well-decorated, organized, clean, and well-managed. Carol did such an amazing job on mom's hair; silky, soft, cut so pretty. What a wonderful experience for someone who doesn't want anyone to touch her hair. We are so happy. Carol is amazing and the shop is awesome. Highly recommend! read more

Young stylist on May 1,2021 afternoon ....making up lame excuses why she couldn't blow dry... yet charging full price when a cut

I love love LOVE this shop. Everyone I meet there has mad customer service skills. My hair looks and feels just the way I want it. Why? Adam and the other stylists take the time to really listen to you and want you to be happy with the way you look. Don't just take MY word for it. My daughter brings one of my grandkiddos all the way from Riverside County to have Adam cut her hair. I have three other teen/young adult grandkiddos who swear by Adam as well, because he listens AND is a talented stylist. Make an appt on the Supercuts app; you won't regret it! read more

I made an online appointment for my daughter at 4 PM on Wednesday afternoon. The online application said she may have a few minutes wait. We arrived for the appointment and I left her to run some errands. I returned 45 minutes later and she still have not been seated in the chair to begin her service. I had asked approximately how long it would take and the stylist was very vague in her response not giving me any idea from30 minutes to multiple hours. I ran some more errands and returned approximately one hour later and she was far from being done with her ombré hair coloring. Once again I asked approximately how long it would take and I was told it may be another hour. Long story short I went home to Ventura and had my husband go back to pick her up two hours later. She was still not finished! And we were still not given any approximate time to complete her hair coloring. The store closed at 9 PM and at 9:15 pm they had just begun taking the foils out of her hair. Both my husband and I had unpleasant interactions with them about how long this had taken in their lack of communication. I asked for the store manager and was told that he was not available. I left my phone number and he called two days later. After talking with the store manager Adam, I am still displeased with the service that was rendered. Not only was my daughter at the store for over five hours and in the chair for over four hours, they barely had completed the hair coloring. She came home with cold wet hair that had not been dried nor trimmed. I would never again return to this establishment. Very unprofessional service and follow-up. read more

Made an appointment today with Elizabeth for 3:30 PM. I showed up on time, but was kept waiting until 3:50 PM, at which point I ran out of time and had to go. I scheduled the appointment because I have been to this location several times before and always had to wait a half hour or more. I thought that making an appointment would get me in the chair at least approximately on time... But I was wrong. I don't know if there's no point in making an appointment at this location, or maybe just with Elizabeth. I do know I carved time out of my day today to get a haircut, and I did not get a haircut because they were unable to keep the appointment time. There are lots of local options for haircuts, so I doubt I'll be going back. read more

Great experience at this salon. Red was wonderful with my teen daughter and gave her a great cut that she keeps getting compliments on. Everyone was super friendly and the salon was very clean. We will definitely be back read more

Been going here for about 3 years now and have always had a good experience - The Last 2 times I've had Kiyomi cut my hair - and even though I have a ton of "cowlicks" which make my hair go in 20 different directions, she did exactly what I wanted and even suggested a different approach which turned out to be a great idea! wonder what the hell a "Cowlicks" is ? click here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cowlick read more

Used the app to set up an appointment. Went in and no problem at all. Crystal attended me and gave me a nice fade. Going back for sure.

Needed a quick haircut - walked in, got seated in 10 minutes with stylist Sophia. She did exactly what I wanted - really personable and great hair cut at super price! If you're planning on making an appointment, ask for Sophia and tell her Raven sent you!! read more

I went to get a haircut with my 18yr old daughter and I ask for long layers and the lady forgot the layers hahaha. She just cut straight. Carol the stylist did my daughter's haircut and when we got home we notice the hair style was not even. She left a long piece of hair, of course we went back and get it fix. Not professional at all. read more

The girl told me it would be 15 min, it's been 45 now. When should you leave is now the question? Will it be another 45? Not sure I'd go back again with such inaccurate wait times. EDIT: Got my cut, not bad. Wait time is so inaccurate though I would have gone to another place if I had known. read more

Marque was great. He cut my hair exactly how I wanted. He was not only attentive to my requests but he also had a couple of welcoming recommendations. His chair was the one closest to the counter so he got stuck having to help out customers while cutting my hair. Not once did he make me or the others feel like a nuisance. Overall, very pleased with my experience. I plan on returning and asking for Marque. read more

Very happy with the service a walk in The place was clean and my haircut was perfect

Sophia did a great job and was very careful to cut my hair just as I wanted it. Thanks, read more

Got a haircut and blow dry the other day by Denise and I was very pleased! I called the salon to put my name down on the list which was much better than when I've walked in on a busy day so I'd recommend doing that. The rest of the staff was also very nice! Thank you girls! read more

Danica was less than pleasant. Walked in at opening on a Sunday, followed by two other patrons. She asked a few typical questions, but threw in a few comments that should have been kept to herself. My daughter was the one getting the cut, 6 years old and we asked for a shampoo and cut. She proceeded to ask me if it was very tangly and "it looked Iike it's a little messy " because it would probably cost me more, all with a little smirk and condescending tone. Needless to say, we walked out. Will not go back, and drove to the other Supercuts on the other side of town where we are always treated with respect, like a true customer. read more

Thank you Sophia for a wonderful long layered haircut and blow dry. I had a very relaxing experience in the salon and my outcome was exceptional. Always have a friendly welcome and comfortable experience here. read more

Marque is amazing! I had my hair colored and highlighted at another salon. It was brassy and damaged at the ends. He toned my hair down perfectly and was able to trim all the fried ends off. I will definitely be back! He's the best! read more

I have have had many pleasant visits here and I continue to come back. As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed and was seated in a stylist chair within 10 min of arriving. I was attended by Elizabeth and she did a GREAT job with my hair cut and my eyebrows! read more

I got there at 4:39. They tell me it will be a while because There is a guy there waiting and another guy who called in at 4:45. The guy who called in is 10 minutes late but they wait on him instead of just taking the next person at 4:45. Turns out the woman cutting his hair knows the guy that called in. Total BS. Can't believe owner wants customers treated this way. read more

Staff is super friendly and always a good vibe anytime I go in their. Adam always does a excellent job and only prefer him to cut my hair, a lady once did and was no problems. This is the only Supercuts I feel good about cutting my hair do to the fact customer service is beyond 5 stars. Thanks Adam. read more

Apparently they don't know how to taper here. They asked for what number clip you want and then just shave. It's quantity over quality by far. Never going back. I could cut my hair at home better with a pair of gardening shears. read more

I love this super-cuts. I live in Oxnard but I drive to Camarillo to this specific store just because I love the service and results. My first time there, I called to set an appointment and they where able to book me that same day. The pricing is super affordable and the results are always consistent and amazing. I would definitely recommend this salon to locals. read more

Don't go to anybody else besides Allison! She is so awesome and works you through step by step to get to your "hair goal". I've tried a couple of others girls and wasn't too thrilled with the results. Allison just really tries to capture what you want. I go to her for a cut every time, I highly recommend. read more

When a place is categorized as a "Hair Salon", I expect to be able to get hair styled at this so called salon. Don't go to this place to request for simple braids to be styled in your hair. It took 4 ladies to tell me they do not style your hair here. Didn't get a good service for such a simple question. I used to come to this salon for a quick trim years ago; customer service is rarely seen now a days-- you're better off going to Fantastic Sam's down the street or anywhere else. read more

Amy was awesome with my 3y/o's haircut! #3Clippers back and sides, scissor cut with texture on top, and blending was perfecto! He'll be the toddler with the best haircut in town! Their computer crashed and we came in at rush hour. She handled the situation very well! read more

Bless Sophia. She is absolutely wonderful. We took my 86-year-old mother who has Alzheimer's in there to get her hair washed and just a trim for a special treat. My mother does not like getting her hair cut and washed but was in serious need. Sophia had more patience than anyone! The sweetest person, smiled through the whole thing even though my mother was being difficult! She was very accommodating because of my mother's neck problem; she didn't want to sit in the chair to get her hair washed so Sophia actually washed her hair while my mother was standing up bent over the sink. Absolutely wonderful! thank you so much Sophia I hope you're reading this, we really appreciate you and how you treated my mother. read more

2nd time I tried to go here. Both times they wouldn't take me even though they didn't close for an hour and 40 minutes. He said they couldn't fit me in but there were only two people in the lobby. Even though they close at 9pm, don't bother arriving after 7pm. They'll just turn you away. read more

Took a female with medium length hair to get a haircut. It was $17, not bat at all. The stylist did a good job with the haircut. The wait is very long though. We called ahead of time and was told we could just walk in. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes. We haven't used any other services but they're pretty busy which leads me to believe they have loyal happy customers. read more
