If I could give star, I would first of all I gave the hairstylist easy instructions less is better 3 inches off the back. I asked him if he knew how to fade which he clearly didn't based off the way my hair looks now. I would've been better off going to a teenager and letting him cut my hair with the sense and just listening skills of this guy. first off, I said, if you know how to fade do a fade fading into a one. I have a zero on the sides of my hair fading into these not straight and just left a bunch of random laying here at the top thinking it's a fade just cause it gets covered up by my hair on top and then this is where it gets absolutely dumb and just can tell that it was rushed didn't care a moment you have long hair on the back short in the front I start seeing pieces 8 inches in length start falling. There's a clear path that all barbers made that I've done my hair before what they did and he goes over and cuts off and goes into my long hair this guy is a disgrace, horrible customer service and then finishes his haircut. I'm trying to tell him what's wrong like a five-year-old kid says well. Your hair was hard. You got what you got if it was too hard for you. Why did you even grab the clippers and do it if too hard for you you should that to the not after I know my hair is hard but when you leave my all the way down to my ask if he could shampoo or condition it all which I had intentions of doing but instead ran to the back and said pay for your haircut. There's a lot of able young ladies in there, but the fat guy in the front chair is clearly unable to follow instructions and gets his feeling hurt to easy I paid $25 there and another 30 to get my hair fixed and getting to wicked his fade. Since when did super cuts get so expensive? First of all, one of the stylist rushed my daughters bang trim. She took maybe two minutes. Didn't wet her hair or anything. Mind you her hair was a mess from the morning. You can't cut hair straight if it's not combed straight. I called out that mistake to my stylist and she was making excuses for her saying it's personal preference- not if you don't cut it right. Well I got my hair dyed. I wanted dark brown, ended up being black. I also wanted to keep my length and confirmed my shortest layer I wanted. This woman went scissor crazy with cutting shorter and shorter leaving me with super uneven hair. She also bragged about her many years of experience. I also left with a $150 bill!! I came to super cuts thinking it would be more affordable when it was just as expensive as a quality salon minus the quality. Never coming back here again. Only giving 2 stars because they were nice but stop making excuses. There is no excuse to not line up hair evenly or cut hair correctly. I cut my husbands hair, self taught and I even know to make sure it's even all around. I brought my daughter here before and left a good review, that's why we came back but they must have new staff with poor skills now. read more

I had Kindalyn cut my kids hair, and she straight up F***** sh** up! I wouldn't recommend going to her. She didn't know what she was doing. I showed her a pic and she completely ignored the pic, I had to stand there and tell her to fix that and that. Then she proceeds to tell me I didn't mention what I wanted earlier. I showed her a pic and she said exactly like that? And I said yes. What part of exactly is hard to get? She then does a cut for a part and makes it super uneven and says it's my fault. Blame me for her mistake! Are you kidding me! So unprofessional!I shouldn't have paid for the crappy service. But I did not want to make a scene with my kid there. But I'm very unhappy. We usually take our little boy to Great Clips to get his hair cut there but they were unfortunately closed today. So, we proceeded to take him into Super Cuts instead. We initially signed in online, so as to help expedite the waiting process, something we're familiar with doing with Great Clips for the same reason. We get there and there's three people ahead of us, and we're told that he'll get his hair cut after the three people ahead of us are done. No big deal. Makes perfect sense. So, we proceed to wait 30 minutes. During that time, they get 4 additional walk-ins and all of the walk-ins are told to come back in approximately 30 minutes because there's a few people ahead of them. Still no big deal. The three people ahead of us are all nearly done with their haircuts and now the 4 additional walk-ins have all come back. Then, one of those walk-ins gets called up next, ahead of us. Still no big deal, we assume that maybe only one of the stylists does kids' hair, and she still had a client. She proceeds to finish that client and then calls up the second of the four walk-ins that came in after us. At this time the other stylist finishes her client and calls up the third walk-in that came in after us. We have now been waiting for over an hour, had checked in online, was told that 3 people were ahead of us, have seen 3 out of 4 new walk-ins get called up before us, and all of the staff has completely ignored us. We noticed that they weren't even checking the walk-in list each time, instead they were simply calling up the next customers by name, and were acting like they personally knew all of them as repeat customers, which is why they weren't even checking the list to see that we had been skipped 4 times. At this point, we just walked out and left. I don't think anyone honestly even noticed we did either as they really did not seem to care that we sat there for 1.5 hours and went from having three people ahead of us (we were told so) to suddenly seeing 7 people ahead of us, and more people were still arriving, so who knows if he ever would have gotten his haircut at all. Needless to say, very unprofessional, seems like they only care about regular repeat customers, and completely ignore everyone else. I will never give them business, we'll stick to Great Clips instead where they not only acknowledge us, but their staff works very well with our younger children, which is why we normally go there instead. read more

Me and my mom came in for hair cuts. I went with one lady who did great she was kind and gave me the simple straight across trim. My mother had a different lady. She's Native American woman and we only caught her last name Chavez. This woman has no business cutting hair. My mother had to tell her to finish it cutting her hair several times when she had tried to stop and remove the cape. She cut the underneath part of my mother's hair shorter than the top (think layers but in reverse) didn't touch my mothers bangs or front of hair at all even though she was supposed to. The hair style is supposed to be short in the back and longer towards the front but she ended up with an uneven bob that I had to try and salvage once we got home. The other lady's who work here are excellent but I don't think we'll be coming back. read more
