I scheduled a manicure and pedicure about 6 weeks in advance for a special family event. I had to…read moreleave work early so I could make it to my appointment on time, leaving work that I really wanted to finish, but couldn't so I would be on time, it was an hour drive. Literally a half hour before my appointment, they called to cancel! Words cannot express how angry and upset I was. They offered to reschedule for the next week, but obviously the event would be over by then. It was so incredibly inconsiderate of them to wait until the last minute to cancel that I will never be back.

Then when immediately brought to her ( the manager's ) attention , her advice is to re-color all the hair and then add high lights . At the customer's cost . No refund . Then the manager said to not bother returning to that salon . Then who is fixing this issue or paying for it ? Way to go " Beverly " ... Two thumbs down and word does travel .
