I recently got a haircut by one of the female workers and it was completely horrible:( I paid $19 for a pos haircut!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! I would rather have a visually impaired individual cut my hair! read more

Went in last night about 30 minutes before their closing time. My 11 year old son needed a haircut. The lady looked up his last style and asked if he wanted the same thing and I said yes. I went and sat down but couldn't really see what she was doing, and I usually never have to supervise his hair cuts. When he was done, I almost died. It was so short and so uneven that I could have done better myself. Never going back there again and I have been there in the past with both my boy. read more

My boyfriend went to go get a haircut and when I first saw it I thought it was alright but then I noticed how uneven they cut it and his sides were way too short. Next time I'm choosing who he's going to. read more

So, it's the day before thanksgiving. I put off to the last minute getting my 1 year olds hair cut. It has been once before. I came in needing two simple things. For her to recut the previously cut bangs so she could see and to even out her hair in back. First thing that concerned me was that she half wet her hair. Part of it dry and part wet and then proceeded to cut from there. I thought "well I'm not a hair stylist." Then instead of sectioning out a part of my daughters hair in front and cutting to a section, she grabbed a chunk of her hair and cut straight across (well more like wavy as you can see it's not straight). I could hardly believe what I just saw. It looks like I tried to cut them at home. it looks aweful. Thank you Whitney for not giving a crap and making me ball my eyes out about my one year olds terrible hair cut a day before thanksgiving. read more

I came in to get my nieces, nephew, and brother in law to get their haircuts and there was a lady and a gentlemen working and neither of them smiled once, my niece and nephew are adorable so it's kinda hard to believe that they didn't enjoy them at all, they were rude and not personable at all. It was not a pleasant experience and will never be back and recommend to no one. read more

Lady's working Saturday morning were not pleasant at all. I watched one of them argue with a customer over what his name was in the computer until the other one said the customer was correct and no apology. The blades were not sharp on the lady that cut my hair. Always had great service here before today read more

Very rude person both times I have been there. First time she cut my daughters hair and was very unfriendly and curt. Second time I stopped for an eyebrow wax. She was rude to the lady in front of me and me as well. We both left and I know I won't return. Obviously she is in the wrong business. read more

I've gone to this place several times and I finally found a hairdresser I liked. I asked her for a card but she said she doesn't have one but I could find her name on my receipt so I kept it. Today I called to make an appointment with her but was told they don't make appointments so instead I had to ask what her schedule is so I can hopefully make it in when she is there. I hope all this is worth it and she does as good of a job as last time. What salon doesn't make appointments ? read more
