My son started tutoring twice a week with Rosemary over the summer. I have gone through several…read moretutors and she is by far the best. She is really thorough in her teaching. She goes above and beyond for her students. My son was struggling a lot with writing. She has taught him how to form paragraphs, use transition words, use proper punctuation, taught him how to answer questions with details and even worked on him with RACE, which he uses at school. Not only did she work on him with reading and writing but she also took the time to have him practice and learn his multiplication and division math facts. I am extremely satisfied with her tutoring services. Not only has my sons writing improved but I also see that he is more confident in doing his homework this school year and he participates in class a lot more than before. I still continue to take him to tutor with Rosemary and I have already recommended her to a few of my friends. I've been through several tutors and I feel like a lot of places just care about the money, however at Chartwell tutoring you can tell they care so much about the students. We love Rosemary!

The kids kept asking him to play. Even the kids that were 2 and 3 years older. Even now the older kids always say good bye to him when we leave. They accommodate our schedule and have even had a couple of his speech therapy sessions there when conflicting schedules made it impossible to do at home. It is affordable and an amazing environment for him to learn and grow.

Terrible experience, would not recommend. There's a menu posted to show what the kids will be…read moreeating that month . They do not follow it . They serve whatever they have . They do not check to see if the kids actually ate . They are not allowed to bring in their own water . There is no one securing the entrance/ exit . One instructor told me my daughter ate this and that . It was strange because I know my daughter is picky . I asked my daughter what she ate that day and she said nothing . Goes to show they will lie to the parents to make it look like they did a good job taking care of your kids . The director or woman in charge is very careless . There was issues with my fees and she did not do much to help . Everytime i tried to cancel our reservations she would try to convince me not to . I ended up not needing a reservation that she basically tricked me into keeping "just in case" . I had to pay 2 weeks of child care I never used. Will not recommend this place especially if you have kids that cannot speak yet . Who knows what they go through and there is no way for you to know because they will lie to protect their business .
