Booked these guys for a shuttle from EWR to center city Philly and it was a disaster. Kept us waiting at baggage claim for 2.5 hours. Useless updates from the 1 lady manning the phones. On the ride home the driver drove like a maniac through a snow storm. As a kicker he insisted on stopping for gas in NJ before dropping us off because "it's cheaper." Despite polite requests for him to wait until after he dropped us off, he gave us a "not my f*ing problem" attitude. In short, book your flight into PHL and don't bother with these goons. read more

The worst! They just left my husband stranded at JFK after a long day of international travel because his plane was delayed at the gate. He had landed and called them to say he was at JFK, and they left anyway. Why? Because they had a customer on the bus who was complaining about waiting for him. I normally do not write online reviews but this shuttle company has left me no choice. Would not recommend them to anyone. We booked our trip months in advance . On the way to JFK we were packed into a van with too many people and luggage. Upon our return to JFK we were told that it would be a two hour wait to be picked up. Instead of apologizing the owner proceeded to be rude and argued with me as to why a two hour wait should be acceptable and refused to refund our money. First the good: they pick you up at home; vans are in good shape. Now the bad: 1. Philly to Newark total time: 4 hours!!! (almost missed international flight) 2. Newark to Philly: 2 hours wait at the terminal +3 hours drive = 5 hours from when I was at the curb to when I got to my house in Philly. (note: 1 hr 45 min.wait at the terminal once we claimed our bags!!) This already would make this company's service unacceptable. In addition, 3. the driver is very aggressive, consistently exceeds speeds limits, blew a couple of red lights, and looked/used his phone a bit too often. 4. The service is run "very dynamically", to use an euphemism: instead of planning ahead and providing the driver with a clear list of which customer/location is first, second etc..they let the driver figure out more or less on the fly, where to go next, so he is constantly on the phone trying to figure out what to do. 5. finally, they charged more than stated on their website for a drop off in Montgomery county (supposed to be $5 per person, instead they charged $12.50) Should you need to use this service anyway, plan for the ride to any NYC airports to be around 4-5 hours, and buckle in! read more

This company should receive no stars, but I have to give it one. By far the worst and most rude service I have ever experienced. Our driver, Roberto, was yelling at his passengers and driving above the speed limit for the entire time. In addition, the shuttle was in horrible condition. After we arrived at the airport I completed a costumer service complaint and they said they would email me in 24 hrs with a follow up, I received nothing. Not to mention that the people in customer service are also rude and disrespectful. Never use this company. They deserve to be out of business and will be reported to the bbb for safety concerns (driving like a maniac) and for terrible service. DO NOT USE THEM. read more

This is a bunch of rude and inefficient guys running the business. I booked a 2-way trip to EWR and the driver picked me up right time from Philly airport while departing. But then he kept driving in the streets of Philly for the next 45 minutes and my BP fluctuated coz I was tight on schedule. Couple of fellow passengers took their own luxury of meeting their loved ones wasting 10-15 minutes before finally boarding the cab. Guys, seriously couldn't you have done that earlier? Although the driver picked up speed after the last pick up and drove reckless at times but dropped me at EWR on time which I could say was only reason for giving them one star but frankly, they need to plan their trips better and urge customers to be ready before they arrive. On the way back, the experience was more annoying as I was coming back from a 22 hour long trip, jet-lagged and totally exhausted. While their website clearly says they make attempts to pickup customers by adjusting their schedule, their driver didn't even waited at EWR for 10 more minutes and left sharp at 9:30 AM. (Ironically their website says the shuttle leaves between 9:30-10 AM). I made the call at 9:38 AM and the lady on the phone said they left already and she can't turn back on the driver. I mean seriously?. I had to wait nearly 4 hours at the airport before finally the next shuttle turned up at 1 PM after endless calls. Guys, beware. These guys are just minting money at the expense of causing inconvenience to the customers. Just 4 shuttles in a day from JFK and EWR is never gonna be enough and I learnt my lesson the hard way. Booked a shuttle for a friend coming in from overseas via JFK to get her to my house in West Philly. They were on-time for pick-up & drop off and very reasonable with their rates. On return, I planned to run her back to JFK but a surprise ice storm came in and I was uncomfortable making the drive so I called Super Trans to see if they had room. With in an hour she was on the shuttle and even with icy roads and closed highways, they got her there in a reasonable amount time for her flight. The drivers were professional and safe. I would use them for myself or company again in a heartbeat. read more

This was the 4th or 5th shuttle service I called because the others were booked due to a local convention. I now know why there were not only available, but I was the only passenger. I missed the drivers call that he had arrived and returned the call not even a minute later without an answer. I then saw him out the window so I approached the shuttle. He proceeded to scold me for not answering the phone then threatened me that he was a minute from leaving. Not a pleasant way to start the last day of my vacation. I have never been treated so rudely by someone in customer service position. I am still appalled. read more

I would never use again or recommend this service. While the ride from NJ to JFK was fine other than the driver talking the whole way rather than focusing on the road, the trip home was terrible. After waiting for four hours for the shuttle to arrive to JFK,we spent another hour driving around the airport trying to figure out who was to be picked up. Then at some point they decided to put some passengers in another van to get them home "faster". Instead we waited in a WAWA parking lot for almost an hour until the second shuttle arrived. I could have walked home faster. And the management is rude on top of everything else. read more

Reserved super trans-for a round-trip to and from Philadelphia international Airport got back to the airport from our wonderful vacation only to find that super trans-does not answer their phones!! Just used the shuttle service from JFK Philadelphia this past Tuesday. Our international flight arrive at 120pm we picked up, after numerous phone calls, two hours and five minutes later. We did not get home until 730 that evening which is ridiculous considering the JFK Airport New York is not that far away. Will never use this service is our experience absolutely horrible. read more

I've used Super Trans several times between NJ Turnpike Exit 4 and JFK, and have always found them reliable and efficient. Last night they outdid themselves when my plane was two hours late - two hours beyond what was supposed to be their last possible pickup time. I was amazed and delighted that the driver was still waiting for me - he said he just doesn't like to leave anyone stranded at the airport. Service doesn't get any better than that! read more

They deserve negative stars... NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this service. 1.They charged my credit card three times and when I called them to inquire about this, in a very rude tone their costumer service said ok I will waive two of them and never even said they were sorry... 2. Their costumer service is very rude, intimidating and yelled at me twice on the phone 3. My 70 year old father was the passenger and to send him to the airport with such a bad service was the worst thing I have ever done to him!.. they picked him up from Crown Plaza at 3:20 and spent 3:30 hours driving around in Philadelphia picking other passengers. My poor father was so nervous that he is going to miss his international flight. 4. The driver of the shuttle was very rude, he didn't let me tell him which terminal my father needed to be dropped off (since my father does not speak good English I had to tell the driver ahead of time), he stopped my from talking pointing to his cell phone, meaning that he was on the phone and didn't want to hear me.. then closed the door and drove away. 5. My father almost lost his flight... He got to JFK 1 hr before his international flight and had to run This service has to close! they are running the business in such poor way with so many negative ratings.. I truly hope that people read these ratings before they decide to travel with this service. I would give them a no star if I could. After a 10 hour flight from Italy, we were made to wait almost 2 hours for one person who had a flight delay over 2 1/2 hours. Then after repeated calls to the office, the driver finally left JFK to make another pick up at Newark totally 4 hours in the car with my 11 year old kid who was starving. This was after the manager in the office stated that he would ensure that we were dropped off first. As you can guess, that did not occur! The person picked up at Newark was dropped off first ,bringing our total time to a gross 4 1/2 hours. We were a family of 4 and we had to wait for 1 person! I am definitely filing a better business complaint immediately. No remorse, no customer service. DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF or YOUR FAMIly! read more

So booking the shuttle was fine. The phone call did not take long and a place was decided in PHL from where I was supposed to take the shuttle to EWR. For a 9pm flight, the shuttle was supposed to pick me up at 2pm. The shuttle was 45 mins late, which was still ok. But when the shuttle came, the driver did not help with the luggage. Also, the driver made me make the payment before boarding the shuttle and added a $10 tip to the payment in advance. A $10 tip on a $60 shuttle is good, when the service/ride/courtesy is that good. How can you ask me to pay for the service I have not yet received, and was not going to receive? And that was not just me, but everyone. I said I will pay the tip in cash. The shuttle took hours and I reached the airport at around 7pm. It was late but I caught my flight. Not much help was offered with the luggage. Plus when I saw the bill, the driver had charged me payment twice, with a $20 tip plus the cash tip I gave. Customer service was good in returning the extra charges but such unprofessional behavior from the driver was unexpected and felt that he was just trying to cheat everyone. For this reason I would never take this shuttle again and would not recommend it to anyone. read more

We used this service, yesterday, from JFK airport to Philly and we will not use it again. After a 17 hour flight, we were told that the van was "en route" from Terminal 4 to our Terminal, 7. Well, over an hour and a half later, the van, finally, appeared, but after we had called several times. We waited outside in the rain, hoping that the van would arrive any minute, but kept going back into the terminal for coverage with our luggage. When the van arrived, it was overpacked with customers and luggage and it was clear that they squeezed in last minute passengers (We had made our reservations weeks ago). Ben, the driver, claimed that the van was full and that another one was coming; then 5 minutes later, he decided that there was room for 3 of us. My elderly mother was with us. We were packed in like sardines and had to make 5 stops in Philly. Ben was contentious, surly and incompetent. He argued with me about his arriving late, badgered the passengers and in addition, he drove too fast in the pouring rain (I had to tell him to slow down and abide the driving laws) and a female passenger said that she felt unsafe. At one point, the driver attempted to get a passenger to change her drop-off to make it easier for him - she declined. If I hadn't paid for the trip prior to my holiday, I would have rented a car and driven myself as this trip took 3 hours, not counting the 1 1/2 hours waiting time. This is one reason why I try to always fly in/out of Philly. The trip was a miserable ending to a lovely Asian holiday. read more

Do not use this service. This is the third time (big believer in not judging on one experience) and I will never use them again. Twice it was ok to get to the airport but the third time I was delivered to the airport 6 hours before my flight. Yes, there were later shuttles. No I couldn't take one-no good reason why. I was given a hotel as a pick up location-others get picked up at home. Same with drop off. While I was told that van passengers are grouped according to location, last night 9 passengers were dropped off at 9 separate locations from Bensalem to North Philly, Upper Darby, the airport, Sharon Hill and Radnor. I forget the rest-it took almost 6 hours. The drivers have been nice enough but they always stop a couple times along the way. We stopped for gas (at a rest stop with restaurants) and then also later stopped at Dunkin Donuts. It should be a 2 1/2 trip to JFK in the middle of the day-why can't the drivers gas up and get coffee before the trip?? There was also a driver who stopped for a personal cigarette break-while the rest of us sat in the van. I also find it extremely annoying that the company combines Newark and JFK trips-but not always and they won't tell you in advance. It's really a shame because there is clearly a need for transportation from the Philadelphia area to JFK but this company disappoints time after time. read more

Dont Dont Dont!!!! SO RUDE! Totally unprofessional. I spoke with a woman from the company three times, she seemed fine. Got a quote, called again for availability, then called a third time to book a ride. She took all of my information: flight numbers, times, credit card info... So the night before my flight I called just to reconfirm.... no record of my calls or scheduled ride. What! ?!? The horribly rude man on the phone told me that I never called there, they had no record on their "caller ID" This was completely false, when I had called the woman the third time and gave my name, she already knew which airport and airline because I was in their system. The man told me to stop being dramatic. (One of those fella's that would never have the guts to say that to someones face but the phone gives cowards certain license, I suppose.) I looked on my call history and there they were, all 3 calls. I even took screen shots.... I digress. The point is, they have no idea what they are doing. I took Supertrans from phila suburbs to JFK last year. My flight was 8 pm and they picked us up in Plymouth meeting at 1:15pm. They were suppose to be there at 1pm. No big deal they picked someone else up first by accident. THEN they took us south and hour to Phila airport to pick up more people - who had been waiting an hour. The supertrans rep there was yelling at the driver that he was so late. Clearly he should have picked the phila airport people up first then come north to get us and head north to JFK. We then went all the way back north past where they got us so we ended up hitting NYC at the worst time on a fri. Dispatch was unsympathetic when we called from the shuttle worried we would miss our flight. Their answer was their was no one in the office who could help us until monday. You could hear the dispatch called our driver and he blamed us being so late on the traffic. We hit maybe 45 min traffic. . We made out flight with THREE MINUTES before the airline deadline On way home from JFK we were told to call once we got our bags. We landed but sat on the runway for an hour. Apparently the shuttle driver was texting us (which we weren't getting because they wouldn't let us turn our phones on even though we had landed) The driver SCREAMED at us that we were late when he knew we landed on time. He had waited for us and he would be late to drop off other people. I felt bad but we had no way of knowing anyone was waiting. We were simply told to call when we got our bags. No specific time was given to us that a shuttle would leave. Needless to say I didn't take them this year. read more

I took their private shuttle service from Philly to JFK. I am giving them two stars because they picked up on time and the driver was courteous, but everything else about my experience was negative. The driver talked on his phone and texted most of the way. Then, when we arrived at JFK, he practically extorted me for an extra tip (on top of the 15% included in the up-front charge). At first he asked where his tip was, and I told him I understood that 15% was included in the price of ~$320. He feigned surprise and said he had to check the paperwork. Then he tried pulling some scam where he proposed to give me some euros in exchange for the usd in my wallet. I told him I couldn't use euros where I was going. Then he 'checked the paperwork' and lied that the price included only a $25 tip. In another country I would expect this...not something I usually see in the US. Will not use this service again. read more
