I ended up having to go to a PROFESSIONAL because clearly this salon lacks this. My hair was fried. I had to cut 6 inches off and go dark to help my hair repair and grow back. I would never recommend this place. Owner deleted my Facebook review and said it was my fault. When a business doesn't hold itself accountable for mistakes made by their employees. Mistakes will continue to be made. It's expensive & was NOT worth the orange damaged hair. Plenty of other salons to try.

I tried to contact Denis over the next several days with no response, in the meantime the green highlights were becoming more pronounced. After 7 days I had Jen at Ulta fix my hair and she did a beautiful job!!! Denis finally contacted me with a text (9 days later) and I told him what had happened and his response was "did they fix it" Unbelievable! I asked for a refund and never heard back from him.
