Produce looked very fresh aside a moldy nectarine but everything looked great. The deli and bakery was full and smelled wonderful. I was very impressed with the standing tall meat department. The sale on the the Ribeyes and strip steaks is a terrific buy and the ribeyes were awesome. I don't shop the aisles just the perimeter but I did try an ice cream brand I've never seen before and I fell in love with it. It's called Mayfield creamery. I have to go back and get more.

The selection of fresh meat and seafood was questionable. It wasn't of the quality that I am used to buying at other popular grocery stores. In addition, there were only two check-out lines open and a line of customers a mile long. I couldn't tell if they were understaffed or bad at organizing the staff they do have. I needed something from the customer service counter and probably waited 20-30 minutes. There was only one employee who had to answer the phone, which never stopped ringing, and handle a line of 10+ customers. Overall, I am not a fan and will not be returning. There is a Publix a mile down the road, do not waste your time here!

Winn-Dixie grocery stores have been around since 1925 and although I don't frequent this grocer very often there are times when I come here when Publix doesn't have what I'm looking for - on this day I was looking for one rack of St. Louis Style Pork Ribs. Fortunately they had a pretty good selection on hand, unfortunately I had to buy two racks being there was a BOGO going on and the single racks were priced at $32.00 each so it was a no brainer to grab a free one so now I have one for later I guess, on this day I would of preferred to pay $16.00 for a single rack and been on my way so they are clever in that way but still haven't convinced me to return except for my annual or so visit. I also picked up a loaf of French Bread from the bakery it was half the cost of what I normally pay at the other place but it wasn't close to the same quality but I guess there is value in shopping here especially if you have kids who are eating you out of house and home. Normally grocery stores located directly across the street from each other provides some competition but this store doesn't seem to have an impact on the prices on the place on the other side of Highway 44 - I guess each grocer have their own set of loyal customers and that's okay I'm sure I'll return when necessary...

We love Aldi, especially because of how easy it is to access and shop there. For a long time, our…read morearea only had two main grocery options--Publix and Winn-Dixie--but when Aldi opened, it truly changed everything. The pricing is significantly lower, and the quality of the products is excellent. Since Aldi is connected to Trader Joe's, that quality isn't surprising. The store is always clean and well maintained, with none of the off smells you sometimes encounter in grocery stores from spoiled milk, produce, or meat. Parking is easy and convenient, and the handicapped parking is well designed for those who need it. The produce quality is very good, and the overall selection throughout the store is wide and well curated. I tend to feel overwhelmed in some grocery stores because of clutter and chaos, but Aldi feels organized, calm, and easy to navigate. The checkout clerks are very friendly and helpful; sometimes stopping to help a sweet old person that can't get the credit machine to work. (wait, that's me I'm talking about! ) I also really appreciate the strong selection of vegetarian options. While most grocery stores carry vegetarian items, Aldi stands out by offering them at affordable prices without sacrificing variety. We shop at Trader Joe's as well, and it's always nice to recognize familiar products on Aldi's shelves. A couple things to note for new shoppers: you'll need a quarter to use a cart, and you should bring your own bags unless you plan to purchase them at checkout. Sometimes boxes are available, too. It's all part of Aldi's system, and I actually appreciate the environmentally friendly approach. Overall, Aldi offers a great shopping experience with quality products, fair prices, and a clean, stress-free environment. We're very glad it's in our area.

I do not normally leave reviews for big grocery chains, but with today's experience I would consider it necessary. Upon checking out, there are was only 1 lane open with a cashier that was not self check out. I had a cart full of groceries so of course I used that lane. I had meat, eggs, bread- lots of delicate groceries. The young man checking me out did not say 1 word to me, and he was quite literally throwing the items in my cart not caring about damaging the goods. I mentioned about it all piling up and he ignored me, kept scanning. He doubled scanned a few items, I mentioned that. He didn't say anything again. I waited for the receipt to double check and he did void the extras. I also had my baby with me so I had to haul the extra cart over to the side and the one I already had because my baby was sitting in it with our things. Normally, this is not typical behavior. Also I should mention, while this young man was running the register, the manager was standing behind him waiting for him to be finished and never said a word. Hoping for a better word experience next time....
