I can't really complain too much, except for the fact that they can't order specific items, even with knowing that I regularly return. Also, I wish that the store would be more knowledgeable about what they sell. Not saying that they can't just be able to talk about stuff, I'm only saying that it would help if they could answer more of my questions about what they sell. As far as the store as a whole... I wholeheartedly recommend buying from here! They have a good thing going at Vapor City & Smoke 2! PS: More "social media PR" could help you folks increase foot traffic... just saying!

The workers wouldn't stand by their product at all, no exchange, no sorry. They are open late, so that's good. I've amended my rating because Andrew, after seeing the original review, powered to and did exchange the broken bong for a new one. He was very gracious about this, and when I went in, the place looked much better than it did when I had been in previously. Yay, Yelp, for helping one more store /customer experience work out well. The shop itself was fine but honestly the workers there are terrible, Never coming back. Hope that girl finds a new job, or at least a personality.
