I wasn't impressed at all. Generally I don't like to give bad reviews, but I didn't receive what I paid for. I ordered the superior was, all the shiny wash, extras, etc. When the machine started to spray the soap, it barely sprayed anything on the car. It soaped the side of it, a bit on the hood and nothing on top of the car. I have a sunroof and it was obvious that I didn't get any of the shiny soap there. I wouldn't visit this location again. Enter at your own risk!!!! During the pre "hand" wash before entering the full wash, my medallion was broken off the hood of my Mercedes. Manage nub decided that my car was old (rotted) & it would've broken off eventually, so it's not their fault. Well it was fine up until he put his hands on it. This place is horrible! I'm not even gonna speak on the wash more of the customer service. My car was in neutral and no brake my car got stuck on the belt. So the man that was at the start of the wash ran over and started screaming saying what am I doing. Mind you it's not my fault I'm stuck on the belt. He proceeds to yell scream panic and holler at me. I do suggest this business to train there employees when things like this happen just relax and help the PAYING customers instead of freaking out and excuse them of lying. I really wished I had read the reviews before coming here. I assumed it was just another self service wash and vacuum. The vacuums are so old and weak. The suction doesnt even compare to a regular vacuum you use at home. If you have dog hair it gets none of it. Waste of 2.50$ for the 6 minutes that go by very fast considering how weak it sucks up anything. I used to go to another ghetto one in Lynn but those vacuums got all of my dog hair out, so I dont understand why this place doesnt get any of it. Dont waste your time here. read more

Please don't go here.. I tried it for the first time because the carwash I normally go to on southern artery in Quincy was packed and Neponset was a little further from the back up one I attempted so I decided to try this carwash out. So I pay and drive through and I can feel the roughness from the machines so I immediately stop and look as soon as the carwash session is done. My car was scratched badly from their equipment. I went back spoke yo the gentlemen he was rude and said that didnt happen there when he clearly knew it did. I filed a report.Please don't go here save u some money, time and disappointed. stopped by to vacuum and wash my car. the place is a dump. the change machine was broken so I went up to ask the attendant for change who was also taking care of the gas station. he was overwhelmed by the 2 cars getting gas and instead of asking me what I needed he just screamed "be patient" before I even said a word. I waited for a minute and then screamed at me to be patient again. I then tried to explain the change was machine was broken but he interrupted me and said go back to your car and wait.
