Great food, great staff and fast service. I came here for the first time to try their carne asada fries which were 10/10.

Best place in town, let's go!! The service is top tier, the food is fast, and the employees are nice! Best place in town for sure!

I've only ever done drive through at Super Sergio's so I can't speak for dine in experience. The line usually takes a while but the food is always amazing! I typically go for breakfast burritos or the carne asada burrito and my boyfriend gets the cheese enchiladas. Everything tastes amazing! And I recommend the agua frescas ! read more

I drove through late on a Sunday. I got a bean/cheese burrito and fish taco and horchata. The fish taco was so crispy and tasty. The bean and cheese was exactly what I expected/ the tortilla tasted fresh! Highly recommend this drive thru read more

I can't recommend this place. The food is great some days, and borderline bad other days. You order a taco and one day you might get a fresh, crispy shell, another day you might get a stale and soggy shell that is falling apart. Tonight was a bad night and possibly the last straw for this regular customer. Ordered 4 chicken tacos and one of them had an ENTIRE CHICKEN BONE in it. IN THE TACO. Almost broke a tooth!!! I always give the benefit of the doubt to the business, so I called to try to resolve the issue. The gal on the phone says her boss "has a policy that you must bring the food back to get replaced." What a crock of s#%t. So not only do I, the customer, get food that is inedible, I also must spend 30 minutes of my time and money (with gas being almost $6/gallon) to drive back to get something that I already paid for. Where is the incentive for me to continue to patronize your business? Nah, that doesn't work for me. Going out of my way for something I already paid for still puts me at a loss. Hey Super Sergio's management: GET A GRIP, your cheapness is showing. This crappy policy of yours just caused you to lose a customer who comes here 2-3 times per week. Take a lesson in how customer service equates to success in business. Even easier, just Google it. Spoiler alert: it's crucial for your success. I hope you spend that $4 well that you just saved not giving me a free taco, because it just cost you hundreds of dollars of my business. read more

The food is not consistent when ordering the same thing the next time you go. I find the food served is better when the white truck ( a cook) is in the parking area. Taquitos were disappointing in that it was "more" tortilla with a thin line of meat. Thats not what I ordered taquitos for. All meat burritos are just that, and no cheese, no sauce, just dry. The tips to the servers aren't allowed in cash. I was surprised. Its up to the servers to report, not the business. The business is always clean. I have to give kudos! The drive through girl has always been polite. Nice patio in the front. read more

Great food and great service! It's nicely decorated and clean. I'm on my second visit and I'll definitely be back.

Best chicken burrito in town! I ordered a Cali Burrito with chicken instead of carne and my tummy is happy! The meat is not over done and cooked just right for flavor and moisture. The only thing I'd suggest is that they should check for bones in their shredded chicken. I took a bite with a little bone piece and had to spit it out. I saw on another post that this is a common mistake found by customers... at least it shows their authenticity. Lol. I came here just to try it out on my lunch break and I'm so glad I did. I'll definitely be back to try other items on the menu. Customer service is also very friendly. read more

Did a drive thru and ordered a large pina agua fresca and adobada super fries for a little over $20, which I thought was kind of pricey since I've ordered the same thing over at Albertos for a lot less. The portion size is comparable, although Super Sergio's does offer a little more "oomph" with their super fries. They're a lot more generous with their guac, pico de gallo, and sour cream. HOWEVER Their fries were absolute trash. Bland, soggy, and limp. It's as if they weren't fried all the way and despite all the toppings, it just couldn't mask how terrible the actual fries were. Similarly, the agua fresca was also a disappointment. It had a very artificial taste to it and the more I drank it, the weirder it tasted. Not sure if it was just a bad batch, but I do know that I regret getting a large. read more

I really enjoyed my enchiladas. I really appreciated them making it with the green sauce because the cashier said it was only with red so I was super happy that they were able to make it. It was delicious and I enjoyed it very much. The line was a while but there is a now hiring sign so I totally understand. If you want any Mexican food I will definitely try this place out. I would come again! read more

First time here, was hesitant based on their other reviews, but so glad we tried it. Tried the super fries - everything was cooked through and the toppings were fresh. Huge portion for $17.99. Quick service through the drive thru, and a friendly server. read more

$38.75 fot 2 burritos - 1 adobada and 1 relleno. I asked for no lettuce but add onion to the relleno burrito. $1.79 for onions. $2.79 to add cheese. $2.99 to add beans. Relleno is so small and mostly rice - 80% rice. Adobada is super greasy. Size is on the small side especially for the price! Never again. read more

I was in the area and knew that Sergio's was a "new" place so I decided to give it a try. I had read the reviews prior to going but still wanted to know for myself. Who knows maybe they might've had an off day. I went through the Drive Thru. The young man was very polite and helpful. (I left him a tip) I only order taquitos (5) and they looked really good. However, they lacked flavor. They weren't horrible. They just need to flavor their meat. The rice could use some flavor too. read more

So today I went through the drive thru and ordered a Sergio burrito with over easy egg. When I got to the window I was shocked that it was $9.36 when I normally only pay $8 something. The lady said she had to charge me an extra $1for making the eggs over easy. When I asked why there's an additional charge for over easy eggs she stated " it's because of the extra time and extra hassle." I was so tired and hungry that I just paid it. If I was an extra egg this would be a totally different story but they're literally taking the eggs I was entitled to and cooking it different. I then realized that isn't making an over easy egg less hassle than scrambled?? I mean, you don't have to go through the hassle of scrambling it. Anyways, I got home and noticed the egg definitely was not over easy and it was in fact scrambled. I've been to super Sergio's dozens of times and have ordered my burrito the same way every single time and have never been charged an extra $1 to cook an egg differently. I don't know if this is a new policy or maybe the employee didn't know but this was just ridiculous. If management is reading this review please enlighten me on the extra charge. read more

Mediocre Mexican restaurant that nickles and dimes you for little things. Drive a little and go get better Mexican in Pomona.

Asked for Al pastor nachos , they gave me carnitas. I wasn't annoyed until the guy tried to blame me for messing up the order. He corrected me on how to say Al pastor. It's my fault the order is wrong because I didn't say Al pastor with an accent? Lol I said Al pastor multiple times I feel like even though I can't say it with an accent you should be able to understand what I'm asking for. When I went it looked like a lot of people were having issues with their orders. If I'm talking to someone whose first language is another language and they don't say a word right I can still understand what they're saying. I think the man there just doesn't want to take accountability for messing up orders. read more

Great food, I've had a lot in the menu but my go to are their tacos. So good and so big and overflowing with ingredients.

Ok so I consider myself picky when it comes to carne asada burritos. I can honestly say this place is really good. It comes standard with guacamole and pico de gallo. I added on cheese and sour cream and it was delish. What surprised me most was the size, for the price it is very filling. I was full by halfway but I kept on eating because it was that good. They have a big menu but I haven't tried much yet. I got stuck on that burrito for a while now. But I will def go back and try something new next time! So keep an eye out for that review read more

Super Sergio's. The name stuck with me because I used to frequent Super Sergio'sin Sweetwater San Diego. My gotos were the California Burrito, Carne Asada Fries and Carne Asada Nachos. Super Sergios is the best fast food Mexican food place I've ever had. I worked in Compton for 8 years, amazing authentic food there. Nothing came close to Super Sergios. The Surf & Turf burrito is amazing, the beautiful shrimp and tender meat seasoned perfectly. Its the best! The Taquitos are always fresh and crispy with plenty of guacamole, my wife's favorite. A great side is the chips and guacamole, a very generous portion. read more

We just left there, and needless to say, the food was gross! I ordered the Carne asada fries, chips, and guacamole... 1st the Carne asada was terrible, the sour cream and guacamole was just as hot as the fries (gross)...the chips and nachos again the guacamole was hot over hot chips...cheese on guacamole and chips? Gross.... My husband order shrimp cocktail did not come chips nor crackers and that too was hot and gross.. I wouldn't recommend this establishment... It's pricey, the horchata was watered down.... The 1 and only thing I can applaud was the 2 youngmen... great customer service, but the cook needs training! read more

They charge for chips and they illegally charge %4 if you don't pay with cash. Might be a problem for them doing so

I've been eating here for awhile, and the food is great. However, I have to complain about the outrageous prices charged for small changes/substitutions. Example: I wanted to order a shrimp burrito. I'd ordered it before, but the ranchero sauce they use was too spicy-- so much so, I couldn't finish it. This time, I wanted to substitute the ranchero sauce for pico de Gallo. I was told there would be a charge. Huh? Just to substitute the sauce? Yes-- $1.29! WHAT?? It wasn't like I added beans, or wanted extra cheese. Just a sauce substitute. If the owners are reading this, please explain why. read more

Came here because it was open late. My buddy and me ordered carne asada fries as well as a California burrito. Once we got it, we realized how dumb it was to do both since they're essentially the same thing, with the burrito essentially being a rolled up version of the fries. Turns out it was tasty enough where we didn't mind at all. The carne asada fries portion was gigantic and was delicious. So much carne asada and cheese. The fries were crispy without being greasy. The carne asada could have used maybe a little bit more seasoning, but was still great. It came with guacamole and a green sauce. The burrito was not quite as good as the fries. The ratio of protein to french fries was off and more than half the burrito was just fries. With the fries and the tortilla, it made it even more evident that the carne asada itself was lacking a bit of seasoning. The tortilla seemed to be made in-house, although did not taste like it was made to order. Still much better than a purchased tortilla. The pricing is fair for how much food you get. If it's 1am and I'm craving carne asada fries, this is where I'd return. read more

First time trying this place and boy was I disappointed, only went there because my husband wanted to try it, not going back. I ordered a California burrito; it had stale fries and flavorless meat, (i had asked to add avocado and rice, they charged me and didn't add it) I took two bites and threw it away. My husband got a potato taco, that had a lot of greenish potatoes packed with cheese. The only thing that was semi decent was the Chile relleno burrito, they added lettuce to half of it which was weird. If you want better tacos in that area I suggest you go to Taqueria Mora near the am/pm or drive a little further to tacos El Rey, best Al pastor tacos. read more

Tried this place after work one night because I was craving some Mexican food. I wanted to try this place due to the overall good reviews and the fact that I wanted to try a new place. ... let me say, tried it... I'm good. I like that they have a drive through. The girl at the drive through was friendly and food did not take too long. However, this area has quite a few different Mexican food places and if you are not good, you probably won't last. This place used to be a ramen place. I had not idea they even closed down and now became a Mexican food place. I had ordered the asada fries and a beef crispy taco. The taco was better than the fries... but there are other places way better and way cheaper for tacos in the area. Let's start with the asada fries. The meat has zero flavor!! They used real cheese, not the melted canned disgusting nacho cheese... but the meat had no flavor at all. It was the most bland asada nachos I have ever eaten!! I ended up throwing it out before I even finished it... and I only ate it because I was starving after work. On a normal day, I probably would had just thrown out the entire thing. The fries were also not very crispy. I don't know why people are saying the asada fries are food when Mexican places are a dime a dozen here in Chino. Their taste bad must not be working properly. The crispy beef taco was much better, but at over $3, it was really expensive and definately not worth it. It was not food enough to justify $3 for a few bites of a mediocre crispy taco. Would I eat here again... it's pretty obvious I will never be back here. The food is bland and way overpriced for what you are getting. The people giving this place the high reviews... I'm not sure what to say except you will not find me here. There are tons of other better tasting and cheaper Mexican food places around, especially since this is more of a "fast-food, drive-through" type place. There are about 4 or 5 Mexican food places just in the couple blocks of this place. All of them are better without a doubt. read more

Super Sergio’s - Zero flavor!! No bueno - Mexican Near Me - Chino, California

I'm giving Super Sergio's FIVE STARS for my first visit which was earlier this evening. It's great to see a new business pop up in the neighborhood after this location became vacant for a short period. Here is the reason for my review...We arrived shortly after 7 PM and noticed the drive thru was rather busy, no problem so we parked and walked in and ordered on a busy Friday nite. I had the asada sopes, my daughters ordered the asada fries and the other the #7 special. We only sat and waited for approximately 10 minutes, the girls and young man working the front were very nice and courteous. So we ended up taking the food to go since we only live a few miles away. Upon opening my to go container I was surprised to see very good portions for the price paid. The sopes had just the right amount of meat, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, I poured on some green chile which was very tasty, not to mild or hot. Refried beans and rice were very good as well. I failed to mention my Wife was here on a prior occasion and really enjoyed the food and service as well. Great job Super Sergio's! Keep up the great work. I'll have to return soon to try some different menu items. In closing my review, to the Elite Reviewer here who whined about the "green sauce" saying it's "too watery" on the contrary I found the green and red sauce were great, the guacamole was great as well. Oh well, can't please all the fussy folks. Perhaps you should try Taco Bell or Del Taco on your next urge for Mexican food. Again, GREAT all around service/food on a busy Friday nite! read more
