I was sold on hiring Redwood Pipe & Drain for our complete replacement of all the 1950's cast iron piping under our house because of Timothy's fantastic initial assessment of what we needed. He was the only person who actually went under the house to look at the pipes and even took pictures which he sent to us. Communication afterwards was prompt and thorough via email, no pushy phone calls following up. We received two quotes for specific work to be done and they were very comparable to the quote we received from another local and well known company. All that and paired with financing options was a huge relief. Our techs Bradley and Chase were super friendly and got the job done in two days. You get a text with their names and pictures when your techs are on their way. Overall, super happy with Redwood services. Would recommend.
