After our flight landed, we used the Super Park shuttle, going to lot D, 5/14/26, at 2:30pm, transportation to return to the parking lot and had an extremely disappointing experience. As soon as the driver opened the bus door, there was a very strong smell of marijuana coming from inside the shuttle, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. On top of that, the driver never once got up to assist passengers with loading luggage onto the shuttle, nor did he help unload bags when we arrived at the parking lot. Many of us had heavy luggage and basic customer service and courtesy were completely lacking. The driver also came across as very rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers at all. After a long flight, the last thing travelers want is poor service and an unpleasant environment. This experience left a very negative impression and definitely needs to be addressed. read more

Parked here for my upcoming trip. We parked on Lot C. There are four lots in total. Was able to find a parking spot right near the shuttle pickup. They offer covered and uncovered parking. The Parking lot was well lit, felt safe getting in and out of the car. The shuttle was waiting for us while we were getting out of the car, and the driver assisted with getting the bags on and off. We were dropped off at our terminal. Both drivers we encountered were friendly, and personable. The rates were reasonable. Definitely will utilize parking for my next trip. read more

Only reason I parked there was all terminal 2 lots had visible spots open but all the entry ticket machines shut off. Stl needs to hire someone new to manage their parking. I hadn't used SuperParkSTL for almost a year because of the TERRIBLE issues with getting in and out of lots and the charges not being accurate. Customer service is impossible to reach. I tried them again this week since the terminal lots were full. Same issues. Can't get any resolution. Get it right! It's not rocket science - it's a parking lot. read more

On Wednesday afternoon, I parked in D Lot and made my way over to the waiting area. There was a sign that said to call the number for a shuttle. I called, and within 10 minutes, a shuttle came and took me to terminal 2. On Saturday, when I arrived back, things did not go so smoothly. It was Lord of the Flies in the shuttle waiting area. Shuttles came and went- some saying Lot C, but if asked, the driver was willing to take people to other lots. I tried to wait in a line, as did several other patient people, and we watched as large groups of people emerged from the terminal and just walked up to the shuttles in front of those waiting. After about a dozen shuttles and half an hour had passed, a nice driver offered to take us to D even though his shuttle was posted as "C". We never did see a shuttle posted for "D". I did not have any problems at the unmanned check out kiosk, but it sounds like it was just dumb luck on my part. I did appreciate that lot D was right next to the freeway on-ramp that I needed. If you have young kids, or have time constraints, this may not be the parking situation for you. read more

Never again! Twice in a row we weren't able to get a shuttle from the lot -ended up walking the tunnel and took the terminal shuttle to T2 We've been waiting for 40 minutes. Multiple shuttles for B and C. Have now called twice and they have said one is on the way. Inexcusable. We would should have parked in a cheaper lot-the service would have been better. We recently parked in Lot C when heading out of town and while parking and getting to the airport went fine, returning to our car was a nightmare. Our flight got in on a Sunday evening when the temperature was nearing 100°F and due to "staffing issues" there were only 1-2 shuttles running and we waited outside, in the heat, with a baby, for nearly an hour. People were pushing and shoving, making otndoffocult for those of is with babies or children to board. The shuttle we finally able to get on was running back and forth between the airport and all of the lots in no particular order. We actually could have paid for a less expensive lot and would have been driven to our car first. When we finally made it back to our car, we lined up in one of the open lanes only to sit and wait. It became apparent that none of the automated payment machines were working and one by one, cars had to reverse into the only lane that had an attendant. All I'm all, from the time we got outside until then time we got out of the easy park lot was about 2 hours. Going forward, I will choose any other available option to avoid this one. read more

Oof this was a horrendous experience. Parked here over a weekend and got parked just fine, but the process to get back to the lot and out after coming home was rough. We waited for about 10-15 minutes for our Lot B ($12/day) shuttle to show up at terminal 1. When we got to the lot and went to try to get out, the machine was broken. We called and they said they would send a supervisor out asap. Three other cars showed up and then we asked another shuttle driver about it. He phoned his supervisor and we were told he was still on his way. 30 minutes later, we finally got some help and got out. This seems to be a known issue and they still do not leave someone out there to staff the lot! We're going back to the Parking Spot where we have never had any issues. read more

Finally after the same driver circled around and we were still standing in the cold he offered to take us to lot E although that wasn't his lot. No cashier.... No shuttles.... No security at the lot. I always park here when I'm heading out of town to Lambert Airport for convenience. Parking used to be affordable, convenient and safe. Since pandemic and staff shortages this parking lot has slowly gone downhill. No security or attendant anymore. Thank god I haven't had any problems considering I'm gone a minimum of 3 days at a time. Parking has went up there . I'm confused less service but more money ( make that make sense) parking has increased from $7 to $9.00. Shuttle service has been slow and majority times down to one driver. Each ride to and from the airport is packed to capacity now and the wait time is ridiculous. Sometimes having to wait over 30-45 considering ppl constantly waiting there time and getting overlooked. No communication at all just dog eat dog to get on shuttle. Thank god we have all been mature about it. Drivers are always nice when you frequent the shuttle it's the PROCESS I'm complaining about. The heaters on the lot as well always have a problem as well with heating or standing in the space to stay warm. Due to this inconsideration and lack of responsibility I will not be using these services anymore. Terrible area to park- lot E is $23/day but this is the third time we have gotten stuck where the gate won't open due to inability to read card or not able to take payment. Then when you call the numbers online and listed, the mailbox is full. You have to find an alternate way to call. Unfortunately, there is never anyone at the window to assist. Usually someone comes after 30 minutes and is very rude and proceeds to charge you. They need to fix their gates if they aren't going to have an attendant. Makes traveling terrible after a long day. Super Park at STL is the absolute worst!! Paid $25/day to be told they weren't doing anymore pickups or drops offs in Lot E because it was closest to the airport and people could technically walk. Well, not if you're handicap and not when you paid $25/day and this is not pursuant to the terms of the parking agreement. They are supposed to provide shuttle service 24 hours a day. And, it's unsafe to be walking back to the lot, especially at night. Plus the lots are never staffed and the exit gate wouldn't let me out. Had to wait 40 mins for staff to arrive. This parking service has gone completely downhill over the years. Horrendous customer service. Shoddy logistics, and not enough staff. Per website, the shuttle "makes pick-ups every 10 minutes." However, 60+ people were waiting at 10 p.m. with no shuttle from the terminal to the lot. After over an hour of waiting with my fussy 1 year old, multiple calls to customer service, and watching people emotionally implode - to include one chasing a Super Park down that drove through without stopping - I gave in and spent $32 on an Uber to get my car, which is on top of the $72 I spent for parking and "free" transportation to and from the terminal. Another mom, her three year old daughter, and another couple, also took the Uber, as they were waiting too. Then we had to walk with our luggage to our cars from outside the gate/entrance. Not a big deal for me, as I left mine with my spouse and young kids at the airport, but not the best for others who were not there with support. So instead I helped with those who needed it. I used to use Super Park frequently. Now I never will again. Moving instead to Parking Spot. read more

Was stuck in terminal 2 for over 30 minutes tonight at Lambert Airport. I scanned my Super Park Express Rewards Card to pay and exit the parking lot. My card was charged and I was given an electronic copy of my receipt, however the gate did not open. The parking attendant, Irene, refused to let us out even after showing our receipt. She made us pull off to the side to call Customer Support who was not answering the phone. We asked Irene to talk to her supervisor. After talking to her supervisor, she was advised to let us out of the parking lot and she still refused. We called her supervisor again and they had to send someone physically over to tell her in person to let us out. Finally after 30 minutes she opened the gate. read more

This parking service is awful. I had parked in Super Park lot A. When my flight arrived back, I went to the sign that said "Super Park" in the shuttle area. When the shuttle that said "Super Park" appeared, the lady driving said she didn't go to lot A and told me to go stand by a different sign that said "Terminal 1". I then spent 1 hour and 45 minutes trying to get a shuttle. I called the lot several times, asked several airport employees for help, and no one thought to mention that for some reason the shuttle going to Super Park Lot A said nothing about Super Park on it. I most likely had just missed the shuttle several times, but there was absolutely no way for me to know they had labeled this shuttle as "Terminal Shuttle" instead of "Super Park". This could be easily corrected by adding a note to the sign at the pickup location. I won't be parking in this lot again. read more

They have several lots (A, B, C, D, etc) and advertise a no more than 15 minute wait to be picked up. We waited over an hour and 20 minutes, and our shuttle still didn't show. Finally we flagged a driver from the shuttle to lot A down and he said he'd take us (along with many others waiting for our B lot shuttle) to lot B since Driver B was M.I.A. The bus was completely packed and overloaded, and many people had to stand to make room for all the extra passengers. The wait for a Super Park terminal shuttle is consistently over 30 minutes. They apparently have only one shuttle bouncing between terminals. The vehicles are junky and run down. In reviewing where to park my vehicle for 4 days (Thursday thru sunday), I saw that Super Park Lot B was very close and reasonably priced for Long term parking. When I arrived late sunday night to retrieve my vehicle, I spent 25 minutes waiting for a shuttle bus to take me to lot B. When leaving, there are problems with the gates and self checkout. When a cashier arrived, she said the 4 days were total $40 (4 days at $10/day). The website clearly says M-F $10/day Sat-Sun $7/day. I e used super park for 13 years and after the last few experiences I'm moving to park spot. The wait time for a shuttle is 20-35 minutes. If you don't call them they won't come, and there's no signage or instructions to patrons that they should call after a certain time frame. The quality of drivers is totally different, tonight's driver was using profanity and screaming at patrons. While standing at the stop several people were calling for a shuttle and each time the dispatcher would say well no one has called, so I don't know why you're upset.
