The description was misleading from the start. The condition of the clothing was absolutely disgusting. I found pants with what appeared to be menstrual stains, urine stains, and even fecal contamination. These items were not suitable for resale, donation, or personal use. No customer should ever receive clothing in this condition. I personally took the clothing to a donation center, and they refused to accept it because of its condition. Not a single item was clean enough to keep, resell, or donate. Every piece was dirty, stained, damaged, or unsanitary. Who are these clothes intended for? These items belong in the trash, not in a wholesale bale sold to paying customers. To make matters worse, after I contacted the company and complained about the condition of the merchandise, I was blocked instead of being offered a solution, replacement, or refund. I wasted my money, my time, and transportation costs picking up and dealing with these items. I cannot recommend this supplier to anyone and will never purchase from them again.

This store was such a delight and especially the owner Michelle who was a living doll! I saw these amazing checkered pants in the window and just had to go in. The prices at Melrose stores can be very, very expensive or a good deal. I wouldn't say there are good bargains to be fair but you will find things out of this world. Typhoon was packed to the rafters with amazing fashion. Michelle had a cute area to try things on and a cute couch for my daughter to wait, she didn't care for these things. They had these absolutely killer coats but they were $600, so I wasn't too tempted and I have tons and tons of those. This year had been all about purging shoes, clothing and coats. I would feel awful to leave a ton of stuff behind for my daughter to have to deal with in the future. Michelle was so lovely and was able to guess my size pretty quickly and help me try on different pants. I knew I was getting the checkered ones for sure but what color was hard to decide.
