Made an appointment for a Saturday at 2 as a first time client. Arrived early to be told they are running behind and I would have to wait at least 15 minutes beyond my time. Unsure if supplies used (I.e, cuticle clippers) were disinfected between clients. Cut my finger while trimming cuticles, so hope they were disinfected! Additionally, did not fully cover the nail with dip powder. When I pointed it out, she tried to use a similar color nail polish rather than dip. She did do the dip again after I mentioned the polish color did not match right. In the end, the nail had the right color coverage. As for the rest of the manicure itself, did a pretty decent job. Some thickness under the nails from the dip powder but the shape and filing of my nails was nice. Very easy to make an appointment. read more

I went to Super Nails on January 20th for a powder dip manicure. I don't typically go there but I was going for convenience this time. I've gotten powder dip many times before and it typically lasts 3.5-4 weeks. Last night, February, 1st, I was trying to open a box of paper clips and it happened so quickly, but the powder dip coating popped right off! I had noticed the last few days that the edges were coming up because when I would run my fingers thru my hair, my hair would start snagging in my nails. I get the powder dip because I know that gel polish doesn't last on my nails and peels off quickly. I noticed the lady didn't prep my nails like I'm used to and the product was a different brand. They were very easy to make an appointment with, and got me and my sister in right away. They had a ton of people working, so none of the technicians had to stop and go to the front desk when new customers came in (a problem I have experienced with places like Kara Nails). We both got full acrylic sets, she got gel and I got regular polish. Both of us loved how things turned out! They were so speedy and nice. The prices were also really great! Her full set with gel was $35 and my full set of regular polish was $27. I can never find a great full set for under $30, so I will definitely be coming back! very friendly place, but a waste of money. i had my acrylics done in culpeper back in march (13th), and they made it til april 18th with no lifting or breaks, my mom suggested i come here for my fill. i am disappointed because there is a line of demarcation from this acrylic and the last one, she insisted they look natural that way. she took my square shape to a coffin which i honestly wasn't happy about but i didn't say anything because i trusted her. 2 of my cuticles were nicked and are inflamed, the shape is very uneven and thinner at the tip, which is a big no no. one nail is already cracked... idk. i feel like i should go in and have her fix it but there's no point i might as well go to the previous lady at super nails in culpeper. I really wanted to love this set. i tried. but i am so unhappy. the technician was great but i don't think she has experience in longer acrylic sets. read more

denise did an excellent job on the shape of my nails. i asked for short but rounded and i love them! my only complaint is the price. i tried this place out for a change because i thought my other salon was expensive, but it ended up being the same. i had a gel acrylic fill in, but i was charged extra for clipping & repair, so it ended up being $38 without tip. not terrible though! especially when i was so satisfied with the results . read more

I went in here a few weeks ago for a fresh set of falsies, she may as well Have been laying cement as fat as she made My nails, I did ask that my index and thumb nails be slightly thicker (I work with dogs, I grind their nails, I end up grinding my own often) but these were sincerely 1/8 inch thick or More in some places, ALL OF THEM!! Maybe it was an off day, and I still love that they let me bring my dog with me, but she didn't even ask me if I thought it was too thick, and when I said I thought they were too thick, she said "oh they have to be that thick for support, but they won't always have to be" I went to another salon to have them filled a few weeks later and the lady asked me if I had done them myself... read more

I live in Locust Grove but was in the area & needed a fill. As my first time coming here, I wasn't sure if it would be packed or not so I called ahead of time to make a reservation for a fill, 15 minutes before planning to arrive, & they said there was no need just because it was pretty empty. I showed up about 10-15 minutes later & there were TWO people getting work done AND there was four workers two of which I assume don't know how to do acrylics. I had to wait 30 minutes for TWO CUSTOMERS to finish up. They don't have very many colors to choose from. I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted.. three different solid colors but yet that confused my tech. I had the picture pulled up the entire time with all five fingers clearly visible. She was confused which finger was which and tried to tell me that what I "thought" was my middle finger was actually my ring finger according to the picture. Not sure why they couldn't figure out which finger is which because the picture was very self explanatory. The entire process from when I came in to when I left was an hour and 10 minutes, 30 minutes to wait & 40 minutes from start to finish. I tipped the tech $10. My bill was around $33/$34 for a FILL in ORANGE COUNTY leaving it as $43.50 once the tip was added. read more

Horrible customer service. Do not tell you they have appts coming in and tell you a time frame and it keeps getting longer and longer . If they know they are booked and don't have time for other appts don't make people wait 2 hours. Don't make people wait an hour and watch them leave cause your not talking to them to explain things will be a long wait. read more

Got a mani-pedi and they did good work but they take walk ins before appointments. What's the point of having an appointment if they take 3 walk ins before you and make you wait more than half an hour past your time? On top of that when you try to talk to someone about it they just amile and tell you its no problem because of the language barrier. read more
