Awesome people and quality work done quickly! We are visiting from out of town, during Covid,…read morestaying in a place w/o laundry facilities. Our daughter is having surgery at So. Nassau Hosp. We needed a bunch of clean clothes and sheets and towels in a hurry, and needed them laundered in fragrance-free detergent (which we brought for them to use). My husband found these folks, they had everything done in 2 hours, dry, smoothed, and folded beautifully. They used their least fragrant washing machine which helped to reduce any flowery fragrance. Really appreciate their kindness, making it a first priority, and the beautiful job they did. (I believe self-serve laundromat is also an option, but we chose to have them do it for us.). Open 24 hours too!! I wish I could give them 6 stars or more!

No. I would be the mom that would work a full time job, care for her kids the remaining hours and still find time to do a million loads of laundry a year. It's a mothers duty, after all? Not anymore. After having experienced the convenience and low cost of dropping off laundry three times this past week and the load off my shoulders I can confidently says; Outsourcing laundry should be a right! So, go do it! The people at the laundromat are very friendly, and the turnaround and quality of the service is pristine! / Thank you! See you next week!

My wife and I used this place because they picked up and delivered laundry for a reasonable price…read more Once again laziness sucked me into settling on someplace I wasnt totally happy with. The wash was done OK most of the time. But there were times we would get stuff back and it just wasnt clean. Here's what I mean. We had stuff we wanted washed a certain way and hung on hangers. We would get it back with marks on it instead of clean. Never anything major but it was not as it should be. This Sunday we got our stuff back and didnt inspect it. My wife starts to get her stuff ready for work later and discovers ALL of her work clothes look like they were wet down and then used to mop a floor and hung on hangers after. This is at 1130pm, so guess what I have to do at almost midnight on Sunday??? Find a 24 hour laundromat and do wash. I wish I could post a picture to show just how messed up it was. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because the owner is a really nice guy. He did try to save us as a customer but just had too many excuses. I demanded our money back and he did return it but I just cant take my stuff someplace that I have to worry will do the job this poorly. EDIT: This place also does a really poor job on dry cleaning and pressing, which is why I went back to using Dartmouth cleaners

I would not recommend using the tailoring services at this establishment. I brought in a pair of…read moreshorts for what should have been a very simple hem repair, yet I had to return three separate times because the hem and lining were never properly attached. Unfortunately, the experience was made worse by the customer service. Rather than acknowledging the repeated mistakes, the staff were consistently dismissive, irritable, and seemed inconvenienced by having to correct their own work. If you do decide to use their tailoring services, I strongly recommend inspecting the finished work carefully before leaving the store to ensure everything has been completed correctly. My experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and ultimately did not meet even basic expectations for quality or customer service.

The washers are cool they have this new technology that's called dry washing where the clothes are washed with no water at all or the bare minimum. Did I also mention there is no hot water. I guess hot water is not a choice. Anyhow on to the bathroom this place must be made for midgets at 6'3 I literally had to get on my knees to use the sink.
