They do what we all really hate doing and that's cleaning up the dog poo from your yard. They're reasonably priced, let you know when they're coming and when they're leaving and as gross as it may seem- they'll send a pic of the poo they've cleaned up. To me...it assures me that the job is getting done. They can also sanitize your yard for you and they just all around do a really GREAT JOB! I commend them for doing the dirty job that none of us pet owners really want to do and they really do put 110% into it! It has helped me out TREMENDOUSLY. We thank you so much SuperHound and really do appreciate what you do!

I had this service for about a year. The good things about it were: 1st star- the price and 2nd star - they did a satisfactory job removing the poop from my yard when it wasn't snowing, raining or other things like their only employee quitting. The owner, Lyle, seems like he's probably a decent guy but he really should hire someone else to handle customer service. Communication is poor - crickets from him during the pandemic to let customers know how service would be affected; if they didn't show up for some reason on the scheduled day, they couldn't be bothered to proactively inform you (although Lyle was responsive to customer initiated emails); you're still billed when they don't come. I don't expect warm hugs and daily greetings but it's not too much to ask for timely, professional communication. And maybe a word of condolence when a customer loses a pet.
