Her portable professional massage table is sturdy yet comfortable, and she always brings fresh linens to keep me covered and warm. She uses a combination of traditional and Thai massage techniques, and focusses far less on minutes than on making sure I have a relaxing and peaceful massage experience. She's extremely knowledgable and experienced, even with special cases, like my wife, who has a spinal cord injury and required a different treatment than your average massage patient in order to feel relief from pain and stress. Gayle has a very pleasant, easy-going personality and is a pleasure to get to know. She's also great with kids, in case you have little monsters running around like we do. Once in a while we go over to her home-based clinic. It's recently renovated, totally accessible, has free parking and even a sauna. She's an awesome RMT with over 20 yrs of experience and it really shows that she knows her stuff. She did an initial assessment with a quick chit chat and then it was about discovering my knots as she did a full body massage. The whole body is connected, I do agree, and I didn't know that my back/shoulder issue could lead to tension being built up in other areas such as my pecs. I'm so used to RMT's just working on my primary problem issues. The bed is heated and also has a lot of cushioning so it's quite comfy. Sheryl takes cash or uses Square to process credit card payments. I prefer to give her cash as I didn't want to wait for the Square transactions to go through. She's always very professional and gives me more time than I am allotted for. I never feel like she is gipping me on massage time. The only thing is that they don't have an online appointment booking system but I don't mind calling and leaving a message. Sheryl has always been very prompt at getting back to me. Mandi is excellent; I have seen more results from her treatment and care than I have in previous years at other clinics, by far! I go regularly to keep on top of any issues I have that are recurring. Vicki gives great massages, really targeting the areas I most need her to work on for reducing tension/stress and tightness.
