We had a clean Lincoln MKT and water bottles were provided. Upon our return to CLE, we received a text from our driver and we're told which door to use. Quick and easy! We were returning from a long trip in Europe and so it was great to have a ride waiting for us. Thanks Renee for the friendly service to and from the airport! After spending over a thousand dollars for wedding party hair and makeup, it did not even last until the pre-ceremony pictures because of how hot and sweaty everyone on the bus was. It was so uncomfortable, and was a horrible experience. To try to fix the air, the bus driver tried to call the company, who did not help at all, and we were instructed to call back after the wedding to request a refund. After the wedding, we did call and were not granted a refund after lots of back and forth with the company. If you value your wedding day look (hair, makeup, etc) DO NOT book Cleveland Taxi Limo. If something goes wrong, they will do nothing to fix it.

She, the guardian, and her dad, the veteran, were on the manifest for an Honor Flight Cleveland flight to Washington DC on October 15th. Not being from the area, she googled transportation to the airport at 3:30 AM, gave Danny a call and made a reservation. She probably texted him a dozen times, paranoid that something may go wrong and she and her dad would miss this opportunity of a lifetime. Danny was very kind and patient, and assured and reassured her that it would be fine. Well it was better than fine. Toni was their driver who was actually 7 minutes early for the 2:45AM pickup after confirmation texts the day before and another one when he was on his way. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, Toni opened our doors for us, he chatted with us about the area and his different jobs and his skating and the trip, even though it wasn't a very long one to begin with, was over in a blink. Unaware of their surroundings and a bit nervous with nearly drained phone batteries, I finally became aware of the situation from them after not hearing of their safe arrival to the hotel. At 2am I began calling local cab companies in Cleveland with zero success until A-1 shuttle picked up the phone! I was so distraught I never got the dispatchers name, but Christopher, the driver scooped them up at 2:20am and drove them 20 minutes back to their hotel. THANK YOU A-1 Shuttle for your availability on such short notice, efforts to ease my mind and ultimately saving the kids from what could have become a dire situation! #GratefulThankfulBlessed

Unless you're an important  VIP executive and have a well versed knowledge of the limo industry, steer clear of this company. I contacted them to get a quote for a limo for my kids prom. Everything was fine, the price seemed fair and we moved forward. When the day arrived, a black SUV pulls up instead of a limo. When i contacted them to ask the reason there wasn't a limo there, i was told that i don't understand the definition of what a limo is these days and i should have known from the price what kind of car i was getting. I'm not a frequent limo rider but when i think limo for prom, I'm not picturing a black SUV.  The rest of the unprofessional interaction played out through text (pictures attached). I asked why would i pay for a limo when a SUV showed up, and i was told the miscommunication was my fault. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a limo when i called a limo service.  For anyone thinking of using this company, just know they don't even have any limos available. It is only SUVs so if you're not an important doctor, lawyer,  or executive then don't expect anything else from them.  I truly feel i was ripped off with the old bait and switch. The plan was to give my kid and their friends a memorable experience for this once in a lifetime senior prom. The service was provided and i was willing to pay an adjusted amount for the lack of a limo since at that point, we had no other options. However, when we texted about it the next day, Dave the owner was a wittle crabby from his trip to Europe (which he had to mention as if it pertained to the conversation what so ever). He was completely unreasonable, and accusatory. He called me cheap and went on and on about his important clients and demanded full payment because i was dumb to expect a limo from a limo service.  I'll let the pictures speak for themselves but if you're just normal folk, don't bother with fireman's LIMO service.
