I have used soooo…read moremany laundry mats in the past all over the area and this is the first time that I have been talked to and treated so rudely--and I wasn't doing anything weird, just there as a patron! its also the first time I've gone somewhere and immediately known that I would never go back. If that's how they treat their customers they either need to change staff or get into a lime of business that doesn't involve "customer service." I'm honestly just blown away by how horrible the guy was who interacted with me.

Even though the average time to wash is 30 minutes and the average time to dry is 20 minutes--they close the washers at 7:30 PM. I didn't get much of a chance to wash my clothes, of course I got there late! 7:20! Even still they wouldn't let me do my clothes. I'm actually OK, the woman who works there is a chainsmoker, I couldn't get within 10 feet due to the tobacco smell. I'd be careful getting my clothes cleaned here, particularly dry cleaning, not sure they'll come out smelling clean, might have a hint of tobacco?
