The older Spanish woman with glasses is very nasty. I told her and showed her that they were sheets. She told me I didn't have to pay and then added the charge on to my next order. In the end,I paid for the up charge. I didn't want to argue with them. There are so many laundromats on Staten Island. I would suggest picking somewhere else.
