She didn't greet me or acknowledge me in a friendly way instead, she just stared at me until I reached my washer. She then came over and immediately told me that everything wouldn't fit, even though I hadn't finished separating my laundry yet. I've been to this laundromat once before, I just moved here, I was planning to make it my regular place to do laundry. Unfortunately, Brenda's attitude and the way she treated me completely changed my mind, she told me she would shut off the washer and kick me out and argued with me even after she saw the extra amount of space I had left in my washer, customers deserve to be treated with respect, not judged or made to feel unwelcome. Because of this experience, I won't be coming back. Do better!

One woman locks the door and tells you to use the bathroom by 5 even though they close at 6. Also, on Thursday there is a guy who vacuums right around you while you are doing your laundry. No boundaries. This is something that should be done before opening or after closing. It's bad enough they vacuum while open, but they do it around you and that is unacceptable.

When we pulled up the gas station was busy but we didn't have to wait because they had so many gas pumps. The fuel prices here were reasonable and it was great that they had a large convenience store as well as a 24-hour carwash. The other nice thing was that it was conveniently located off the highway unlike some other gas stations that take forever to get find. The convenience store itself was big, well stocked, and clean. The employee was very polite, and the bathrooms were really clean as well. In the end this was a typical Mobil gas station plus some. That is due to the fact they did such a great job of taking care of the ground and the convenience store. Not a bad place to stop if you're looking for some fuel!

When I returned for my appointment, I was then told it would be higher due to pet hair--even though my vehicle had already been seen and nothing had changed. We agreed to the updated price and I paid. The change in pricing after my vehicle had already been inspected felt misleading. After waiting over an hour, my car was finished, but there was still visible pet hair. I politely asked if that section could be vacuumed again since I had paid extra for it. The attendant was happy to help, but was abruptly stopped by the manager, who then came over and quickly escalated the situation. He raised his voice, told me I was being difficult, and said there were other vehicles to attend to. This happened while I had my 10-month-old baby with me, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I felt very disrespected and degraded during this interaction. I asked for the owner's contact information to share feedback, but that was refused. During the interaction, the manager took photos of me and my vehicle without explanation, which I found concerning and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I then took photos as well for my own protection and documentation. My family has used this business in the past for car washes and window tint without issue. This was our first time using their detailing service, and based on this experience, we will not be returning. Some of the quarter slots are taped off, and their change making machine is out of service. They are pretty much forcing you to use bills and not many people carry a stack of one dollar bills with them. The pressure on their high pressure wash was not much more than a garden hose. The mat holder clips were really good at dropping mats on the dirty ground. Finally, the cycle was very short for $3.00. There was nothing good about coming here. Skip it.
