It clearly seems to me as though the ownership is trying to save some $$ and screw over their customers by closing the touchless wash whenever they feel convenient, so much for "24/7". At least half the time I drive all the way there there's cones blocking off the entrance. One would think that with all this money we're paying them making they could at least make their shit work. Cancelling my membership now, really unbelievable.

When we pulled up the gas station was busy but we didn't have to wait because they had so many gas pumps. The fuel prices here were reasonable and it was great that they had a large convenience store as well as a 24-hour carwash. The other nice thing was that it was conveniently located off the highway unlike some other gas stations that take forever to get find. The convenience store itself was big, well stocked, and clean. The employee was very polite, and the bathrooms were really clean as well. In the end this was a typical Mobil gas station plus some. That is due to the fact they did such a great job of taking care of the ground and the convenience store. Not a bad place to stop if you're looking for some fuel!

I've used them before but this past weekend, I had an emergency where I needed to get my car detailed on Sunday because I had to drive my boss to New York this week and it looked like a bomb had gone off in my car (I have kids). They don't offer a detail service on Sundays but the manager said he would make it work for me and told me to bring my car in on Sunday morning. When I returned for my appointment, I was then told it would be higher due to pet hair--even though my vehicle had already been seen and nothing had changed. We agreed to the updated price and I paid. The change in pricing after my vehicle had already been inspected felt misleading. After waiting over an hour, my car was finished, but there was still visible pet hair. I politely asked if that section could be vacuumed again since I had paid extra for it. The attendant was happy to help, but was abruptly stopped by the manager, who then came over and quickly escalated the situation. He raised his voice, told me I was being difficult, and said there were other vehicles to attend to. This happened while I had my 10-month-old baby with me, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I felt very disrespected and degraded during this interaction. I asked for the owner's contact information to share feedback, but that was refused. During the interaction, the manager took photos of me and my vehicle without explanation, which I found concerning and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I then took photos as well for my own protection and documentation. My family has used this business in the past for car washes and window tint without issue. This was our first time using their detailing service, and based on this experience, we will not be returning. Before the Groupon, I had never heard about this place. I paid $45 for a "$100 value". In the end, I found that I actually paid $45 for $45 value. I arrived to an assembly line type of operation where you wait in line a bit to get started. I waited for about 25 minutes as there were several cars ahead of me. The cars were vacuumed and the windows were wiped down with glass cleaner on the inside. When it was my turn, the workers said nothing to me as I got out of my car to get out of their way. I approached one of the employees and asked them where I should wait. They pointed me in the direction of an enclosed vestibule area where I could watch what was going on. In addition to window cleaning and vacuuming, my leather seats and pretty much everything else was wiped down with Armor All. After about 10 minutes, I watched as the car was brushed down with soap and the tires were pre-treated. My car was then put through a car wash. I followed the car along the entire length of the car wash. When it was done going through, there was someone there to receive it at the end. My car was wiped off with a rag and the tires were oiled. That's it. There was no wax job, no carpet cleaning. It turns out that the Mini Express Detail at Prestige Car Wash equates to nothing more than a glorified car wash. I would not pay more than $45 for what was done to the car here. If you are looking to have your car detailed, your money would be better spent elsewhere. I'm sure my car would be just as disappointed as I am if it knew any better. Next time, i will be sure to pay a little more to get a proper detailing. From the looks of it, that's going to have to be sooner rather than later since this job is only going to hold me over for so long.

I originally came for the self wash to which I asked a worker if they get their nice looking brand outfits for free. They then said they had to pay up to 50 dollars for just a t shirt and sweatshirt which seems bizarre to me. My employees get their attire for no cost. After the wash I went to the vacuums which were great per usual. The workers were always nice and kind but as I was in the vacuums I saw someone drive through the self wash (after workers told us we shouldn't due to them being worked on). This person then goes up to employees while recording and asked the employees what they were doing, which to my knowledge, they were doing their job. Keep in mind I'm at the vacuums and can hear him talking to them almost seeming to raise his voice. He then goes to the vacuums and that's when I recognize it's the owner. After he left I talked to an employee and they said they haven't even met him formally yet. They said this is the second time he's came up recording them without even introducing himself within 3 days. As someone who now owns a business, I always introduce myself to new employees. Some of them haven't been there a full week and this is how they're introduced to the owner? Again nothing against the employees but the owner needs to make better choices. Update- I tried posting this review on the Google site and the owner took it down, kind of suspicious to me.
