Twice now I have purchased the Professional Hand Wax detail, which takes roughly 1.5 hours to complete. The most recent visit was April 30, 2024. After taking my vehicle, they begin the process which includes (from their website) "an exterior wash, interior window cleaning, interior vacuuming, and a vinyl protectant". As my vehicle is kept fairly clean, they pretty much take care of the whole interior; cleaning up the dust and pollen from all surfaces to my delight. Then, they put the icing on the cake (so to speak) and really get to work on the exterior. (This is also from their website: "High quality paste wax is professionally hand applied to bring out the shine in your car. We remove tar, bugs, wax the exterior and the door jambs and dress the tires." My Honda Pilot comes out showroom beautiful each time. The beginning of August, I plan to go again. And while the facility is not as new as my old wash, the wash seems to be well maintained. The best feature of the wash is the pressure washer next to the wash bays. On days when my truck has caked on Vermont Mud, I can pressure wash the wheels and bed before going into the wash bay. Even with the pressure wash and the top level wash, I was disappointed to find a dirty residue on my truck just after the wash. Hopefully they can fix the issue, or I'll just keep looking for another car wash.

The trunk was never even opened i could tell because leaves were still in the door jamb of the trunk. The wimdows were hazy and i could barely see through them. The cost of this maybe 2 hour "full detail" was 375 dollars. I call mad mike to tell him about it and he tells me it was because i didnt purchase theur "top detailing package" i asked how much that was. He said another 475. I told him if 375 got me what im looking at now how would another 100 fix that? He had no answer. He offered to "help" me out and make sure i was "happy" but only if i pay another 100 to uograde the package. Hard pass mad mike. He is so obviously, a union stoonad. Probably a mafia guy, who knows. He seemed like the type. I go and talk to a friend at the a.g. office about my experience. A gas stations only job is to provide gas and this one couldn't even do that, when I tried to start pumping gas after about 15 seconds it stopped as if my tank was full, when my tank was in fact empty.
