Nalja was amazing! She took me in even though I didn't have an appointment AND my eyebrows are THICK!!!! Like thread always breaks when I get them threaded and she did them with precision. Got so many compliments on them and will definitely be requesting her for every appt. Oh bonus...she noticed my hands were dry and gave me special lotion on the way out. I mean.....just love this place ! read more

The place was beautiful and very calming! They played classical music and everything looked extremely clean. In terms of the service, I asked for my brows to be cleaned and to stay thick. However, the lady who did my brows thinned out my brows by a lot. Doesn't look bad but I would've preferred them to be thick. read more

I have been coming here for about 6 years and would highly recommend them! Najla is always professional and does an amazing job on my brows. My sister came into town from Ohio and really loved how she shaped her brows as well. If you can book an appointment with her do it! read more

The owner was really sweet and let me come in for free. I let my eyebrows grow out and had Christen do them. I was in and out in less than five minutes and she gave them a really pretty symmetrical arch. She did a great job. If you're going to try this place out, I really suggest going to her. Thanks Super Brows! read more

Been coming here for a while now. Unfortunately, my favorite girl left (don't know where she went / Bajar), luckily, the new girls they have: Sarah and Najal are great. In particular, Sarah is a joy, she is all but smiles and sincerely cares to please her customers. I deeply hope that the owner shows appreciation for Sarah's skills and her service oriented attitude, so that she will stick around for a while. read more

I've been seeing Najla for a few months now, and I have to say she does an amazing job! For me as a guy I was a little uncomfortable to thread my eyebrows because I did not want them to look "to clean" and wanted a more natural approach. She really did a great job doing that. All my female friends highly recommended her and I do too. read more

This review is long overdue, but I just wanna comment on one of their employees, not the business itself. I dont know her name, but she's a tall lady with curly hair and she always has her hair up. She does not know how to do brows. I knew already by the way she was threading it that it wasnt done right. She cut/threaded way too much on one brow and it looked so bad! I came back like, 10 minutes after to tell them that I wasn't satisfied with how she did it and she just rolled her eyes at me saying "I did not do that. Your brows were already like that" then walked away. NO LADY. I know how my eyebrows are supposed to look and you cut them way too much! Very unprofessional of her. Since that incident I make sure that Maya or Dahir? (excuse me if i butchered your name) is working because they do it very well! read more

I drive down to this location because Sara is the best threading artist. She's probably the only person that actually listens to what I want, it's hard to find an eyebrow artist that meets your needs and I finally found someone I can trust with my brows. Thank you Sara read more

She stole my eyebrows. I look like a white cholla. So much of my hair was taken my brow line was sore for four days. And I don't know what's worse, the one eyebrow that is WAY thinner than the other or the one eyebrow that looks like it's trying to be Vanilla Ice. Don't go here. Sincerely, balding brows in Bonita. read more

Great experience with Sara. I booked an appointment for 6:00 pm. I came in 20 minutes early (I had some free time) and Sara talked to me and we had an awesome conversation! She did my eyebrows really well and always asked if I wanted adjustments. This place always has a good vibe no matter what time of day. Not to mention treating yourself with good hygiene for $15 is a good deal. Would come back, highly recommend. read more

Giving these stars to whoever was the lady (I think her name is Sara, basing it in my email receipt) today in Eastlake (1/21/2022). I had an appointment at 12noon and got there with a few people in line. I wasn't sure what was happening but the employee tried to explain to another upset client that she is by herself and that her colleague called out sick. I really think it was unfair for her to deal with all the commotion by herself today, with no help at all. She really tried her best to accommodate everyone and tried to show a positive attitude. If somebody calls out, if you cannot provide another employee in the location, please do not leave that poor staff hanging by herself. At least somebody from management could have called the other clients scheduled with that other employee, to inform them that their appointments will be canceled due to unforeseen staffing issues. I really felt bad for that lady today. I work in health care, and I know how hard customer service is and even worse when management does not seem to help making you feel helpless at work. And to the other clients, it wasn't the lady's fault why our appointments were late today. At least she still tried to help all of us. read more

I just chanced upon this place, and it is a great find. Living in Otay is a long ways to go to National City or downtown Chula Vista for an eyebrow threading, but one day as I was parking by the Sprouts area, I saw their sign. I entered the salon and was greeted nicely by a man and a woman behind the front desk. I was ushered to the second chair and went about asking the lady to keep my brow shape but thread stray growths. Since my first experience and several ones after that I have always had good experience with the ladies here. For being a repeat customer, I get a card and after so many visits you get one free visit. I like the results of their threading. I've had a few cuts here and there but nothing that would not go away after several hours or so. They even ask me if I want to apply some soothing cream afterwards. I always say no, thank you. Since I am sensitive to facial products, I just tend to avoid any in general. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes, I would. And I did. I also like the fact that they are just right here close-by. Convenient and good. A winner! read more
