The lady behind the counter told me that she could not accept the return because it was beyond 4 days from purchase. I was confused because when I purchased the item a few days ago, my receipt said within 7 days. After a back and forth with her, I just left the product and decided I would not return. Compared to other beauty supply locations, this store is the most expensive and has the inventory and products. If you are looking for a beauty supply store, go to the one in Woodmore Town Center or in Bowie Town Center. 0/10 would not recommend patronizing this store again.

Yesterday, while shopping in this store with my daughter I felt profiled. It was Sunday, so maybe it was the leggings and shirt that led the person who watched me and my daughter so closely to think that I should be watched...it was an uncomfortable experience. I only purchased a few items because I was in a time crunch but I wont be back. I have no need to spend my money at places where I am not treated fairly or where I am perceived as a "person to watch". I would avoid shopping here if you are a person of color there are plenty of other options. I will shop at another beauty supply store that does not perceive me as a problem customer. There was a terrible misunderstanding (not my client's fault) that lead to me having to do my client's makeup in a hotel bathroom and that kit towel came in extra handy! The changing station became my work station. Crazy I know but stranger things have happened. I highly recommend the brushes as well and wish I had bought a few more especially the concealer brush.
