Despite showing up as agreed, the employee simply said we "weren't in the system" and turned us away without offering any solution, apology, or attempt to make things right. What made the experience even more upsetting was the lack of customer service. The employee came across as rude and dismissive. As we were leaving, we still made a point to say, "Thank you," but she didn't even acknowledge us or respond. It was heartbreaking having to explain to my son why he wasn't getting the haircut he had been looking forward to after the drive and the wait. We left feeling like our time didn't matter at all. If appointments confirmed through Yelp aren't honored, customers should be made aware before they spend time driving over.

She was seated in an adorable "pink Cadillac chair" Chelsea cut her hair. Chelsea, is patient, kind and just lovely. She did an amazing job! My granddaughter Mia looks like an "American girl Doll" thanks to her. Mia was given a pink balloon and adorable bows for her hair! Also a certificate and a lock of her hair. Kiddo got to watch a show while he got his haircut, then got a lollipop and a prize after. The price was just right, very reasonable. Can't say enough good things about this place. Plus the shopping center it is located in is great. There is food and yogurt. We stopped next door to paint pottery at Color Me Mine. And it looks like the center will be getting another kids indoor play place soon. We also found a quiet shady area to sit by a fountain. We especially love Ms Suzy who is so patient and kind with my son even though he is literally kicking and screaming. And still manages to give him a great cut! I was a little disappointed when I showed up for my 10:30 appt at 10:20 and was told I would have to wait a couple minutes. By 10:40 I told them I had another appointment so they switched the hair dresser on me. That was fine since it was our first time but if I had not said anything I fear for how long we would have waited. I'm so glad she did because we had an amazing experience from start to finish. We came with all 3 of our kids (7, 4, 23 months) on a Saturday morning without an appointment. Despite being busy, we were able to get in quite quickly which is great considering we had a busy morning. Each of our boys had a different stylist and each one of them had a great time. They were super engaging for the kids and let them drive the conversation which I really appreciated. They were laughing and smiling the whole time. We've previously took our older kids to Supercuts and while they get fine cuts there, the service they got here was infinitely better. Our youngest did great. While some of that is his demeanor, a lot of it has to do with the stylist who worked slowly and carefully as to not scare him and keep him distracted so that she could cut without issue. The fire truck seat with a bell he could pull didn't hurt either. He truly had a blast. And afterwards, we got a complementary picture of his first cut and a small lock of hair. Before we knew it, the kids were all done, given a balloon of their choice, and a treat of their choice (some went with cookies, other doughnut holes). We got 3 kids haircuts in under an hour. In all, the whole experience was great. From the playful interior to all of the play areas (they have both free arcade games and a big playhouse and TVs for all ages of kids...and adults) to all the Wizard of Oz nick knacks that line the interior, it's just a fun, relaxing place that is warm and inviting for kids. We absolutely will be coming back for all our kids' haircuts from here on out.

They have different packages to pick from which will determine your look, but I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. The group that we joined did mani/pedi/hair/makeup. The table was setup so cute with a runner, flowers, plates. Two separate balloon garlands, one for the goodie bag wall and another for the cake backdrop. They had a drink cart for the girlies to grab a cup & sip on lemonade. The seats were a variety of bow backing, chiavari chairs, or velvet pink seats. Everything was just perfect.. oh! and a cotton candy machine! obsessed! can't wait to take my daughter back for an event.

They made it seem so easy, versus me giving my child a bowl cut (using literally a bowl lol). Their salon is very clean and designed very cutely. They provide seat belts on their high chairs and tablets for the kids to watch videos and get distracted. They also give away a lollipop and a toy at the end of the visit. i'm glad they were able to accommodate us as a walk-in, but I do miss the ability of calling their salon personally, vs the super automated scheduling service. I signed up to be waitlisted but decided to just pop in the salon to check since I was already in the area.
