As pretty much the ONLY hotel in Attleboro it was kind of a no-brainer. Nice people, a partially residential or longer-term hotel. Not vagrants but seems to be temporarily displaced families and travelers on a budget. I did not feel unsafe or insecure at any point. It is, however, in a desert in terms of places to eat or do pretty much anything. It is a maintained property, clean, comfortable, and [I believe] safe bed for a few nights. Nothing fancy. Did I mention "clean"? That is a major kudo for them. For locals, it's located just up Rt. 1 from the site of the old Jack Witschi's Sports Arena (a CarMax now stands on the spot.)

The pillow cases were creased when I checked in, the sheets are yellowish even when washed ( I guess they don't know about bleach), the duvet looked dirty and had cigarette bug burns in several places. I complained about all of this to the receptionist but she said she can only give me fresh pillow cases, she can't change the duvet because other customers burnt it so ‍. I was shocked to hear her response it was 10:30pm in the night so I did argue with her. Tried looking for other places but all sold out or 500+ a night and far from this place. The next day I called hotels.com to get a partial refund since the place was nowhere like it's pictures and they told me after talking to the hotel that the hotel won't refund me even a dime. Please don't book this place! I wish I could give it negative rating!
