This is a pretty standard Marriott and there are few options for hotels in this area, so I couldn't be terribly picky with this particular hotel. There seem to be a lot of families that stay here and it's nice because the rooms have a little kitchen and the rooms are spacious. The room itself was nice and big, but the housekeeping could use some work here. There was a stray hair in one of the towels and another piece of stray hair on the bathroom sink counter which is gross. Overall, parking is plentiful and they have free breakfast (eggs, greek yogurt, sausage, cereal), so that's always nice if you have a family. I'll probably end up staying here again for work, but wish they would improve the cleanliness. Prices are around $120 which is not terrible. There are not a ton of food options in this area other than a lot of fast food, Panera, Applebee's. Next time I'll stop at the nearby Whole Foods to get food before getting here.

Also I only had one sliding closet door which was odd I liked I had a fridge and way to heat leftovers . I was at the hotel for a week and they tried to change up breakfast a bit each day. I would like some healthier options - plain oatmeal cups instead of sugar laden maple brown sugar I disliked parking is an extra fee/ just build it into the price. One night there was no parking due to roof repairs and the equipment taking up the spaces Water was hot. Housekeeping comes every other day which is ok. I did have to go to the front desk twice for more toilet paper - I only had what was on the existing roll - no extra in the cabinet and it was the nastiest one ply I think I have ever encountered I had packages I needed to ship and the desk staff were helpful lending me a tape gun and printing a label for me when their lobby printing system malfunctioned

This place is tucked away far from everything and feels isolated. Oh, and they ran out of paper plates before breakfast the next morning, people were trying to eat off tiny paper bowls. Obviously, no one was able to run down to BJ's for more or door dash some plates. I would not stay here ever again. We have stayed previously in Marriott properties that were quite nice, so we felt comfortable booking here. This one is not good.

Do not stay here unless you want them to steal your money then throw you out. I'm a Choice Diamond…read moremember with over 120 nights in 2025 and I experienced a first. Customer service is terrible. Long story short I had one reservation. Wanted to stay two more nights. They said they can't extend and that a new reservation had to be made. Ok...I've never heard that one. I've stood at many counters and extended before but ok! (For the record the first reservation wasn't points or anything like that as I know then I'd have to make a new reservation). The owner makes my second reservation. I had to come back later and pay. I came back, the owner had left and new staff collected my payment. This morning they tell me they need me to pay and they don't see my transaction. I show them the transaction on my bank app. $198. They continue to tell me that they charged that for my first stay however, my first stay was $349.59. Again, my bank app is the exact same number as their receipt. So, I show them 2 charges on my card for the exact amounts of their reservations, but I'm wrong.... I have to pay again. The customer may not always be right but in this instance, a real businessman not a scammer and his minion, would see that it's not my problem. They'd have confirmed with the nighttime guy that I did indeed swipe my card. At the very least, being a Diamond member with over 120 mights maybe they'd realize something isn't right on THEIR end and maybe say let us try to figure it out. Don't worry about anything for now.... Nope. Sorry sir, I don't care that you already paid...the exact amounts, so I've got to figure out why I don't see it...Nope. We see you already paid it but we need you to pay again. Who does that?? Their processing issue is not my problem. The owner and his guy are a disgrace and shouldn't be in the hospitality industry. Disgraceful.

The room itself was clean, the bed was…read morecomfortable, and we appreciated the small touches -- coffee, bottled water, and wonderfully fluffy pillows. After a long night out, that comfort matters. Now for the not-so-great. We were attending an event at the hotel, and unfortunately the bartender scheduled for the event was sick. That part isn't my complaint -- these things happen. However, guests were directed to the hotel bar instead. Fine... although walking through a Valentine's crowd in full vampire makeup was admittedly awkward (but that's on us and our life choices ). What was frustrating: the two water dispensers in the hallway of our event were completely empty. If there's no bartender for the event, ensuring guests have access to water seems like a very basic courtesy. Later that night, the hallway outside our room turned into what felt like a preteen playground around 11 p.m. Not ideal for sleep. I won't entirely blame the hotel for that -- but it certainly didn't help the overall experience. The real issue, and the reason for the low rating, was the construction. The website clearly states renovations begin at 8:30 a.m. and run until 6 p.m. Unfortunately, we were jolted awake at 6:45 a.m. by loud banging, drilling, stomping, and worker chatter right above our room. When you're paying close to $200 per night and hoping to sleep in after a night of celebration, that matters. A lot. We left tired, cranky, and disappointed. We even skipped the $18-per-person breakfast (served in a freezing cold dining area) because we just wanted to get out of there. It's frustrating because this could have been a decent stay. But unexpected early construction noise and basic oversights like empty water stations made it one we won't be repeating.

Nice queen size beds and refreshed interior (although the paint on some doors and the sink faucet is already peeling) and note, no more irons and ironing board - they supply you with a clothes steamer. We ate at the main dining room for breakfast buffet (it's the only option with no a la carte menu) and is $18 pp. we enjoyed it and one of the mornings they also offered omelette and eggs your way station. That was a bonus. We enjoyed their spread. For dinner, the wedding had a pre reception the night before and it was setup as a buffet with a cash bar. It was fine and just reminded me of your typical catered food. Not great but not bad. The Legends bar was a nice surprise seeing a full sports bar inside a hotel. Nice bartenders and friendly to boot. Also had live music too. They have nice size indoor pool and a tiny fitness center (please fix your Peloton bike!) too. There is a grocery store just couple minutes all of you need to get something. Nice hotel and thank you for finally adding no nuts cookies!

I called a month before to get a late check out for one room and to add an additional night for my husband and I after. I asked about potential fees associated with a late check out and they said they were very accommodating to weddings and while they couldn't guarantee it till the day of, they were likely to let us check out atleast by 3. We checked in 10/16 and met Malik. I revisited the late check out for the room. He said we could check out anytime. He even mentioned that they've accommodated other weddings by allowing them to check out as late as 6pm. He said a late check out a 3pm was no problem for us and was open to hearing if we needed anything else as well. As bride this was comforting. Unfortunately the general manager, showed up at the door at 12:50pm on the wedding day and told them they needed to leave by 1 and charged us before discussing with us I called for clarification where Malik later stated he never stated those things, was rude, often spoke over me. I told him to just charge us but when I attempted to ask for more clarification from the manager, he proceeded talk over me. We left right after our wedding due to our discomfort with this hotel. Rules are inconsistent and Malik was rude. You caused increase stress on my wedding day so brides go elsewhere. I don't know who the general manager is but I recommend that you and your staff get on the same page because this miscommunication could've been avoided, if I was given the correct information in the first place.

"I'll see you in the suite We can be discrete"…read more(Billie Eilish) TownePlace Suites Wrentham Plainville is one of those increasingly popular double Marriott branded hotels because it shares space with a Springhill Suites. When you look at the building in one direction, a big sign reads TownePlace, but if you walk a few dozen steps and look at the building from a different angle another sign reads Springhill Suites. The hotel is located beyond a traffic circle on Ledgeview Way and our GPS did not recognize the address because the hotel was obviously carved into new space at the end of the street. So don't fret if your navigation system doesn't understand the address. Our phones did, but the GPS did not. Once we found the hotel, we saw they offered plenty of complimentary On-Site Parking. We were a bit confused when we walked into the lobby, because the sign behind the check-in counter read "Springhill" and there was no mention of "TownePlace". I actually walked across the lobby to see if there was a second check-in counter. There wasn't, and learned the one counter did double duty for both hotel brands. Once we solved the check-in confusion, we went to our suite, and it was very comfortable with a big screen TV, a workstation, a living room with a couch, a comfortable King-sized bed, a kitchenette and a decent sized bathroom with a good shower. The free WIFI worked well, and the HVC worked pretty well, but we did have an issue with some weird 3:00 AM noises that sounded like a coked-up telegraph operator. The hotel is just 0.1 miles away from two restaurants -a 110 Grill and a sweet Italian restaurant named Evviva Trattoria, where we had dinner and loved it (see separate review). Our hotel buffet breakfast the next morning was excellent, with three hot dishes, two waffle machines, plenty of fruit and cereal and breads and pastries and yogurts and oatmeal. I can't remember the last time I saw grapes at a hotel breakfast buffet, but they went well with the cereal and yogurt bowl I created. Four stars for a great location, room, and breakfast. I would have gone for five, except for that unwanted rat-a-tat wake up call.

I needed to use another credit card and they said that I could make changes on the Bonvoy app to update the credit card on file. They also said that if I would like my room right now, they'd give me a room with a "shorter bed." I asked I've never heard of checking into a hotel with a shorter bed. Since i traveles and was tired i opted for the "shorter bed". What this employee really meant was it was a handicapped accessible room. I wish she would have just said that. I walked in and there was a stand in shower and the bed was short but other than that it was OK. Apparently, the info about updated my credit card on the app, was not true. The manager who was present during check in was the same person who checked me out the following morning. Not apologetic at all and said, well they're down, what do you want me to do. Maybe look for a solution because you're a name brand hotel. She was extremely rude and was very matter of fact. So I asked for her name so I could document our communications. She scribbled some random letters and I asked her to spell it out for me. She finally wrote her name correctly. The hotel is old. But remodeled. I can tell by the water damaged kitchen cabinets ans the white bathroom tiles. But it was clean, quiet and perfect to catch your flight out of BOS. They charge you $20 for parking per night. It was a kitchenette, microwave and full fridge. They have free breakfast in the morning Overall, i would t stay here again due to the poor service.

Not as good as it once was, which is sad to say because the place is not even two years old yet…read more My wife and I stayed there for six nights recently. Room was cozy and overall, clean. A few gripes were hair on the bathroom floor, a dried and stinky face cloth found hanging in the shower, 1/2 empty dish soap, and a 1/4 roll of paper towels left in the kitchenette area. Bed was comfortable. Not sure what was going on in the 4th floor hallway, but it was very warm. Not sure if the A/C was working or not. Room A/C was ice cold. Every door could be heard slamming, which is a new thing for any Hilton I have ever stayed at. Due to funeral plans, we left the do not disturb sign up for the first several nights. When I made contact with one of the two women at the front desk one morning, after she stared at me for a few seconds, I had to greet HER and it seemed like asking for a room freshening was like me asking for the fillings out of her teeth. Another gripe was the blonde employee seen smoking weed on her break, just outside the front door (not illegal, just discourteous). Nobody wants to walk through a cloud of any kind f smoke, it's vile. Even at check in, the blonde employee seemed a little off, not overly friendly like the night staff I have dealt with during prior stays. I never got, nor was offered, our complimentary waters (Diamond Elite member with nearly 2 million Hilton Honors points), which wasn't a big deal as I had a case of water...but more the point than anything. When the room was refreshed, they stiffed us out of two towels. They didn't refill the dish soap nor the empty paper towel roll. I had to procure extra bath towels from the pool area. The pool, now that I mention it, had cloudy water but seemed nice enough. We did not use the pool nor the fitness center. We also did not try the breakfast offerings. I suspect there are immigrants staying there. Lots of waste products found at the door of a certain room number. I mean a lot. Reminded me of a NYC apartment project. Trash bags at the door and near the elevator. Lazy bums even left the luggage cart at their door overnight. I'd likely return to this Home 2 Suites due to it's location and that it's much newer than the aging Hampton Inn behind it.
