Staff was apologetic and super friendly and came up to help "reset" the base allowing both cards and mobile keys to work again. My questionable part is I saw fruit flies or tiny ticks or something in the room I was in (429). I thought it was one the first night which I squished ever so nicely and didn't see anymore but I was dead tired coming back late from a long meeting day However my second night, after another late meeting day, I saw another that I again was so kind in crushing. Made me think if I'd ever come back to stay if given the option. Stars given are really for the staff!

Very sad excuse for a Marriott--my preferred hotel chain. Where to start. Check-in was abysmal…read more Told the remote check-in doesn't work for this location yet the app showed the same room the front desk clerk gave me a key. Huh? The young lady rattled off numerous things as quickly as she could breathe--and with a slight attitude. Mold in bathroom countertop--as shown. Faucet NEVER provided hot water to wash hands. OK...not even warm. Yet shower was hot. Letter slipped under the door stated limited service on the Fourth of July. We stayed June 30 thru July 5; only receiving towels the second night and NEVER having the room cleaned or provided with coffee, soap or having the beds made. Also, the last two days/nights, a caution sign marked a the wet floor to alert and prevent injury while someone gets a mop. No one dried the floor. HECK I would have helped if someone asked me. It would have taken 5 minutes. Never staying here again.
