Things felt so well thought out throughout our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. The atmosphere is fantastic with its big covered porches with lounge seating where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine. Eric at the front desk was one of the highlights of our stay. The highlights for me: -Friendly staff upon checking in -Free breakfast with a waffle bar, eggs and sausage in addition to some continental offerings -Easy access to where I needed to go in Bentonville -Tons of parking -Comfortable bed (meh pillows but that's subjective) -Very clean The only drawbacks? -The elevator was so slow I personally considered it unoperational. I used the stairs each time -The technology that is outsmarting itself. To enter my room, I was supposed to receive a text with the room number and a passcode. It never arrived, so they had to write it out for me. The passcode was 7 digits on a super finicky touchpad, so I dreaded getting into the room. Keep it simple, hotel keycards please. -Coffee was out the duration of breakfast I was quite grateful for this comfy bed and safe spot as I was so tired at the end of the day, and it was perfect for what I needed! If I were looking to walk to places in downtown Bentonville, I would obviously look closer, but it was an easy drive all the way around.

Free breakfast, free drinks, free snacks, And it is so much fun at the pool! The downside is the pool is crowded and the pool water is unclear. It's still fun though. Also a downside is that kids kept spraying we with their pump water guns. It is nice and there is nice people and the elevators are so cool lol! You can see through a glass window and see the 1st floor. It reminds me of that one level of the backrooms in london. It's free in the middle and spacious, and on the outside it's hotel rooms! The people are nice there, and I reccomend bringing your own soaps in the showers because the shampoo body wash and stuff are locked to the wall. I can't really pump it either. Bring your own shampoo and body wash. This hotel is so good because there isn't no bed bugs, the bathrooms in the hotel are clean, and RIGHT when you check out the housekeeping lady or man goes to your room immediately. I see them all the time. This is crazy!!! Another downside in the hotel is because the pool smells like salt and bleach. The pool is really like sea water. Also another downside is that they removed the hot tub. Either way though I have to say about this hotel is it's so good. It's good like really.

"Get Lucky" - Daft Punk with Nile Rodgers…read more We spent the weekend at Embassy Suites in NW Arkansas, not for a Razorback game, but to see my musical hero/icon/legend Nile Rodgers and CHIC, along with Billy Idol. Nile Rodgers has been on my bucket list, so it did not matter that we had to travel from Hawaii all the way to Arkansas via Dallas, (a 5.5 hr drive each way) then fly back the next day after the concert. I chose this place because the hotel is right across the street from the Walmart Ampitheater (Walmart AMP) and walking distance. Keep reading toward the end for a BIG SURPRISE. SERVICE: Mariah was at the front desk checking us in, and she was from Hawaii! Very nice girl. We got texts daily asking how they were doing. Housekeeping came by really late, like after 3:30 PM after we got back to our room from sight-seeing so we turned down the service as we still had nice fluffy towels. THE ROOM: The 2-room corner suite was really nice and spacious and clean. It came with a bar, microwave, fridge, full sized mirror, two queen beds, a chaise lounge, TVs in both rooms - and a cracked window in the anteroom which was taped with green masking tape. The bedroom faced the interstate, which was noisy through the walls. I could hear the cars/trucks speeding by, but I was tired so it was more like white noise. The A/C was loud, but at least it worked. Didn't really hear any neighboring room noises. BED: a bit soft, but clean and comfy. Pillows didn't smell like BO, like most places I've been. PERKS: free hot breakfast every morning, different fruits. Fresh Omelet station. Lots of choices. Coffee was strong and good. Very good. Lots of seating, even in the bar area in the morning. One of the best free morning breakfasts in any hotel I've ever been in. PARKING: $10 a day extra for hotel guests. Lots of open spaces. Embassy managed to keep the concert parkers out on the day of the concert. BIG SURPRISE: I got to meet Nile Rodgers!!! He was trying to get breakfast when I interrupted him. His plate was still empty but he graciously agreed to take a photo with me. I also went back after 30 minutes and we casually waved at him and he called us over to his group. He threw his arm over my shoulder and gave me a hug, he held my hand in another photo. He was one of the nicest celebrities I've ever met - very humble and genuinely friendly. I was over the top dying inside!!! The man I came to see was staying at the Embassy Suites! It's no surprise that musical celebrities may be staying here, especially if they are playing at the Walmart AMP, as it's right across the street and convenient. So if you want to see your favorite musician at the AMP, book a room at the Embassy Suites and you may get lucky!! Return factor: YES. In the future. Maybe. Don't think Nile is going to play in AR again any time soon (he is usually in Europe).

We give this wedding venue two stars, one because the venue itself is beautiful, and another…read morebecause the servers and staff working our wedding day did their best. Otherwise, our experience with the management team leading up to and during our event was extremely disappointing. We hired a wedding planner after struggling through the initial contracting process with the Stonebreaker team. It became clear early on that communication would be difficult; it often took weeks, and sometimes months, to get answers to simple questions from the Director of Sales and Event Sales Manager. Our planner noted that this was very unusual and unprofessional in the wedding industry. We were not able to finalize our BEO until one week before the event, and many details still required clarification. For example, at the venue's request, we provided a list of food accommodations required but received no response for nearly two weeks. After following up, we were told one week before the event that not all guests could be accommodated. After considerable back and forth, they agreed to provide two gluten-free meals for guests with severe celiac disease. Those meals were not provided. The venue also required an event floor plan. When we requested their template, we were told it had been lost during the change in ownership. Since a replacement was never provided, we had to measure the venue ourselves and create our own floor plan. On the day of our event, none of the team members we had been communicating with were available, and the staff working the event had limited information, much of it outdated or incorrect. The Banquet Captain had an incorrect timeline and attempted to shut the party down an entire hour early. The venue also appeared severely understaffed. The staff working were clearly overwhelmed and were not adequately prepared or trained. That said, they worked hard to make things right and did their best under difficult circumstances, which is a major reason we are giving two stars rather than one. For our ceremony, we paid an additional $1,500 to use the grass lawn outside the barn. Day of the event, we discovered that the grass was dead and extremely dry, with hay spread across the lawn for vehicles to drive over the area where we had planned our ceremony. During our outdoor cocktail hour, in approximately 90-degree weather, the venue ran out of water cups within half an hour and "ran out of" beer and wine several times. Guests were told that the venue was out of drinks rather than that they were being replenished. Additionally, the barn was locked and guests were not permitted to enter. We had elderly guests who needed a break from the heat, and even the parents of the bride and groom were refused entry. We never expected to be unable to enter the barn DURING OUR EVENT. At dinner, they ran out of chicken and we were told that they had served all of the food we had paid for. More chicken eventually arrived, but by then dinner had concluded. We paid for buffet service and were specifically assured that we would not run out of food. We also had fewer guests than our expected headcount. The two gluten-free meals that had been guaranteed were also not provided. When our guests asked staff about them, no one appeared to know about the arrangement or was able to provide the meals. For dessert, we paid a $150 cake-cutting fee for the cake to be cut and plated. Instead, the cake was placed uncut on a table, and we were told to help ourselves. We were extremely disappointed by the lack of hospitality and professionalism we experienced from a venue that presents itself as a high-end hotel and restaurant.

We too found that the owners were gracious hosts and the breakfast was delicious. I want to add two thoughts. We arrived and there was no one at the door so we headed out to the patio to find a seat. The hostess found us and asked that we come back and get on the waiting list for seating, so we did. No problem. She took my number to text us when the table was ready and we were told we could get a cocktail table outside and order drinks from there while we waited. We got a table and no one approached us so I headed back inside to the bar for drinks and after 5 minutes of sitting there, the hostess comes up to me and says my name asking if that is me and says our table is ready outside. And that that's where we can order drinks. So I follow her out to a dirty table that she says she'll be back to clean for us, leaves and then comes back with another couple saying it's actually their table and we'll need to wait for another one. I let my friend know and headed back into the bar and ordered us drinks and brought them back out to our cocktail table where we proceeded to watch party after party who came in behind us get seated. We finished our drinks and left in frustration.
