The drapes were hung so beautiful and the black chandelier is gorgeous. My favorite part is the bathroom. It has pink floral wallpaper and it's so quaint. The whole room was filled with such detail and intention. Michael is such a wonderful cook. There were homemade scones and cinnamon rolls served with eggs, bacon or sausage and they also had little parfaits. I had to have everything because it smells so delicious! Totally worth it to stretch my waistline. Joana mentioned they plan to open a bed and breakfast in France! With the wonderful couple hosting, you know I'll be there! Learning about the history of the Victoria from Joana was surprising! I'll leave yall with a cliffhanger so you can go and check it out or go back and hear about it from Joana or Michael.

The B and B itself was welcoming, tastily decorated, cozy and comfortable. The pool and hot tub looked inviting although we didn't have time to try either. Killer breakfast in the morning with plenty of food. Fruit was the best and so fresh and delicious. Pastries were equally as fresh. The presentation and vibe of the dining area was nicely done. Breakfast order was cooked as requested and yummy. I am sorry we were able to spend more time, not only in the area, but at The Victoria. It takes a special couple to own and manage a B and B and Michael and Joana have it mastered to a fine art! You won't be disappointed to add this to your list of places to stay if you are in the vicinity.

They have a great breakfast buffet; this morning they had a variety of breads, DIY mini waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage links, and homestyle potatoes. They always have decaf coffee, which can be an issue, plus they have flavored liquid creamers which is a treat you don't find at most places. We find it's a great stay for the price.

This visit didn't go quite as smoothly as my first visit. Although my overall experience was still very positive, we did run into some glitches along the way. I do have to say that the staff was wonderful and responded to the several phone calls we had to make to the front desk in a very timely fashion. Everything was fixed to our satisfaction. My last visit five months ago was great because I discovered that La Quinta inn and suites did not charge an extra fee if you wanted to bring your dog. Unfortunately that policy has changed and now they charge $25 a night and if you stay more than three nights in a row, they cap the fee at $75. Cleanliness of the hotel seems to a priority at this property. It seemed like every time I had to walk through the lobby or down one of the hallways. I would see someone mopping the floors or vacuuming or cleaning a window. The room we were in did have some minor cleaning issues, however. The hotel is located on a fairly busy street, and depending on where your room is located, it can actually get quite loud at times. The suite that we were in was at the very front of the hotel, as close to the street as it could be. if you are a light sleeper, make sure to request a room that is not so close to the road. There is no restaurant on premises however, you are literally surrounded by restaurants. There is a Starbucks right next door to the hotel. The center of Bentonville is only a couple miles drive if that. It's a very good location to be. Overall, I feel that I can recommend this hotel quite highly. It's very clean, the breakfast buffet is great and the staff maintains it constantly. the exercise room and pool area are clean and it's a great place.

The two bedroom/ two bath suite was very spacious. A couple issues were that the room was pretty dark even with all of the lights on and around the edges you could see that it needed some refreshing since it looked worn. The breakfast was good for a RI with real plates and silverware and a good selection of breakfast food. The rate for this stay was very reasonable. Recommended.

From check in with Britney (apologized and understands the allergic reaction that can happen) who helped to get me the feather free pillows after the housekeeping staff missed it ... I was to have housekeeping on Saturday...never happened. We emptied out own trash. (I know it was on the reservation via check in / mobile app) I even went the extra mile and reused and rehung in the room the pool towels. Trying to help where I can. A lot about this hotel has promise and upside letting me know that I made the right choice of place to stay. My pillows request of down free (due to feather allergy in the family) was not done correctly... fortunately we travel with EpiPens... Email sent to GM The room was clean and in nice working order. Cool layout and nice amount of space. Breakfast had a nice variety of things to choose from. The breakfast staff worked hard to keep things flowing well. The pool was a big hit for my daughters. We spent a lot of time here. The hotel was under construction level two... I know this because trying to quiet rest between 8am 6pm.... Not happening. Insert hammer sounds in your head - that was a disturbance. Signs in lobby say excuse the mess. Construction under way. Front desk staff working here has a different policy.... They are not there at front desk when someone walks in. So if you stand there a while they come from around back. I'm sure the cameras keep stuff secure... However. It's nice knowing that a gatekeeper up front can assist the people looking possibly cause trouble. I get late night if they are folding laundry or setting up conference rooms...but it seemed odd that someone wasn't greeting people on way in or out. Maybe I've stayed too many places. It was a unique vibe for sure. Thank you to the engineering team that swapped out my Glitching tv in the guest room of the 2 bedroom room we had. Watching TV was impossible nights 1 and 2.... Kinda sad deal as the room looked new and remodeled. Room 311 did also have a noisy shower tub. (Imagine walking on old wooden creaky floors..but in fiberglass form. Could be an issue if lower level had people staying down there. I think with a little fine tuning... This Hotel might make it to where it would be hard to stay anywhere else! The area is definitely attractive. (Restaurants, shopping ease of getting on the highway) Thank you for being available to experience a successful vacation. This will be our hotel - Unless the girls want an outdoor pool Questions or anything else..  Let me know. Respectfully, Bryan A satisfied Bonvoy member Yukon, Oklahoma
