This hotel doesn't feel or look like a Doubletree. It is however clean. The staff is professional and polite. The area it's located in is conveniently near corner markets and fast food. The walls of the room are a bit thin, which makes eavesdropping on the neighbors unavoidable. While it was clean, I value my rest and would not stay here again. If you're a diamond member, skip the breakfast and use your comp towards dinner, which isn't shabby. read more

The people were very nice. Big room, nice shower, good pool. I slept on the couch bed and it was cold so we asked for another blanket. By the way, the blankets they gave us first were a thin blanket that felt like a sheet, the second one was a wool blanket that was kinda warm. We were hoping for a thick version of the first blanket. But guess what. They gave us ANOTHER wool blanket. But hey at least I got to watch Bluey while eating Cheetos. read more

My first interaction with the hotel was when I called the day before and asked if there was any way that we could check in prior to 3pm because we were traveling from out of state with a toddler. The front desk woman acted put out and told m "just call back tomorrow at 1pm" after I told her that 1pm was when we were hoping to check in by. We did get checked in at 12:30pm the next day, and as I was getting my keys the front desk woman (different than the 1st) said "breakfast is available from 6-9:30." Which to me definitely sounds like it's free. I paid $15 over my originally quoted price and thought to myself "Oh maybe I'm paying for my family to eat the continental breakfast" and didn't think about it again as we were never told there would be a charge. The next morning we asked what time breakfast was done serving and we're told 9:30am. My friend and her little girl went for breakfast and was told it would be $9 a plate! -- After I went to the new front desk woman and told her that we were never told there was a charge and our room wasn't up to par (see photos) she scoffed and said "well all I can do is talk to my manager." (Nothing was done) -- S/o to the lady in charge of breakfast who let us have 2 plates. Short story: The bathroom was gross and there was a light out, the AC didn't work well so the room was muggy and smelt like feet, and the pool chemicals were so strong that it was hard to stay in there for long. After I showed her the pictures all she said was "Wow that's not what our usual room looks like." There was no inkling of wanting to "make it right". Overall, 2-3star room with poor communication and poor people skills by the women up front. read more

When we made the reservations they said we would be given our organizations discount. Confirmed it at check in and she said yes they had it applied. Upon check out it wasn't on there and the clerk said she would have the manager fix it the next morning. It was not corrected and the manager refused to give the rate we were told for 3 rooms. The Ice machine and vending did not work on the 2nd floor. The Holliday Inn next door honored the rates for the rest of our group. so we will be staying there next time read more

Booked here because the hotel across the stress was full. Excited because it's a Hilton- but quickly let down. Ordered room service and after it arrived half my order couldn't be delivered, and the food was old. They reimbursed most of it but didn't do anything about the room service fee.. breakfast is not complimentary. Online it states there's an inside and outside pool, but there's only an inside pool. The staff are nice. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, toiletries are available complimentary. Wouldn't recommend this hotel especially if you're traveling with kids- wouldn't return here. :( read more

The sign says its a double tree but when you walk in it doesn't even look like a Doubletree. The lobby is very basic and the bar is very small and the hotel is OK. I thought the rooms were nice I had a remodel bathroom which was clean. I did I did eat at the restaurant and thought the food was excellent for a very very small restaurant for a Doubletree. The Cobb salad was excellent and in the morning I loved the yogurt and granola. The area around the Doubletree is surrounded with strip malls fast food and nothing really nice in the area. Next time I might drive farther for a nicer hotel. read more

The hotel room was clean and quiet. I had no issue with the basic product. Overall the hotel needs some updating. The front desk staff was excellent! Now the breakfast was atrocious. I spent $20 for cold eggs and cold potatoes. When we told the staff their response was "it says it is 154 degrees F " . Well cold eggs are gross and we suggested she try them, all we received was "have a nice day"! I'll say this the Room was fine, but I would recommend you bypass the breakfast! read more

I am on workation in Arkansas and this has been an absolutely wonderful assignment. There's about 4 different motorcoach companies out here and about 100 motorcoach buses. We're occupying about 3 of the hotels here each next door to each other. There was alot of thought put into the Walmart Stock Holders convention which is the reason we're on assignment here in Arkansas. My HUGEST (wateva) compliment is that there's more than enough room for ALL 100 buses!Many dine in restaurants within less than 10 minutes from the hotels, our favorite junk food restaurants (Wendy's, McDonald's, Sonic) within "arms lengths" of each other, 3 different diesel fueling stations less that 3 miles from here. For those s drivers that need their cigarettes or late night snack run, they can walk right next door in their robe and house shoes. Hey, want a hot snack at 3 am? Waffle House less than 100 yards. As far as hospitality you ask? Staff superb! The ladies know how make an omelette with real eggs. Housekeeping back full staff and operating 7 days a week without request. Front desk bouncing off good vibes as they hand us those famous Double Tree chocolate chip cookies. 5 star experience! read more

I am diehard Hilton fan and diamond member and stay in Hilton properties everywhere I visit. Stayed at this hotel twice in the past 3 months for visit to customer at Springdale. To my surprised, this turn out to be one of my best stay. The staffs were just awesome, always friendly with a smile, attentive to customer and eager to help. This by itself is 5 star. Do not book a reservation here! Customer service is terrible. I booked a jacuzzi room as a surprise Father's Day gift for my husband. I did a lot of planning to make this a very special night for him. When I arrived to check in Saturday, June 18th I was told I could not check in because the room had a broken toilet seat. I was told "what we are going to do for you is not charge you a cancellation fee". What a joke! I DID NOT CANCEL!!! That is what I was offered to make up for a evening RUINED! They showed zero concern or care they ruined this evening for us! A toilet seat, something that could have been fixed in 5 mins!! I planned for over a month for this evening. I had 20 balloons in my car ready to decorate. I wasted time and money for nothing. Do not book this hotel!!!! read more

Stay somewhere else! The little appetizer reception from 5-7pm was almost non-existent. At 6:30 they were out of soup and dip. There were two sorry looking meatballs that looked like they had been there for days and a few remnants of cheese from possible quesadillas. My room was a big disappointment too. Walls and doors all beat up and a floor AC unit with no grill. Good things kids aren't with me to get their fingers cut up. No free outlets by the bed to charge anything, unless you unplug the lamp or clock. And there is rust on the bathroom fixtures. read more

I arrived for my stay after booking online, only to be turned away because according to the extremely rude front desk clerk, the owner does not allow local people to rent rooms at his hotel. This does not reflect corporate policy, and now they are making it extremely hard to get a refund. Don't stay here. Also, the clerk was not wearing a mask. Ehhhhh. Not as schmancy as a regular Double Tree but yet about the same price. Our room was standard - nothing really that sticks out except for a microwave and larger fridge which were nice to have on hand. Room service menu is a bit small but we enjoyed the breakfast (for 10 bucks a person) in the morning. There was an omelet and waffle bar, good bacon, fruit, cereal and pastries. Very spacious room and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and soft. The pillows we fluffy and comfortable. The pool area was very clean also had sliding door to let air in. There were plenty of clean towels to use in the pool area. The only negative I have and it's minor was the AC wouldn't stay on with the fan on constant. I just need to have noise when I sleep and it got just a little stuffy. But once it got cool and I fell asleep it was fine. I would rather have this as my negative than something else. read more

Unlike typical DT, its not that fancy but works although price is the same. The hotel was clean, staff were pleasant, freshly made breakfast in buffet style. The chain hotels have certain standards and this one lives up to the DT standard except for the lack of space. read more

This place was clean and the staff was friendly. I give an average rating because the room prices were nearly doubled due to a huge bikers rally in the area. The $9.95 breakfast was no better than what I get at Hampton Inn or Drury Inn for free. The prior reviews mentioned good beds; however my wife and I both thought they were a bit on the lumpy side...but I like a very firm mattress so this is just a personal preference. They did have a TV in the bar but when I asked what the house bourbon was, she was stumped. She then offered several whiskey's, and finally went in back and found a bottle of Jim Beam. Drinks were over $10 for a double. No chips, peanuts, or other bar snacks were available. With bar prices like this, I expected a few little perks and a bartender that knows what bourbon is. Basically I was just turned off by the price gouging, poor bar service, and the ho-hum breakfast that should have been free. read more

NEVER stay at this hotel. I stay at Hilton hotels all the time, enough to be reach Diamond status and, because of this hotel, Hilton has lost my business forever. We reserved this hotel for our son's freshman parent's weekend even with it being farther from campus than other chains (that's how loyal I WAS to Hilton). However, they cancelled the reservation for "insufficient funds" because my credit card number had changed since I made the reservation. I will try... but words can't really express how pleasant this staff is. They treat you like family (on every shift!). The hotel is extremely clean; the breakfast is freshly made offering custom orders as well as buffet style; the offer a sauna, hot tub and pool. They even allow us to BBQ on the rear patio. Apparently "club" means average. This Doubletree reminds me of a Hampton Inn. It does, however, have comfy beds and great showers like a Doubletree. The breakfast, which isn't free, even to Hilton Diamond members, is laughable. It's a decent place if you're staying for the night. AC unit messed up went back and forth from cold to hot not a very pleasant or restful night! Could not get the coffee pot to function properly to get a couple cups of coffee at all kept leaking! Myself and my little family stopped at this hotel on the way to visit family for Thanksgiving. We stayed one night and left Thanksgiving morning 2014. I found a great rate online for a room and was MORE than pleased with how our stay turned out. This place was exceptional in every way. Really. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Check out was a breeze and the guy at the front desk... wish i knew his name... was the highlight. He was so friendly and joking around with my kids. He even called us that night to tell us we had left our phone charger in our room. That is above and beyond in my book. Breakfast was great the next morning and when we went to pay we were told that our breakfast had been paid for by someone. I looked at my husband and asked him if we were being Punked or on some hidden camera tv show bc I've never had such a wonderful experience at a hotel before. Thank you so much Doubletree for setting the standard. I now try to book with Doubletree exclusively when i travel if at all possible. read more
