We have stayed here a few times. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. Parking is free. My gripe is the breakfast ... as there is no onsite breakfast! They give you a piece of paper to take to a hotel NEXT DOOR! You have to walk across a parking lot for the free breakfast. Remember the gratuity! That's a bunch of baloney. Come on Hilton! Hotel adequate, price is high. Enjoyed eating and relaxing outdoor patios. Breakfast was fine. Bus stop to canyon right out front. Several dining options in walking distance. Annoying that the hotel charges $20.00 a day extra for parking. read more

Zach is so awesome. He's aware of everything going on in his surroundings and knows how to anticipate needs. He leads well and appears to be the kind of person who could manage much larger systems of people and activities. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sewage leak in the lobby. Chunks of turd, brown water, and wads of toilet paper all on the floor. I don't wish to describe the smell to you, I don't think I've ever smelt something worse. After the first breath I honestly thought I was going to vomit. We asked to be transferred to another Hampton Inn but were turned down, despite the biohazard... We asked when the mess would be cleaned and they said "Hopefully by tomorrow." I don't even want to know how long it had already been there. This is absolutely ridiculous. The staff was no help, the GM never returned our call. We only got the problem fixed after calling corporate directly. So much for 100% satisfaction GUARANTEED... :/ read more

It was clean, but depressing. This hotel is in dire need of a facelift. If you are traveling for business in the area, it is sufficient. However, this environment is not conducive to dynamic thinking. It is extremely difficult to work at the dining table with a view of an old school kitchenette. Starbucks is nearby that closes at 10pm. There is also a nice restaurant across the street (MarketPlace Grill). The Doubletree is a great alternative in this area read more

Was there recently on a business trip. The room was very clean and bedding was clean and fresh. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast selection each morning, though I'm not a big breakfast person. Would be five stars if I had not been able to hear the noise from the nearby highway. This place is in a pretty good location. One restaurant really close by and several others a short walk or drive away. Breakfast was good - lots of options and was included in the room price. My husband stayed at this Hampton Inn and Suites in Springdale AR for a week on a business trip. He said it was exceptional!! His room was very clean and the hotel was nicely updated. The breakfasts were fantastic (which is a big deal to us); they had the standard items, but also a new variety of items every single day, with always 2 different flavors of waffles, flavored water as an additional option for a drink (besides just juice and coffee), bacon on some of the days, breakfast burritos, etc. The fitness center was great. The hotel also allows pets, which we didn't need on this trip, but we appreciate and love having that option. The staff was terrific - every single one of the employees made a good impression. Additionally, a bad storm came through on one of the nights and the staff texted my husband to let him know of the severe weather and where the safest place would be for him to take shelter. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who asked, and we will definitely be staying here again. read more

I prefer the Hampton Inn on Krupa Dr in Fayetteville but for some reason, that hotel wouldn't pull up in Yelp. THAT Hampton inn is by far the best Hampton I have ever stayed in. Had a remote with a dead set of batteries and they ran them down to the room, along with a cup of coffee and newspaper. I stay in Springdale a week a month and whether it's Springdale or Fayetteville, either location is great. -clean bed -extra pillows -awesome shampoo lol So if you are beat up on price and don't want to pony up the bucks for a good bed, and great service, the Super 8 is just down the road. Dirty, dirty, dirty. IF I get COVID it will be from my stay here last week! Roaches even out in daytime by front desk and food area. Dead roaches in hall on first floor. All the coffee cups felt sticky, like OJ dried on them. Trash cans always overflowing and dirty. Breakfast fruit was old, all 7 days. Brown bananas and shriveled oranges. Fitted sheets keep popping off of king bed. Room not cleaned at all- looked like someone sneezed coffee on bathroom door. Room must not have been vacuumed because the previous person in our room had left socks under the chair. Coffee dispenser sticky dirty. Pool was green, murky but cleared as the week went on. Furniture in rooms were sticky like old polish was used or maybe too much? Bath towels very small and hard. Bedroom blankets hard, scratchy. read more

Hotel has recently been remodeled. It's gorgeous! Everything is new and trendy. The hotel is very clean. There is a cozy fireplace in the lobby area that is very inviting. If I'm passing through Arkansas again, I will definitely stay here. read more

It's not a bad hotel, just a bit older and needs some updating. The staff is pleasant and the rooms are adequate. I would like some updating of the A/C. The room was humid and had to drop the temperature into the upper 60s to get rid of the humidity. My next trip to town I'll probably look at another hotel. read more

The TV in my room was on automatically at 6:30 in the morning while I was sleeping. After I complained to the front desk, later in the morning a technician was sent to my room to check. However he didn't believe that happened and deny the possibility that the TV could be on by itself. And insist that either I push the on button or something weird happened to me. That's a terrible experience. read more

Got to say that the hotel is a bit outdated. It's all right, clean but small TV. The restaurant next-door marketplace Grill is fantastic! If you're gonna stay here you got to go. I have a prime rib super spectacular but they've got lots of items to choose from salads, tacos, steaks, fish, you name it. Great service at marketplace Grill. One other thing. I notice she Yelp asked me if theHampton Inn had gender neutral bathrooms. What difference does it make if there's only one commode and sink. read more

I've stayed here several times over the last 10 plus years. It's just a tired old hampton that needs updating. Staff is marginal at best. I stay at a lot of Hilton properties each year so I'm familiar with their operational standards. Room key machine wasn't working during my check-in. I wasn't greeted or thanked as a diamond member. He did offer me my choice of snacks. He did not let me know I was being put into a smoking room even though my profile states non-smoking. He also failed to let me know the hotel is split above the first floor, so I went on an elevator ride the first time on the wrong half of the hotel. When I called downstairs to ask if they had a non-smoking room, all he sad was they are sold out. Although I'm staying for three nights, he didn't try to offer to move me later during my stay. When I mentioned that the hotel was split and suggested he should explain that during check-in, he stated he had. Really? And the highway noise is awful. I will not stay at this property again. On a side note, the room was clean and up to standards, just out of date. I'm surprised they haven't lost their accreditation with a Hilton. read more

Everything as expected for a Hampton Inn, comfortable beds and pillows, sheets cleaned daily. Only thing that caught me by surprise was that our room dis not have a refrigerator. I normally don't check for that information because it seems like its just very common. Counterspace in bathroom very small. Breakfast area is nice. read more

This Hampton is definitely an older one. The rooms were fine, not as great as others. The breakfast was awful and they did a terrible job of keeping it stocked. The biscuits tasted like mcdonalds (which I hate). The waffles irons weren't working well until my stepdad fixed them! They were out of gravy and eggs for a good while too. Overall the room worked out but I wouldn't plan to stay here again unless I just had too. It it close to everything so that's nice. read more
