The management was okay, but it was way overpriced ($235 for the night+$15 for a rollout). I was traveling with children, and it was late and we were exhausted! Every hotel around was booked, otherwise we would have bailed. As soon as you enter the upstairs corridor you're greeted with what smells like cat pee - this should have been one of the many red flags. Our room was filthy; trash from prior occupants, and insect/rodent traps were left out. There were crumbs and dust all around the beds. Horrible housekeeping. The sheets were clean (questionable), but that's about it. Our neighbors were loud and obnoxious, however, management took care of that fairly quick. Nonetheless, no one slept well that night. Simple basic hotel. No frills but met our needs. Owners were accommodating to our requests. Stayed two weekends in a row.

Not only do you need the money for your room. But you have to come up with a $150. Security deposit that is nowhere on the website. It is a hidden fee plus they don't accept a lot of credit cards. My card was declined and it is a local KeyBank. read more

Upon check in, went to front desk and showed pictures of smoke detector missing and screen on window ripped open. Also complained room reeks like smoke and we have the window open. (I recorded our conversation) However, 3 days later my card is charged $150 + room charge $89. Called and was told the $150 was for "disrespecting hotel." Hotel Person told me there was smoking in our room. I explained no one was smoking in room, and our door and window were open because of the room smoke smell. Hotel Person admitted there were people smoking in hallway down from our room. Not our people, not my problem. However I got charged. Hotel person said they will not give me my $150 back. When I said I had proof of conversation with desk person and pictures, hotel person then said they had proof as well. If in fact they felt there was smoking in our room? Why did no one come tell us? That is some shady stuff. Will never recommend, promote, or stay at this shabby, dirty, run down hotel again!! The hotel offers breakfast however there was none just a juice and coffee machine. if there was a zero I would leave that rating,the beds are horrific and uncomfortable ,horrible pillows about 1" thick and the rooms smell like the landfill not to mention they wait until you check out and charge your card extra money without even consulting with you or explaining why... you book a room online for a set rate and they think they can charge you extra money after you already paid for the heap upfront.... horrible experience horrible service never again read more

Rooms are descent and prices competitive.. The place feels shady and unsafe. I definitely would not bring my wife and kid. Over the 7 days I stayed, almost every night there were a bunch of drunk guys outside in the dark alley near the back door. They were completely drunk and loud. I think they may also have been doing drugs. I complained to the manager and he said "what do you want me to do about it" and was actually belligerent. We get there no one at the front desk. Had to call on a phone provided at desk to get someone. Than to find out no breakfast or maid service because of covid which I doubt. The website never said that. The room was clean. When we sat there a bug went up the wall which was a roach and I took a picture. Then started noticing more, so off to Topps market next door to get roach spray. I couldn't find another place because of Salmon season so we killed roaches for our stay. The place is dark and dreary. Sat on the toilet and it rocked in room 115. Wasn't worth the $154 when I could have stayed at the Tidewater Lodge with sauna and restaurant a top notch place for $175 which is what I will do from now on. read more

We had a family emergency to get a man back to Boston requiring printing a ticket. The hotel had no guest printer (which is utter bullshit) and we HAD to get the printed ticket for the bus so this man could get to Boston. The manager Tracy went above and beyond, letting us use her personal laptop,to email the hotel the ticket, and print it. Excruciating in every conceivable way, and impossible without Tracy's most excellent assistance. For going above and beyond to assist a guest with printing a travel ticket- Tracy was great. For not having a guest printer- the hotel needs to step UP! read more

Stayed here for a night while I was fishing Salmon river. Surprisingly they had breakfast here that included waffles that you could make on your own. They're one of the cheaper options in Pulaski and the rooms were newly renovated, clean, and they had a good cable package and free wifi. For a Super 8 I think this is way above average to some of the other econo hotels I've stayed in and if I were in town this would be the step up from choosing to camp! read more

Everything you might want in a motel: Sparkling clean room and bath, congenial and friendly staff. Room amenities include microwave, refrigerator, even an iron and board. Convenient location with ample parking and very easy access. Breakfast is standard fare..waffle machine, juice, coffee, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, toast and Danish. Checked in late. RSVP 2 rooms online for 4 people for fishing trip. Arrived I was charged for 8 people, 4 per room! I said rsvp was for 4. I was told they only know what it says on screen I'd have to talk to mgr. went to room to shower, turned on exhaust fan and it started smoking... Notified office and was told no maintenance until Monday.then we noticed the toilet was only held down with 1 loose bolt. We did not take advantage of breakfast our loss, and housekeeping was on top of things... Other wise not a good example of a big chain mid rate motel!
