The manager Tracy went above and beyond, letting us use her personal laptop,to email the hotel the ticket, and print it. Excruciating in every conceivable way, and impossible without Tracy's most excellent assistance. For going above and beyond to assist a guest with printing a travel ticket- Tracy was great. For not having a guest printer- the hotel needs to step UP!

The staff is rude hesitating to give us clean towels on day four of our stay--they explained that they cleaned rooms on day three of a stay--they did NOT. On our arrival persons sitting at a picnic table at the UNLOCKED back door smoking pot and eating directly from a tin can--and people were hanging out by this back door every time we entered or exited never saying hello, so are they hotel staff? Who knows? Expedia, get your hotel details right. Your photos and description of services are completely FALSE. We would have gladly moved after night one but the entire area was sold out so we were stuck in hotel HELL. We will be watching to see if Wyndham & Expedia gets this right. Trust lost.

We had never stayed at a bed and breakfast and weren't sure what to expect. This place exceeded our expectations. The mansion itself is beautiful. Every time we walked around the house we discovered more treasures, everything from the molding to antique pieces. The property has a lovely view of the Erie Canal. Each morning there was coffee waiting or us outside our door on a beautifully arranged tray. Then we went down to breakfast. I hate to repeat myself but the table was also beautifully arranged. We tried several different dishes during our stay, each one delicious. Our host, John and Rebecca, were there for our every need, without being intrusive. After running around all day It was so relaxing to return to our room each night. We asked several relatives to stop by and see the place. Our Aunt was thrilled as she had driven by hundreds of times and never been inside. She was not disappointed. One extra point. They have a friendly dog named Riley who helped us forget how much we missed our own pets. We plan to return here each time we return to Syracuse.

This company is a scam. Don't bother. They also operate under 'Pulaski Tours and Travel'…read more Also PLEASE NOTICE -- The favorable reviews are from ghost accounts with no other reviews. Do you think someone created an account just to give these guys 5 stars? Absolutely ridiculous. If they charge you a deposit for their sales pitch, don't bother and simply dispute the charge with your credit card company. I've been sufficiently pissed off by their lack of providing any kind of service, especially in redeeming my "free trip". Spoilers -- there is no free trip. While on the phone, the woman I spoke with simply went to the Carnival website to quote me. What an absolute joke. Even if they have been around for 30 years, they are not looking out for the customer's best interests. Best to politely nod your head and walk on by if you see them.

I would strongly caution anyone considering Condominium Travel Club. It felt like a timeshare-style…read morepitch under a different name, with the same pressure tactics and limited real-world value. First, the "70-minute" Zoom presentation is misleading. Ours ran closer to 90 minutes, and then they pushed us into a one-on-one sales session afterward that would have gone even longer. When we declined and ended early, the salesperson was clearly frustrated. It felt very high-pressure and not respectful of our time. Second, the incentives were not delivered as promised. We received the initial $50 gift card for signing up, but the second one that was supposed to be provided after the Zoom call never came. Finally--and most importantly--the voucher itself is extremely hard to use. Availability is very limited, even when searching well in advance. Many destinations have few or no options at all. For example, we tried to plan a trip to Pittsburgh and found zero listings. Even when properties do show up, the dates are highly restricted. The few options that are available don't look very nice or updated, and many are not located in desirable areas of the destination. Overall, this experience felt the same as a traditional timeshare-style sales model: long presentations, high-pressure tactics, and benefits that are much harder to use than advertised. I would not recommend it.
