I've stayed in a lot of crappy motels, and this isn't the worst, BUT it's absolutely the worst I've paid $150 per night for. Front desk staff was nice, but hard to understand as she was soft spoken with an accent. I asked for the top floor and she gave me the bottom. Vending machine only took 4 quarters at a time(spit out the rest), but items were $1.50 each, so I had to go to the front desk to get dollar bills. Room is standard, except the secondary lock was broken. Rando stains on the floor, walls, bed, etc. Tv volume didn't work, either on the remote or TV controls. Bed pillows were small and square. Bed was uncomfortable. We're booked for two nights, but we checked out a day early because it's not worth $150 to be miserable.

2 words. BED. BUGS!!!!!!! Get out while you can. I'm laying down can't sleep for some reason all of my a sudden my back start feeling weird. I get up to look in the mirror and sure enough I got bit 3 times in a row. Disgusting. And yes they're aware they just don't give a f

The stay was horrific. The place was disgusting. I only stayed 3 nights and they falsified documents saying I stayed for 4. My 4 year old had a couple of accidents so I asked for cleans sheets which they said they didn't have and that I would have to wait until they washed the dirty ones. So we were told that our check out was two days prior the date set and PAID FOR by the third party called hotel wiz. They took my security deposit and we're paid for 5 nights even though we only stayed 3. They stole $400 of the last I had while the homeless stay there for free. They should be shut down. They stole from a single black mother and put us out like we were no better than trash. After stealing my money. The most degrading and disgusting experience of my life.

Checking in was simple and straightforward. Employees are friendly, hard working, professional, helpful, and kind. Our room was wonderful. There was a kitchen, large table, big bathroom, comfy beds, a couch that turns into a bed, 2 large TV's, study table, etc. It was perfect! They did a great job keeping our room clean. Beds are comfortable and we all got plenty of rest. When we needed extra towels, blankets, and toilet paper, employees did an excellent job providing that for us. Some property amenities include: The Residence Bar, Fitness Center, Indoor Swimming Pool, Dry Cleaning Service, Free Hot Breakfast, Convenience Store, Free Wifi, and a Laundry Room. Checking out was also simple and straightforward. This is a wonderful hotel, that is not too far from The LEGOLAND New York Theme Park. I'm so glad we got chance to visit. Prices are reasonable and we had a great experience staying here. Highly recommend!

During the 4 days we were here we always had a parking spot close to the entrance. Customer service: the staff were pleasant and usually greeted us when leaving or arriving. We did have an issue with our mini fridge on our 2nd day. It wasn't cold and we only discovered this when returning to our room late at night. Our options were to switch rooms or store our food in the break room fridge. Of course it was too much of an in to pack up all our things and switch rooms. I wish they could've switched the mini fridge with one that worked. The complimentary breakfast was basic but had decent options (make your own pancakes, eggs, meat such as sausage patty, fruits such as apples, bananas, and cereal and oatmeal. The breakfast area was kept clean. There is also a communal microwave which was also kept clean. I do very much appreciate the hot tea and coffee station that they kept filled. I wished there was a self service laundry on site. They do have a small gym. Overall I would stay here again.

You can tell that its staff take great pride in its appearance and management. This hotel is absolutely SPOTLESS. The room when I walked in smelt great when I arrived, and it was very well maintained. No part of my room was dirty, and it felt like no one had ever been in it before. If you've stayed at a Tru by Hilton, you know what to expect amenities wise. If not, the hotel is a trendy modern decorated hotel (appeals to millennial and Gen Zs but great location for all ages) that has an inviting lobby area with foosball tables, televison, free coffee/tea and tons of comfortable group seating. They dont have a pool (sorry for families with kids), but they do have a small by satisfactory fitness center. Near the fitness center they a water bottle refill station, and the front desk has various items that you could forget before leaving. If you have to go here for business, they have private pods in the lobby with outlet strips under the seat so you can do your work with privacy. Otherwise, you can sit at high top tables with usb/outlet strips to charge while enjoying free breakfast. Free breakfast - The breakfast is free, and the options change EVERY day. Which makes it great for kids and budget travelers like me. This hotel offers some sort of egg choice and a protein (they had kielbasa, sausage links, sausage patties, bacon, and more while I was there). They have an automatic pancake maker and other traditional continental breakfast options to satisfy your appetite. Throughout our stay, we asked for additional needs here and there. Whether it was headphones for my work computer, extra garbage bags, or additional blankets. The staff did not give us a hard time, helped us immediately, and did it with a helpful and positive attitude. Due to our extended stay, we had a lot of trash to dispose of. When I brought it to the lobby, a staff member helped me put it in a bin that would hold it or take it for me. The manager (I believe) or the primary person at the front desk in the mornings was the BEST person I've ever interacted with at a hotel. He was pleasant. He was cheerful. And he remembered things you've talked about prior in regards to personal small talk conversations we had. That personal touch that you don't normally receive from any hotel goes a long way, and it really sets your day on a friendly footing. Forgot anything? This hotel is like 2 mins from EVERY major store and 5 mins from the WallKill mall, which my daughter and I went to. In a post COVID world, the WallKill mall is one of the best I've visited in the New England/NY area. There is also a Walmart and Target nearby, too. This place is an absolute treasure to stay at. The prices were extremely good (not far from LegoLand), and it has everything you need from a hotel. Plus, the staff make you feel like you're visiting your favorite local restaurant or store. Come here if you are looking to enjoy an amazing stay on a budget.

It was very convenient as it was about a mile and a half from the wedding venue. It had free parking and Wi-Fi. We were able to walk to a diner nearby. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and iron with ironing board! The shower was great and the bed was comfortably! The young guy at the front desk was much nicer than the older woman - especially in regards to the goodie bags. Yes, we understand that you're following the rules - one goodie bag per room. There was one young gal at breakfast time that could be friendlier, too. She was a bit snappy as she cleared plates from our private farewell room. The food was quite good! The groom's "get ready" room had chips, sandwiches, canned sodas, and wraps while the bride's "get ready" room had fresh fruits, sausages, scrambled eggs, cereal, and mimosas... LOL! We all had fun together in a safe, clean environment... that's the main thing!
