My wife called here Wednesday and made reservations for the coming Saturday. We went through hotels.com to reserve this. We are playing softball all day Saturday and are on a tight schedule. At first we reserved a Friday night too, but cancelled that due to the softball schedule. My wife called the hotel first to see if we can cancel Friday's stay and keep Saturday and they said to call hotels.com, so we did and the hotels.com was a struggle and a hassle, but we got them to call the hotel and settle. We even doubled check to see if they done what we asked and the front desk confirmed it. I even heard it she had it on speaker. So we get to the hotel and ready to check in. The front desk person was trying to find our name and couldn't. They then get the manager and he comes out telling us that hotels.com didn't even contact them. Which ok fair, but I heard your front desk person (the same one that's standing in front of us) say the changes had been confirmed for our Saturday stay and that they remember doing it. The manager tells the front desk person that no you didn't do that and that he took the call and the reason our room wasn't reserved was cause our card got declined. BULLSHIT! We didn't even put a card on file because it gave us the option to pay there! Poor/terrible customer service from the manager. I wish I could go lower in stars for the way they handled this. read more

I know this is the lowest cost option for a place to stay while on the road, but I figured I would just be getting a no frills, clean place to stay the night. This was a horrible experience. We showed up on a Saturday evening around 6, and I got checked in and made my way to my room. When I opened the door I was so grossed out to see that the room hadn't been cleaned at all. The bed was a mess and the bathroom was empty of all supplies. I went to the front desk and asked for a new room and they ran to check on one where a lady had checked out early. The front desk woman said it was clean but I honestly think she just made the bed and dumped the trash. There were hairs all over the pillows and in the sheets, there were leaves and debris in the carpet, and the night stands were sticky. I had to ask for a change of sheets to make my own bed at night. My personal favorite moment was discovering on the wall what appears to be chest hairs stuck in the wall texture next to a handprint of God only knows what substance next to the bathroom door. Someone must have had a disgustingly passionate encounter on that wall. I would not recommend anyone stay here. Ever. On the bright side, the overnight desk lady was very nice and they had decent waffles in the morning. read more

Worst Wydham Hotel Brand location EVER. BAD CUSTOMER service, Hallway smells BAD, Rooms dated & Bed wasn't comfortable in the least(Checked tag. Mattress was dated 6/17/2003) Recommend hotel mattress replacement program is every 3-5 years. Since my stay, my lower back has continuously hurt. I would recommend this hotel to my enemies. I just wrote Wyndham Inc. I hope they close this place down. I looking over the local hotel chain to get a national Hotel Chain. This was a mistake. Please NO ONE make the mistake I did. Good and bad. very clean and recent upgrades. Affordable and nice for the price. Our room had brand new tub and vanity. The bed was very comfortable, too! The funky green color is a little strange, but it works. Housekeeping does excellent job and doesn't skip one detail with stay-overs. They clean everyday if you want and they do a complete job as though a new person is arriving! Kudos! For that I would give 5 stars. The downsides to this place are thin walls. You can hear everything especially if on a bottom level. The top level hallway makes you wonder if you are going to fall right through! No sound proofing of any kind in this place. The breakfast is nothing special, but works. So, for these reasons I can't give 4-5 stars. Over all I would recommend it for it's newer amenities and cleanliness, but not if you want to hear everyone's business. read more

OK, first positives about this hotel, the room was clean, the A/C was cold and the shower was hot. Now the negatives, and this list is longer....we checked in and discovered the toilet in our room would not flush. Called the front desk and they could not move us to another room because the hotel was fully booked. When I asked about maintenance coming to look at the toilet I was told they didn't have a maintenance person on duty that weekend. OK, your hotel is fully booked and you don't think you should at least have maintenance on stand by? We were told we could receive a full refund, but having already checked, there were several events in Chickasha that weekend and hotels were all booked so we were stuck. Luckily we were able to "MacGyver" the toilet back together with paper clips ourselves so at least we had a flushing toilet. The next drawback was the pillows...think pancakes only flatter....and the bed was like laying on a concrete floor, literally numbed your hips to sleep on it. And although the shower was hot, the shower head hits you mid-chest unless you are 5'2" or shorter. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work, so wet heads was the look for the weekend. We didn't eat the complimentary breakfast but were told it was very sub par...so can't say I recommend this hotel very highly at all! read more

Walls very thin. Otherwise fine. Not the nicest Super 8 we've stayed in, but okay for the price.

I found a coupon code online and got a discounted rate, with the help of a customer service rep on the phone. The staff was nice, the room was clean and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable and I was pleased that (unlike most motel rooms) there was a real blanket on the bed in addition to the sheet and bedspread. Even the pillows were great. Breakfast was decent. All rooms are non-smoking. I didn't want to leave, and I'll definitely stay there again. read more

I'm here in the hotel now, msging from an iPad. Heard every footfall from upstairs last night. Every slam of every door plus TVs from both sides until 2 am. Rusted tub, water dripped all night. Shower curtain has dried dirty water drops. Went to great pains to keep from touching ANYthing. Paint in bathroom is ugliest pea green I've ever seen. Vanity sink has big chunk missing by faucet. Freezer in mini fridge iced up. Microwave on top looks like it came from the $5 rummage sale at church bazaaar. Breakfast is LAUGHABLE. No eggs or meat of any kind. Packaged Danish looks like it came from Candy machine vendor. Coffee poured down the sink after one taste. Watery watery watery. Only one kind of creamer. Guess they think they're top shelf because they have a waffle machine. Sorry, but, I'm 53 and I don't eat garbage anymore for breakfast. Took instant hot oatmeal envelopes back to the room to eat in. Bananas they provided are. SOOOOOooooo. Under ripe I had to brush my teeth and gums again. We stayed here because we had no reservation and Holiday Inn Express was 100% booked. read more

This place is beyond disappointing. Upon arriving we were quoted one price for WEEKLY ratw and card charged nearly double qoute. Following morning upon realizing difference I brought it to the managers attention who said yes I realized that last night but wanted to see if you would! He finally corrected charge but informed us it would take three days for the extra charge monies to be refunded to card. So at this point we were stuck. The sign out front boasted inside recently remodled but for life of me could not find where, the musky putrid smell would detour you from the lacking breakfast and coffee offered,and creaky floors was justified for I honestly feared following through second floor hallway. The rooms were presentable though not comforting. To top it off on third morning the manager called and asked if since my husband had vehicle at work if we would be a late check out and I replied that we still had a few days til our week was up and he said no you pay more today. Needless to say husband came in early to talk with manager but got nowhere for he went to backroom upon seeing my husband and sent his pregnant wife to tell us that we could rerent room (that was paid up for four more days) or pay a late check out fee for day. We decided to pack our things and called to dispute charges. Never again will I stay at this chain and my his husbands job. Requires travel Constantly so in end they loose. read more
