We received a king sized room on the fifth floor and it was quite spacious. we did notice that the wood finish on many of the surfaces were chipped, and overall the room was really showing its age. The mattress itself felt like an old spring mattress, and it felt like I could feel the individual springs in the mattress; I didn't get all that great of sleep while I was here because of that. There was no safe in our room that I could find, so we kept our valuables on us at all times. Apart from the rooms, on check in we had some hiccups with the staff who had issues with our check in process, so we had to wait around for 10 minutes while they resolved things. Afterwards, they realized they did not have us do an incidental, so they had to call us to bring us back to the front desk to get it from us several hours after we checked in. They said we could come by at our convenience, but we received two more phone calls within half an hour while we were out enjoying our time. Their mistake became our problem, and we did not appreciate that. Aside from that, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. I felt very happy talking with most of the staff there for anything we needed. The hotel itself is nice, with its common areas and casino area very clean. There was no smoking inside so we enjoyed breathing clean air when we visited the casino. There is a grill that is open many hours of the day there, and a dinner restraint as well is open in the evenings. Is it nearby several restaurants, so food is easily accessible which we really liked. Overall, it was a good hotel, but we're not sure we'd stay here again unless we just wanted to conveniently gamble our whole trip without needing to leave.

They were so nice pet friendly great breakfast decent people, but this tramp up at the Weatherford location named Trinity. She needs to be fired. She's a horrible person nasty attitude.... spoke to Buzzy Hyman the manager at the comfort Inn suites in Waterford, Oklahoma and he said he didn't care about the reviews. He doesn't give a damn about it. He's not concerned at all and I'm quoting him way to go. Buzzy and Trinity are possibly the worst two people on the planet today. Your Customer Service experience needs to be reevaluated and you both need to be fired. Now there are signs posted all over the bar that anyone under 18 was not allowed. However, when we walked in, there were little kids running around everywhere! There were balloons and "Happy Birthday" signs posted. We asked the young lady at the desk if the bar was going to open. She said I'm trying to find out. I felt sorry for her. She had no idea what was going on. I don't know if there's new management, or if it's just total disorganization, but won't be staying here for awhile. By the way, as I was making this reservation I was hacked. Then it kept showing me insecure connection. We have stayed at many Home2 Suites over the years while traveling…read more While this looks like an older Home2 Suites on the exterior, it was very colorful, clean and kept up to date on the interior. The front desk associate was friendly and helpful upon check in. We really like the room set up in these hotels. They all have a couch, large TV and kitchenette which is perfect for our travels. The kitchenette has glassware, full place settings, stovetop, coffee machine, full refrigerator and dishwasher. As with all Home2 Suites, they no longer provide cookware in the rooms due to theft. If you need to cook something, you can check out cookware at the front desk which is nice. I appreciate having coffee in the morning but it always bothers me that all hotels provide more decaf coffee than regular coffee so you need to run downstairs and ask for coffee. At least they provide the liquid cream instead of the powder. The main lobby has plenty of seating for workspace or their complimentary breakfast in the morning. Coffee and tea are always available as well as TV's should you choose to hang out in the lobby. They do have beverages for purchase in the minimart but no alcohol at this location. There is an indoor pool which is great for families as well as a large workout room. I love the fire pits available at Home2 Suites, however, this particular location is right off the freeway so you cannot enjoy the fire pit without noise from traffic. We were lucky to have a room on the backside of the hotel so traffic noise wasn't a huge issue until early morning when the business next door started running trucks. Our stay was short, only overnight, but it was a great price and nice place to stay.
