Garbage company, just imagine our fight to Calgary Supposedto be Dec 22 and they keep lying to us and delay/reschedule for days , the last phone call they told us our flight will be December 26. Highly recommend DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY, I will never ever book with them again.

I had my first terrible experience with a Uniglobe-affiliated travel agency, called Peerless…read moreTravel, earlier this year. (You can read about their awful treatment in my Yelp review about them here: http://www.yelp.com/biz/peerless-travel-thornhill-2). Because of this, I decided to follow up with this parent company, Uniglobe. Things started off promising enough: Sonia McKeon, their Director of Marketing, read through all of our correspondence, and sent me an email with the following message: "All I can say is WOW!!! I would like you to know that all UNIGLOBE Travel franchises are not created equal (as each agency is individually owned and operated). We would like them all to uphold our standards, but unfortunately that's not always the case. If you would ever give one of our agencies another chance, I could certainly refer you to one who would take care of all your needs. I'm sorry you had to go through all that you did, that should not have happened." Great! She understands. So, naturally, I asked what they plan to do about this. Her response? They will do nothing at all. Seriously? NOTHING? THAT'S their idea of accountability and customer service? What a joke. She said that this was the first incident they heard of involving Peerless Travel. Fine, I can understand that; you're not going to sever all ties if this is the first incident that you've heard of. But you should still take SOME kind of action. When I asked for further clarification, Sonia ignored me for over a month; eventually, after I spoke to Kelly Yamake at their head office in Vancouver, Sonia did respond, and told me what they plan to do about this. You guessed it! Nothing. I will forever encourage anyone and everyone I know to stay FAR away from any travel agency that has even a remote affiliation with Uniglobe. Between Peerless Travel in Toronto, Uniglobe in Mississauga, and Uniglobe in Vancouver, it's now clear to me that this entire company could care less if they turn your travel experience into a major headache. In closing, I'll add only this: Do you notice that, as of today, I've written 30+ reviews? Notice how only three of them have the honor of being one-star reviews? That's right, all three are Uniglobe companies. I mention this only so that you know I don't hand out bad reviews so casually. These guys are truly terrible.

This was a really tricky area to get to if you didn't fly into Pearson. There is signage inside of…read morethe airport that directs you where to go but if you're driving to this branch to rent a car (they seem to have more options for drop-offs from this location interestingly enough), it's confusing. The signs from the 409 only tell you were to go to drop-off a previously rented car which is towards departures (you'd think it would be at arrivals right?). Well, this is actually where you want to go to pickup a car as well. So yes, we drove a car here to rent a car since we dropping someone off. There's only one entrance for personal vehicles into the parking structure that houses ALL of the rental car places so it might be a little confusing. There are a lot of entrances that are blocked off so pay attention to the signs and don't drive your car over the road spikes. When you finally get inside, it's a little confusing on where to park because there are a ton of barriers and toll booths. Most of it is only one-way driving. There did end up being parking right outside of the Enterprise area but I have no idea how you actually drive there. At one point we tried calling the desk for directions but no one picked up. The inside where the counters are is actually really nice and modern. We went later at night so there was only one agent working there. The area there is pretty large and there's enough space to socially distance. The compact SUV that was booked online was somehow not available. The agent let us know that he had equivalent ones. This one actually turned out better as they wound up giving us a 2020 Mazda CX-3, AWD for that winter driving, with only 20km on it! It came complete with new car smell and was very clean on the inside. It also had some great features that were good for driving long distances with a digital infotainment system that can connect to your phone through Bluetooth/USB/etc. I'm not sure if all of their cars have these types of features in mind but definitely ask as they were super convenient. The entire process (minus finding out how to get there) took less than 10 minutes. Super easy process and so happy with the quality of the car that we got!

Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise at Toronto Pearson Airport. We booked our rental two…read moreweeks in advance, yet after a long flight we were left waiting over 40 minutes at 2:00 AM, only to be told they were sold out and had no vehicle for us. What's the point of making a reservation if it isn't honored? Leaving customers stranded in the middle of the night after confirming our booking is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we had no choice but to pay for a taxi to our hotel in the middle of the night because Enterprise failed to provide the car we had reserved. The customer service was unprofessional, disorganized, and showed no urgency or genuine effort to help. This experience caused unnecessary stress and extra expense after an exhausting day of travel. I will never book with Enterprise again and would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on them.
