I was really grateful that he was willing to stop by - he helped us understand the problems caused by the water damage, what we needed to have done, and what to look for in a water restoration company. He even offered to look at other companies for us, since he wasn't able to do the work himself at that time (and he did follow up with recommendations later in the day). I would have hired him for the cleanup if he was available, and am so thankful he was willing to lend us his expertise!

Tal from Advanced Restoration & Construction initially checked for residual moisture in all those areas, immediately removed wet baseboards and quarter rounds, and placed seven blowers and a dehumidifier in the impacted rooms. He is very professional, personable, and experienced. Advanced Restoration & Construction were available during every step of the mitigation process. Tal came out daily to take new moisture readings and adjust the blower and dehumidifier setup. They patiently listened to and answered all of my questions. All areas are now dry and ready for repair. Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend Advanced Restoration & Construction! The company also helped me deal with my Progressive home insurance. Tal's office assisted me in communicating with them, filling out all the required forms and documents, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. After seeing Tal and his team's level of care and professionalism during the mitigation process, I also decided to hire them for the repairs. They handled everything consistently, replacing the damaged drywall and baseboards, repainting and restoring the affected areas and bring them back to their original condition. What stood out for me was their attention to detail and, of course, their respect for my home throughout the process.

California Water Restoration and Construction is a great company…read more We had a water intrusion and needed our bedroom essentially rebuilt with drywall, paint, and carpet. Daniel the owner is extremely responsive and super helpful. We ran into several issues that caused the project to be delayed a bit. Daniel and the crew were super flexible. The only issue we had was our window coverings were put back on but backwards and lots of dust in the hallway and living room that was not cleaned up. These to me are very minor issues as the crew was on time each day and cleaned up after themselves.

I…read morewasn't sure how to proceed, but one thing that was confusing was pretty much no remediation people I talked to would actually patch up the walls/floorboards/baseboards after taking them out and getting rid of the mold! Daniel and his team on the other hand.... They did everything! Daniel was so friendly and chill and seemed to know exactly what the problems were and even pointed out other problems as they went through our repair job that were helpful for preventing further damage and such. When work started, they put up plastic to isolate the problem room and cover furniture that couldn't be moved, took out all effected materials, and Daniel's guys even went to source some floor boards they had to remove due to damage which was something we were having a hard time doing ourselves. It was so appreciated on our part because he went out of his way. Real stand up guy! They patched everything up and it looks good as new and no moldy smell even a month later! When we first got a quote we balked at the price... everything is so expensive now and we weren't sure what to do, but it had to be repaired... so it was worth the price to have the convenience of the team who took out our walls and floors and such to be the ones who put it back. So overall, it made sense to go with Daniel and is team just for the consistency of the care. And they did a great job on both ends!

We hired Ursa Pro Restoration after realizing the first smoke cleanup arranged through our…read moreinsurance company had not fully addressed the contamination in our home. The property had been affected by the Palisades Fire, and although the surfaces looked clean, an independednt environmental assessment found smoke residue and fire-related contaminants in several rooms and inside areas that had not been properly detailed. Yuri took the time to review the testing report with us before recommending any work. He explained what could be cleaned, what needed more detailed remediation, and what documentation would ne useful for the insurance claim. AJ and the crew were careful with containment, contents, and daily communication. The project was not simple, and we were already exhausted from dealing with the carrier and the previous vendor, What made the difference was that Ursa Pro followed the independent findings instead of giving us a generic cleaning plan. The post-remediation testing came back clear. For an example of smoke damage restoration combined with insurance documentation and claim support, this scenario shows why independent testing and a detailed remediation scope can matter.

In a crisis, having an expert willing to guide you--even if they aren't the ones on-site--is invaluable. The only thing was that their quote didn't include drywall repair. I was told it's another dept and I would need to get a quote or I can find my own handyman. Ok how much can it be?
