His service for this company was a breathe of fresh air or even refreshing compared to the other service or lack there of that I received from other lending companies or institutions! I offered him a job and he respectfully declined with such style and class! The man told me he was a credit savant and man did he ever back those words up! Go there and ask to speak to Graham as soon as you walk in, you will not be surprised or sorry if you need answers!

*sigh* I was super excited about their helpfulness and…read moreprofessionalism but it turns out they were doing me a horrible disservice. Shame on them! I moved from another state and THOUGHT they were just switching my policy over --as they should have. Instead they attempted to cancel my old policy, and wrote a new one so it seemed like I was a new customer. This looks bad for my old agent, who was always fantastic, AND it causes me to loose my 5+ year tenure with Allstate. THANKFULLY my old agent caught this, notified me and I was able to stay with my previous agent and avoid the issues mentioned above. The Passarell office called and I politely told them I would be sticking with my old policy for now because I may be moving again (which is true)...I decided not to let them know I knew about what they tried to do. Smh
