Their nurses are incompetent and didn't even take basic vital signs of my 89 y/o mother during their visit. Their weekend on-call person was nonexistent and held up my mother's discharge from the hospital. I called their director Alicia several times a day for a week before I was able to speak with her. Her apology was followed by her excuses of being "busy", "attending multiple meetings", and "dealing with other clients". My mother was a client. The caregivers would enter the home not sure what they were supposed to do for my mother and one left due to her, "time being up". Oxygen was ordered and delivered without any instructions to my siblings, her caregivers. My mother was at an end-of-life condition and was soon transitioned over to their hospice care. While she became weaker my siblings were devastated by the care she was receiving from Haven, and they just didn't seem to care. Please do not let your loved ones go through this type of unprofessional care. There are many other home health/hospice agencies out there to choose from.

The business, Like Family Home Care, I was approached by the owner, Adam, who conducted an assessment of my home. He demonstrated exceptional attentiveness to my needs, which immediately impressed me. He was very experienced. I was subsequently assigned to five caregivers, with Kelsey being the most present. Kelsey is exceptionally caring and passionate about her work, prioritizing the well-being of her clients. She effectively assisted me with showering, dressing, mobility, and transfers. Kelsey gained valuable experience in cleaning and dressing my wound, as well as helping with my daily chores, including cooking, laundry, and cleaning my home. I highly recommend Kelsey.
