This seems like an odd subject and place to give a review on. However, if you are a family member…read morelooking for hospice services for a family member, it is comforting to be able to search out as much information as you can, from others who have walked before you. My mother spent her last week on earth at The Serenity House. It sounds old-fashioned and corny, but finding them was the "God send" I was looking for and needing. I was feeling lost and frightened about the process of caring for my Mom in her last days. Physically and emotionally it can be challenging. You love you family and want to take care of them, but the time may come that you need supportive services. The staff at Serenity House were very competent and caring. My Mom was very well cared for and I appreciate how they would brace her with pillows to keep her comfortable and relief pressure. The facility was always clean and the workers all genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and seemed to relate well and respect one another. It is worth noting that it is a very lovely facility and the rooms were very nice. I owe them a debt of gratitude for not only what they did for my Mom (who had dementia) and really slept her whole time there, it is was they provided me. A sense of caring, safety and support in the days up to my Mom passing away. They took the burden and lifted it off my shoulders and I thank them for that.

you must be kidding. what a racket. I'm just old enough to fall within this company's demographic,…read moreand still young enough to know when I'm being taken advantage of. They'd a bunch of no-count pick-pockets. OT Occupational Therapy from Team Neglect. I get 3 sessions from Medicare, so fine let's make those sessions count. Right? Wrong. , OT Occupational Therapy is supposed to be like help the client figure out a way continue life in their disabled state. Cook, keep the kitchen clean. In my case, live life in a way that allows me to hang in here until this massive injury is healed. OT is NOT being here for 10 minutes, handing me a piece of paper with the address of a place that might give me a used shower bench for free, and then getting me to sign the "OT's" cellphone so they get paid giving 10=45 minutes of "OT." What a racket. TEAM COLLECT. OT meeting #2 is a traumatized, emotionally disturbed woman who preys upon clients because she must "tell them her story," So now I'm her therapist, and she is forceful that I sit, listen and learn the story of her life. That's it. And I'm paying them for this captive insanity. I sign their freakin cell phone so they get paid for the past hour where I was their captive and no OT occurred. PHYSICAL THERAPY aka "PT." Session. #1: a highly energetic person shows up, and instead of carefully figuring out where my pain and injury thresholds are before proceeding, I'm run around this place like like I was being trained to compete in the senior Olympics. A serious re-injury occurs, and I haven't been able to walk since. Not kidding. It was injurious, physical trauma that's not yet healed. Session #2: Today, I get a call from a friend, that Team Select PT contacted them about me. They are worried, This person my friend was listed deep within my paperwork from when I was in post-op rehab. Only. No longer actively listed for any purpose. How TF did Team Select even get this info? And why was it given to someone I don't know? They call my friend to say that Team Select is worried about me. "I can't be found", And that they want support in contacting me and pressuring me into an appointment. Team Reject has been informed by the doctor - no more PT until a few weeks when my re-injured limb from PT session #1 is xrayed and evaluated. WHAT A RACKET. Who calls an emergency contact with a scare story? You have to defend yourself against these failure trained reject predators. BOTTOM LINE! RACKET. Choose ANYONE else. They don't care, you're just a number to be used for your willingness to scrawl a finger across a cell phone "sign here" pad, so these clowns get will paid. To destroy your life.

Bridgett running team select is so unprofessional. Nothing left to the imagination in her shorts.
