I needed about 40 gallons picked up from our office, and they were clear, responsive, and flexible in coordinating a time that worked, including same‑day or the following Monday. The pickup itself was quick and professional. They handled everything safely and efficiently, and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. The communication was great throughout the process, and the pricing felt fair for the level of service and convenience we received. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality, service, and value. I'd definitely use First Class Concierge again and recommend them to anyone who needs help with paint disposal or similar projects.

I say personal assistant but trust me, I'm not fancy! I'm just a single mama, working two jobs, running a business and chasing a beautiful blonde babe. I needed a little calm to my chaos and Metros Other Woman did it! This girl is PURE gold. I leave on Friday for ten days so.... of course my life needs help! THREE hours and she did the following: 1. Fluffed my house AKA but it back together (she does this every time!) 2. Washed and put away FOUR loads of laundry (including our sheets!!) [[and I have two flights of stairs in my townhome]] 3. Dishes. 4. Cleaned out fridge and took our trash. 5. Swept vacuumed and mopped. Not even kidding. All dishes are clean and put away. All clothes and clean and put away. Shealways makes our beds, and you can see I'm not the only one who loves this just waiting on comforter to dry. She comes three hours every week and takes care of me so I can take care of everything else! And she keeps my plant alive When I'm not traveling Or getting ready for a trip I can keep on top of laundry and dishes so her routine is this: grocery shop ( haaaaaate grocery shopping with a tiny human after working two jobs!!!),drop off packages to post office, meal prep two dinners, walk my pup ( because my pup thinks she comes just fornher ), clean out my car, sweep and mop floors. But literally I leave her a list and she arrives before I get home from work and then sometimes I get home before she leaves, other times I come home to a surprise!
