I got to create design changes with him which was really appreciated. I highly recommend the shop and artist for some terrific pieces of work. They do an AMAZING job and their customer service/environment is top tier. I recently got a piercing out of state that had fallen out/starting to become irritated. I had been researching a place go speak to a piercer, because I have had a hard time finding someone I trust/feel safe with/is certified/etc. I now found the place!! I found them on Instagram/through google, and they are amazing. There is parking in the back, and immediately when I walked in I was greeted by their kind staff. They offered complimentary water, La croix, coffee, etc, and had beautiful and comfy chairs and decor. I waited briefly to speak with Ashley, who is also the owner and one of the piercers. She has such amazing energy, was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, helped me pick new jewelry, and made my overall experience enjoyable. Truly can't say enough great things about this place or the people!! They keep all their hours, available staff, & info very up to date on their Instagram (@beautyinink, and Ashley - @inkedbysmash.) You can even rent out the studio for a private party for tattoos/piercings! They also offer piercings for under 18 with a legal guardian/notarized paperwork (and even have a notary on staff). Their fine line work also looks stunning, so I will definitely return for my next tattoo. And obviously they will now be my go to piecer in south Florida! It can be intimidating to walk into a tattoo/piercing shop, and this was not the case here. I am so happy with my new jewelry and expertise, thank you to the Beauty In Ink team!

Did you know that there are over 10 different names and places you can claim as a hole?! The daughter wanted a forward helix. You say, a what? Exactly! The woman who pierced her told my daughter where she thought the best place would be. It is still a forward helix, but you could have it either higher up or lower. My daughter said there wasn't any pain. She loves her new hole in the head addition, but now she wants another one! I am still adamant that she can't have the one between her nostrils. Move out and then get the piercing. I have complete faith in Athena. They don't rush you and the place is very chill. After the piercing the daughter asked me to get a belly ring.
