They quoted a $79.95 diagnostic house call, which they would apply towards the fix. They said they'd be here between 12 and 2 and called at 12:40 to say they were 25 minutes out. Liked that courtesy! Technician was polite and focused, explained the problem in layman's terms, offered options. They warranty their work for a year and the parts for two years. They sell appliances out of a warehouse and hope to beat the local box store prices--or add on extra warranty in trade. They were not able to compete in price and needed about five days for delivery so we did not order a new appliance from them. Great job of cleaning up after disassembling. They noted they do a/c too. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
