David Martinez came to check on the aircon unit because it wasn't cooling down to the preset temp…read more He had identified a number of possible issues - clogging of drain line, leaking and insufficient refrigerant. The estimates of all these will amount to a big sum. After some explanations on the issues, I've decided to spread out the fixings so as to spread out the spending. David was on time, patient and willing to explain the procedures. I'd highly recommend him and the company. Rae from the office was very helpful in handling all the scheduling. Thank you.

They gave me a quote of $490.00 for 14 vents. The service guy shows up and before even looking in…read moremy vents he states that my vents will between $45-$55, not $35.00 because I probably have more dirt inside the vents. I contacted the manager Thomas who stated they don't give estimates over the phone they always come out first, but that was never offered. Since they record all the calls, I told him to listen to the original call. A little while later he called me and asked me to do him a favor not to write the review. I declined. After about 10 minutes, they send me a text offering me $100.00 for the inconvenience. It felt more like they were offering me the money not to write the review. For some reason my original review with more detailed information was deleted. They did respond to the review stating that someone would be following up within 48 hours but that never happened either. They were very unprofessional and I would not recommend them.

One of the worst air conditioning companies I have ever experienced. They may give you a cheap…read morequote but you get what you pay for. Their communication is slow or non existent, took them over a month to finally install my AC once it was agreed upon. Once they finally came out to install it was poorly done. Their truck smashed into my garage on the day of installation and they did a poor job trying to fix the crack they created. They sent someone to install the system with very little experience (first day on the job) who wired it completely wrong and damaged my brand new AC system. The system malfunctioned, causing the heatstrip to be on every time my AC was on so not only could my house not cool very well, my electric bill was almost $600. Juan and company refused to stand behind THEIR mistakes and said "they have no way of knowing if it was the AC that caused the bill to be so high" when I have never in my life had an electric bill over $200. After they came out to fix it the bill went back down to $100, so it was obviously their fault. The electric usage jumped to 200+kwh/day on installation and went back down to 30kwh/day after they fixed it over a month later. This company is a complete joke, with horrible work that they do not stand behind. In the end, if you're paying thousands for a brand new system pay extra for a more reputable company that knows what they are doing and will give you the support your need. You will deeply regret going with this company that cuts corners and does everything as cheap as possible to save a few dollars. Who knows what other damage they did to my system. Don't let this happen to you.

He then went on to look at my system and claim that my broken thermostat (which he broke) was the problem, trying to badly oversell a new one. Trusting his advice, I replaced the thermostat myself but it fixed nothing. As well as this, they decided to close early, so I was unable to get a plan for another worker to come out the next day. Incredibly unprofessional in how he talked, which I usually don't care about, but he was reckless, destructive, and wasted my time and money by breaking my property and misdiagnosing the issue. Because of his lack of care or effort, I paid for somebody to come to my house and break my equipment and do nothing else. I have had good experiences with them before, but this situation has caused me to lose trust in their practices. If you must use this company, make sure to ask for somebody other than Yamir. I bet there are better, hardworking people in this company.
