I would give more stars if possible, we have used Chris for several appliance repairs. He is always…read morereliable and does an outstanding job! He has given us guidance to save the lives of our appliances as well as how to care for them. He is such an articulate young man with a wealth of knowledge about all types of home appliances. His fees are reasonable, and work is timely and efficient. I highly recommend Chris and C and I Appliance Repair.

KUDOS TO MR. CHRISTOPHER JOURNET AT C & I APPLIANCE REPAIR INC. (863.999.1044) -- not just…read morecompetent and courteous, but also honest and very helpful in solving our refrigerator problem! Here's why. ~ Our refrigerator didn't seem to function properly, so we went online for a recommended refrigerator repair person. ~ Chris was highly recommended by several respondents -- with no negative comments. ~ So, we called Chris on Saturday, expecting only to leave a message for him to come to our home on Monday. ~ SIGNIFICANTLY, Instead, despite it being the weekend, Chris answered the phone right away. He offered to come to our home on Sunday, the next day! ~ Upon arriving at our home and assessing our refrigerator, he said he could repair it, but, before doing any repair work, HE RECOMMENDED THAT WE BUY A NEW REFRIGERATOR. ~ Why? Because he said that (1) our refrigerator repair would be expensive, (2) would likely not be a long-lasting repair due to the nature of the problem, and (3) he didn't have the specialty part in stock, but he could recommend another, larger (and more expensive!) company which did have the specialty part in stock. ~ So, instead of repair, we decided to follow Chris's recommendation and buy a new refrigerator that same day. ~ SIGNIFICANTLY, Chris recommended several refrigerator brand names with minimal repair problems (and mentioned other brands to potentially avoid due to more frequent repairs). He also advised purchasing an extended warranty for repair. ~ MORE SIGNIFICANTLY, he said that, when we go to Lowe's, we could call him with the brand, model, and serial number to see if the refrigerator that we chose was one that he would recommend. ~ So, after online research, we went to Lowe's in Lake Wales, selected the refrigerator that we wanted, and texted the model info to Chris. ~ SIGNIFICANTLY, within minutes, Chris texted back saying that the model we wanted would be a good buy, as far as repair quality goes. ~ Hooray! ~ And Hooray For Chris's help!

A couple months back, my parents' washing machine had a faulty start button, so my dad called this…read moreguy to have a look at it. I just came home to visit, and found that not only was the start button still broken, the control panel was also broken in three separate places that had not been broken before this, "repairman," got his hands on it (see pics). It was immediately apparent to me that he didn't have any star bit drivers on him to unscrew the star bit screws, and he didn't know how to disassemble the control panel. So rather than going back to his shop to get the necessary tools, and instead of taking a few minutes to google how to properly open the control panel, he just forced it open, breaking it in the process. After that, he told my dad that the start button couldn't be fixed, and that his only option would be to replace the entire control panel, which would cost about as much as buying a new washing machine....I fixed the start button myself in about three seconds with a $50 aftermarket 3-D printed part. So to sum up, this shyster charged my parents $85 to damage their washing machine and tell them that it couldn't be fixed. As far as I'm concerned, this is at best, laziness and stupidity, and at worst, taking advantage of a senior citizen's trusting nature. In either case, I am fuming. DO NOT HIRE THIS CLOWN!

Most times I go to the appliance with him and offer to help on the bits where he might need help on moving something heavy. I feel like he's helping me maximize that value I get from my appliances and feel his pricing is fair. I definitely recommend Will to friends and family and am calling him again the next time I need service.

I have a two year old matching Whirlpool washer and clothes dryer. They out of manufacturer's…read morewarranty. I have First American Home Warranty company. They contacted Bay to Bay to repair my dryer. Bay to Bay sent their technician to repair the dryer. The problem was that it did not run. Garret was very professional and tested the machine. He had to order a new timer since they do not stock it. He returned seven days later, installed the timer and it still did not start. After running some more tests, he called his supervisor, then tested the motor and it ran fine. Then he had to order a new wiring harness to complete the repairs. Seven days later he returned and installed the new harness and the dryer still did not work. He re-did his testing and then told me that the dry was not repairable. I have a home warranty on my home and it did cover the dryer repair or replacement. Another week went by and I did receive a brand new GE clothes dryer from the local Lowes. The men from Lowes were great. They did install the new dryer and it did not work. They told me that it must be the wiring in my home. I had my electrician come and inspect it and found a bad circuit breaker. He replaced the breaker and the new dry ran fine. My complaint is that, first of all, I no longer have a matching pair. Second, Garret never did check for himself if there was power to the dryer. If he had done that in the first place, I would have had the circuit breaker replaced and I would still have my matching Whirlpool dryer. Very disappointed in Bay to Bay. I did try contacting the office and they never did return my call. All I got was a voice mail that said that they would return my call after 24 hours. Never did they return any calls. I even tried to e-mail them and no reply. I am very disappointed their poor customer service. I would never recommend this company!!!

He left, i out in a load of clothes and nothing...got the same.code again. Immediately called back. He came back about 630 the same night and ended up ordering 3 more parts. They finally came in and he came yesterday. Installed all 3 parts, again he had it washing, spinning, draining. Again, he left. I went to do laundry and now....nothing. No code. No lights. No nothing. Have my 3rd call into them (profane call...I didn't hold back) and contacted AHS and they also are involved. I have had this company before but a different tech and had zero trouble. I've had this tech on my microwave with no problem. Maybe he cant do washing machines, i don't know. But if its not fixed this time AHS is buying me a new washer (they bought this one)
