They refuse to do an in person walk through, because they are scammers and will charge you for EVERY little thing.. as you can see in the pictures this house was left in better condition than I received it. They refuse to show you proof of what they charge you with. They even tried to charge me for water that was in my name. As you can see in the picture the account was in my name and no balance was due as I paid the remaining balance once they applied my deposit. Natalie is by far so UNPROFESSIONAL and was extremely rude when called out about the unlawful charges. She stated she would credit me the water as she knew she was in the wrong and was against the law. She won't own up to it but I did get a credit in the water after months of fighting with her. Funny thing she stated the account was transferred into their name. However the ledger from the water company is in my name. So tell me how the water company would give ME access to a corporate account?? They don't and these people are full of it. Sadly, I had to pay for the ridiculous charges that in the state of NM are considered normal wear and tear. But, they know the average person won't take them to court that's why they do what they do. Sadly, taking care of a sick family member put me in a position of suing them... at the end of the day I'm FINALLY done with these people.. and would never recommend anyone rent from them.
